First time here. There was no staff around when we walked in so we weren't sure of how seating worked so we sat ourselves which seemed to be no problem. But as soon as they noticed us they immediately came to our table with a friendly greeting. A gentleman asked us for our drink orders and if we'd like any appetizers. We ordered a Dos Equis michelada and it did not disappoint. Shortly after a lady brought out chips and salsa. Then our main course was a parrillada mixta which included beef and chicken fajita and shrimp with a side of rice and frijoles charros. We asked for a chile toreado and they were happy to make us one. The second meal was green enchiladas(chicken) with rice and refried beans. I did like the enchiladas but something was lacking from them flavor wise. However, I really enjoyed the flavor of the beans and how well the rice was made and tasted (best rice I've tasted from a tex mex restaurant). We spent about $53 total for the two meals and drink (alcohol). Can't forget...the service from all the employees was wonderful. They were all so kind and not just with us with everyone that was there.
This is hands down one of the best restaurants in Tomball. I come here almost every weekend and it’s always the best atmosphere. The owner treats everyone like family and always makes sure we have an amazing time
Service was absolutely amazing! The food was soo good.’ I am picky about my Mexican food but I will be doing back!
You cannot beat this place for the quality of food served, the portions, but ESPECIALLY the service. Friendliest owner and staff you will EVER meet. (Also, that’s a cheesy play on words, because the owner’s name is Ever 😂🤷♂️). I get the birria tacos almost every time, and usually a Beer-Rita. Ever makes the place feel like home, and I’ve celebrated birthdays with strangers at the next table over more than once. He gets my business every chance I get, because of the great environment, food, and service that he has built and created. Do yourself a favor, go have some great food and drinks while supporting a local small business and great family!
Hidden gem! Service was great, food was great, and the drinks were AMAZING! We got queso to start, then Birria tacos and chicken flautas. When I say- these were the best chicken flautas I have ever tasted- I am not lying! Highly recommend this local spot to anyone craving a yummy plate of Mexican food!
August 30, 2025 Update: Superb late lunch experience with family just now. It was a toss up between BBQ and Tex-Mex, and latter win out! Glad we returned. Service was fantastic/friendly, with the owner and server stopping by frequently to check on us or just have a friendly chat. The restaurant was clean. Food consisting of Mixed Fajitas for 3 (Beef, Chicken, Carnitas) was the best we have tasted. Sizzling, flavorful, tender meat, fantastic blistered Jalapeños (Toreados), and grilled onions, served with four tortillas. Quantities were ample and the complimentary chips, Salsa (2 kinds), and Queso (2 kinds) were warm and tasty! The whole meal set us back $82, including taxes and tip. Overall, a thoroughly satisfying experience - our favorite place going forward! Do visit - you won’t be disappointed! Located in a strip center in the NE corner of the intersection of Baker Rd and SH 249 in Tomball. Place was semi-full at late lunch on a Saturday. We were welcomed immediately and told to sit at any vacant table. Place was clean and is equipped with a drinks area and bar at the far end. Chips and warm salsa appeared right away and these were replenished at frequent intervals - the warm Salsa hit the spot, could have been spicier though. Drinks consisted of Indio dark beer and Mango Margarita - both were refreshing on a hot and humid SE TX day. The restaurant offers a slightly cheaper Lunch Menu until 5 PM - with Happy Hour too stretching through the day. Food consisted of Grilled Tilapia with Wild Mushroom and Spinach, with Rice and Refried Beans for sides; and Beef and Chicken Fajitas with the usual trimmings of Grated Cheese, Guacamole, Sour Cream, and Pico De Gallo. Flour Tortillas rounded out the Fajita lunch. Food was good (overall tab with 20% tip came to $53 for three persons; not cheap, but hard to find cheap anymore in these days of high inflation) the usual Tex-Mex, but what stood out was the prompt and friendly service - waitstaff and owner were attentive/solicitous, and eager to please. Would return for that aspect alone! Give this local family-owned place a try. The service is likely to blow you away.
Such a great little spot! The staff is attentive and friendly, they make you laugh and feel like an old friend. Everything that came out of the kitchen smelled AMAZING but I came for the crawfish. On point in flavor, came with potato, corn, butter, and extra seasoning. Even better, the price is a game changer- $22 for 3 lbs!
Local Gem — Fresh Tex-Mex with a Twist! My wife and I have been coming here almost every week for the past few months, and they have never disappointed. The menu offers all the Tex-Mex favorites — fajitas, quesadillas, enchiladas — all fresh, flavorful, and consistent. But what really sets this place apart are their unique dishes. We’re big fans of bacon-wrapped shrimp, and they make a fantastic version. Yet the real standout is their Chicken Diablos — thin-sliced chicken breast stuffed with Mexican cheese and pickled jalapeños, then wrapped in crispy bacon. As seafood lovers, we can honestly say these rival (or beat!) any shrimp version we’ve ever had. Last night we tried something new — the Pollo Poblano — and it was so good it inspired this review. It’s a grilled chicken breast, pounded flat and topped with fajita-style onions, roasted poblano peppers, and crunchy bacon, all smothered in a rich, creamy spinach sauce. (Picture attached). Easily one of the best chicken dishes we’ve ever had! Owner Ever and his team — Leo, Cecilia, Camila, and Christian — are warm, attentive, and make every visit feel like home. Their frozen margaritas are also among the best in town — perfectly balanced and refreshing. If you haven’t tried Margaritas and Fajitas, do yourself a favor and stop by soon. You’ll find fresh Tex-Mex favorites, creative twists, and friendly service that keeps you coming back! 🌮🍹

Excellent food & service! The chicken diablos were excellent, so were the charro beans! Very good margaritas too.
This Mexican restaurant is truly a hidden gem. I had their fajitas, and they were delicious.🤤 The flavors were bold, the meat was soft and juicy. Service at this restaurant was outstanding. The staff were not only friendly and attentive but also knowledgeable about the menu. They were eager to make recommendations. And let’s not forget about the drinks! I tried their paloma, and it was refreshingly balanced with just the right amount of sweetness and tang. Overall, this hidden gem is a must.
You're not going to get better service in a Tex Mex restaurant in the vicinity, period. Owner makes it a point to make you feel like a VIP from the moment you walk in. Food was good, tasty. It's one of those hole in the walls that Bourdain would visit and appreciate. These are rare, and much better than the chains out there now. Wishing the owner luck, although it seemed that he had a good steady stream of regulars that appreciated it.
Great little Tex-Mex spot! The staff here is always friendly and they make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. The food comes out hot and fresh every time — the fajitas are tender, the enchiladas are packed with flavor, and the chips & salsa taste homemade. Prices are fair, portions are big, and the place is clean. Easily one of the better mom-and-pop Mexican kitchens in the area. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re nearby.
This is me and my fiancés absolute favorite mexican restaurant and we’ve been to quite a few. We’ve seriously never had anything bad from here. The salsa and chips are always very fresh and hot and the crawfish is the best i’ve ever had. Obviously also the best margaritas with really interesting flavors as well. I highly recommend this place for anyone that wants to add a new favorite family owned restaurant to their list. Great prices as well. Not to mention, the staff is amazing !!
They were extremely busy today, however, the service was still amazing! If you’re looking for the best crawfish in Tomball, this is it!!!! Amazing flavor and the butter sauce was out of this world!!! The owner is out on the floor helping where ever needed which speaks wonders. 100/10 recommend!
Unknowingly walked into there 3 year anniversary and for our first time being here, WOW! We got two plates, Pollo Poblano and the Enchildas Verdes. Both really good. All the guests that night were having an amazing time, goes to show that the service here is great. Our waiter, Leo, was super fast, efficient but above all, kind. 10/10 will come again!
Been here before and have always loved it. Tried a couple of the new menu items and was delicious. Thier tacos al pastor werr great added queso fresco and they were some of the best I have ever ate. The new creamy enchiladas with fajita beef hit the spot. Always full and happy when I head home. Love this place.
Well where do I start. The minute we walked through the door the owner greeted us and sat us down and gave us a great welcome. Its true from other reviews he is a very friendly person. Never in the history of us visiting restaurants have we been served by the owner. He gave us his recommendations and the margaritas are very good. The food is well portions and taste is amazing. The fajitas were amazingly tender. Its a very friendly atmosphere and we are sp happy satisfied with the service and food. They will be seeing us very often. If you haven't tried them please do they won't disappoint. We give them thumbs up. Thanks Leo for the great drinks.
Best food in Tomball, Magnolia, Woodlands, and Conroe Area food is always hot fresh Margaritas are absolutely the best and during Crawfish season Best and Biggest in area they put a special sauce on them that only makes it go from 10/10 to 20/10 A MUST TRY TO EAT HERE FAMILY OWNED.
A hidden gem. When it comes to Mexican food it’s all about the red and green salsas, this place has better salsas than our regular spot in Magnolia we use to go to, this is our place now. Wife got chicken fajitas and I got the Dirty Boudreaux Burrito they were both real good. If you’re ever in Tomball and wantin Mexican food this is the place. The owner is a good nice fella really enjoyed our conversations we had with him.
My husband and I love this place! The food is always on point and everyone is so friendly. Definitely one of our favorites when we are in the area.

Great place. Happen to find it on our way to ren-fair. We will definitely come again. Great food. Strong margaritas. Super nice staff. Clean restrooms. Highly recommend!

We've been going here since they opened. The food is great! The margaritas are the only ones I like in the area! Ever and his family welcome you like they've known you forever. I rarely have to tell them what I want because they know by memory. The waiters/waitress are awesome. It truly feels like you've known them forever. The food is great. The salsa and chips are great. I can't say enough good things about Margaritas & Fajitas! If something is wrong all you have to do is speak up and they make it right. Ever is all about making things right for his customers. We've had traditional Mexican food and even their oysters and all have been delicious. I recommend this place to everyone!
Wonderful! Great service, super friendly and accommodating! Happy hour, lunch, breakfast and dinner menus leave you with tons of choices. I can't say enough about the roasted oysters Didn't expect the flavor to be so blended and flavorful! Relaxed comfortable atmosphere. Can't wait to bring family and friends.
Unfortunately I don't have pictures of my enchiladas, but did grab some on my kids order. 4/4 disliked the food. We went here because we saw so many ads about the place. The food temp was extremely hot, so I really hope it's not microwaved. Beef enchiladas were overly greasy, queso Blanco was a lil bit too spicy for the sauce, overly toasted burger buns, and tacos seemed as if left under heat lamp. Hot food is great, but not to the point where it's extremely hot. We live about 20min away and it was still very hot. The beans were too salty and the rice was missing that Mexican rice flavor you get at other restaurants. We were sad to dislike food on our first experience here and also disappointed that the ads up show the food but the quality was lacking. Lastly, the margarita on the rocks was warm. This tells me the mix is at room temp and the drink was not stirred before arriving to my table. Nothing worse than room temp alcohol. I'll give it another shot, but unlikely things will change.

Went in for lunch specials. I ordered the Tampiqueña with an unsweetened tea. For a lunch special it was not great. The frijoles charros had some kind of ground up sausage which gave it a american bbq flavor. Not good on charros. When I got the bill I saw that they charged 16.99 for the plate which should have been 13.99 according to the menu. 3.99 for tea? I feel like this place is too small to be charging $4 for tea! Paid 22.01 plus small tip that I left. Normally I wouldn't say anything but they up the price and acted like nothing was wrong. Wish I had my receipt to show but im not worried about $3
We ordered our food on Uber Eats and when we received it, we were so excited because it looks delicious. It smelled delicious and then I went to scoop out some of the crawfish onto a plate and low and behold there was a cockroach....
First time coming and paid 18 bucks for a side of chips in a sandwich bag and cold queso and refried beans. And waiters weren’t very friendly. Ask one waiter and question 3 times and acted like he hear me.
