Reopened in new colors had a table stand in front so I decided with a fellow bus companion to cross the street and check it out.deligjtful. Smiling service, fresh tap Bier and spinning the wheel got us a price....great experience.will come back for the friendliness and appealing food choice. Come to Shakey's at PCH. And Madison Ave you will love it!

Great experience with my family here today 8/8/25. We came in around 4:45p, there was no wait. Clean atmosphere. Only a few guests in here but the management was attentive. We ordered a large cheese pizza, 1 medium pizza w 1/2 order of mojos, & a small specialty pizza. Added 2 adult & 2 kids fountain drinks. Also added 2 one time visit salad bar options. Food was ready in about 15-18 minutes. The kids did not become impatient so that's a plus! Total came out to $88 and some change. Kinda pricey in this economy if you ask me but it was really good food and ambiance for a family! I'd recommend this location for sure.

The management team here is stellar and the service staff is the cream of the crop! You will be greeted warmly and invited to place your order with a number of attentive staff who will deliver customer delight and great food! I frequent this Shakey's damn near everyday and I am never disappointed. The fried chicken is delicious and more importantly, fresh to order. I literally have to wait for my food to cool off a bit before I tuck in for my meal; but that's what the beer is for! I cannot sing the praises of this Shakey's enough and I hope you come in to experience for yourself the delicious food and top tier service of this fine crew! From the management, to the Chefs, to the wait staff, this is a great local restaurant that deserves your presence! I love this Shakey's and I work at the Best Buy across the lot! I will have words and more with anyone who dares to disagree! Drop in on them and be treated like family!

Outstanding!!!! On the East Coast my kids enjoy Cici's pizza but they offer pizza, salad, and bread! Shakey's offers almost the same but a great quality and twist. It's a pizza buffet, and the buffet is only during lunch hours(11-2pm). However, for $34 we got a large pan pizza, fried chicken, and their famous mojo potatoes! The food was amazing! I have no complaints. They have a great salad bar as well. The fried chicken was seasoned to perfection, like my grandma was in the back with her foot in it. I 10/10 recommend.

Came to check out Shakey's $13.99 11am-2pm everyday all you can eat offer. I did this probably 10 years ago at a different branch & didn't like it. I am glad I listened to the reviews here. Food is good, atmosphere superb, the place is clean and the cashier today, 10/29/22 at 11:34am has a very positive friendly customer-oriented attitude with a smile on his face. The restroom is clean! There is a mini arcade which keeps the kids entertained. Keep up the good job! P.S. They have good tasting roasted chicken for those want fried chicken

Food was delicious. The service was amazing, friendly staff and very attentive. The place was really clean. Play area is not that big but it was fun and they had good prizes. This was the best Shakey’s I’ve been too. They definitely deserve a shout out for how well they are doing. My family and I look forward to coming back.

Been here a couple of times, I feel that they are doing better in regards customer service. I appreciate that. Many restaurants just don't care. Pizza and food tastes great. Sports on 📺. Kids enjoy it. I will choose $90 to over $100.00 below only because you purchase by family not really per person. Every time I come I spend easy $100.00 to $150.00

Surprisingly good pizza and even more surprisingly good fried chicken! Good place for kids sports team celebrations etc. with the mini arcade complete with useless junk toys on offer

Overall good place, especially for children. Pizza, mojos, & chicken is good. Not too expensive. No smoothies even though it was on their menu. Atmosphere is family friendly, clean. Arcades available. Service is good, workers are nice. Overall a good place for families / super casual dining

Good place to try pizza and the mojo potatoes 🥔 😋 with a fresh beverage or beer 🍺. There is a very tiny area with games for kids, but on my very personal opinion, not fun and expensive. Parking spaces around the area and always enough tables. We enjoyed the visit! Enjoy your visit..

If you're looking for very small micro sized pizza slices, come here. We ordered a small pizza which has about eight slices and each slice was very small. Not sure what they're trying to do here. I know inflation is up but this is a bit ridiculous. You are better off going to blaze Pizza.

Honest Reviews

There is never consistency in their pizza. It’s either too saucy or too cheesy. The sauce is either too sweet or tangy, sometimes it has a weird taste. Hopefully the management makes it better.

I went in to order PCM(pizza chicken and mojo potatoes) freshly cooked but the cashier suggested the salad bar that has everything so I went for it thinking it was going to be fresh and hot . NOT AT ALL. Everything was like warm and tasted horrible. I just ate the salad, my daughter ate the pizza chicken and mojos cause she was hungry and needed something to eat. I suggest don't ever eat at the salad bar unless you want a SALAD. it's going to be the freshest thing there.

The pizza was horrible. Fried Chicken was ok and the potatoes were great. Atmosphere was very good and upbeat. The service was great too. We will not be back.

Extremely rude girl working on the counter where you ask for to go boxes. She had a studded belt and was extremely uncomfortable having to ask for anything else. We all have bad days it wasn’t my fault when I just asked for a to go box.

I ordered a salad bar and mojos at 632. I waited thirty minutes for them to bring out my potatoes. The restaurant was not even busy. Then when I did finally get them, you can tell they have been sitting under a lamp for a while. The other guy I was with waited thirty minutes for them to bring him a beer. This was on Dec 9th. Very bad service, very slow service, salad bar remained unattended, horrible experience. I also saw the lady pouring beer from the tap into a pitcher turning it into almost all foam, then try to spoon the foam off with a large serving spoon. I watched her do this at least 8 times. Train your employees and staff properly. Never again.
