I’ve always loved going to the alley at their Irvine location, so I’m glad to see there’s a stand in LA now. Their crème brûlée brown sugar boba milk is by far one of the best I’ve had. It’s decadent with amazing bits of crème brûlée. Also they use high quality horizon whole milk, and you can really taste the difference. My only criticism was the boba was a little too soft for my taste, but that may be a bit subjective.
Love The Alley! We drove 1.5 hours to enjoy the original purple rice yogurt drink and we were not disappointed! Shout out to Alex and Sunny who were so kind and made it worth the wait. The cheesecakes are also sooo good!
Boba right about of chew. High price tho
Lovely taro tea

Very nice lady! I got my order perfectly! She deserves a raise! Also if you are looking for it look for Lucille's walk into the mall doors and the alley will be on your left side.
Just did a drop off for their inventory! The woman 🧍♀️ working by herself is the reason for this review! 💙🩵💙🦋🦋🦋
This was my first time coming to this location and I had received the best service from JJ she was so kind and sweet and made my experience and drink the best! Will definitely be coming back! Thank you

Like a large to go kiosk right by the entrance to the mall. No chairs or sitting area so it's order, get your $9 drink and go on your way. They have mostly every typical boba drinks that you see everywhere but what I didn't know is you can order just the green tea on it's own for half the price if you're on a break up with boba.

Was going to order, but they don't open until noon. Also the last time I ordered, the lychee green tea didn't have lychee in it, even though it's shown in the photo.

I should have known that things weren't off to a great start when we walked up to register at 7:30PM and had to wait 10 minutes to be noticed by the employee making drinks. There were no other customers waiting around the area and it was pretty quiet. No greeting or acknowledgement that she would take our order as soon as she was done making the 2 drinks she was working on. Fine, whatever, we have bad days and I don't expect someone to be cheery and welcome customers but at least make our drinks correctly! I'll preface this by saying that I'm a huge Alley fan and always order the Ube Crème Brûlée Brown Sugar Deerioca Milk from the Fountain Valley and Rowland Heights stores so I'm familiar with how it's supposed to taste like. We ordered 2 of those plus an Ube Milk Tea which came out to $23 and some change. What we received was totally different from what I had ever had. There was no boba, no creme brulee, and barely any flavor. It was a bland and tasteless watery mess, not worth drinking. I wish I could have gone back to request a refund but we only had a taste of our drinks after they had closed. The Torrance location ain't it and I would not be surprised if this location shutters its doors by the end of the year. Also, why is this location always out of boba? There is no quality control, staff needs to be retrained on customer service, and how to make drinks.

I tried to get my bubble tea there 3 days in a row. Store was always closed, eventhough it should've been open.
Not what I was expecting in a drink. Not worth the money
大概是我在南加喝過最難喝的,茶煮到很澀,入口還有很強的苦味,珍珠也沒有嚼勁,實在喝不下半杯都進了垃圾桶。
