The lady who helped me at the window on 12/6/23 around 8pm was very sweet and kind and they were out of ranch and was nice enough to give me extra bbq instead, onion rings were hot and fresh and same with the burger, which was perfectly mad by the way, but my ghost pepper fries were a little cold but no biggie. Thank you!

The best Burger King in the area. As far as I know it is the only one in Turlock. The food is always full of flavor and exceptionally made. I believe the sweet young man is running the establishment. He always makes me feel welcome when I come in for my usual. Such a clean area to dine in. Thank you!!

I usually go through the drive thru, but it was busy, so I went inside. The dining room was so clean and modern. The temperature was actually comfortable. Although they had several kiosks, an employee immediately offered to take my order. This location has improved by leaps and bounds and I go out of my way to go here.

Understaffed location but I don’t hold any of that against them. They have a group of hardworking employees who are doing their best. Food was very good as expected and the coupons were very much to thank for that. Clean location for the most part, staff was professional and attentive. Whatever issues people may encounter, I would just say they are honestly trying!

The staffs were so nice to us, the last time we were here three months it wasn't so...the girl was super rude. Moses, Tyler and Sophia were the nicest, coolest young people ever to serve us. Tyler was so helpful with helping me with the card slider and getting us toys with the meals. To the owner of this franchise, please reward these young people. They are exactly the type you need to keep around. This will be our BK from here on out.

I only use the drive thru so I can't comment on how the inside is. Service is not speedy but the food is very good and they have never gotten a order wrong, no matter what weird thing was requested. I will take accurate and tasty over speed any day!

This is a pretty decent Burger King, a lot of homeless in the area so the atmosphere isn't great. But the food always comes out right and good. They always seem to be understaffed though, so sometimes you can have quite a wait.

I love the Whopper! It was delicious as usual. Only problem is: I also wanted tacos and onion rings, but they ran out of both of these items. However, all the team members were very helpful, friendly and polite. One of the girls rounded up enough onion rings to squeeze out one last order just for us. I was impressed with her thoughtfulness with trying to keep us happy. We ordered several items, and everything came out correct from the kitchen. My only minor complaint was: running out of items (tacos and onion rings). This is not the first time that this has happened to me at this location. Also, it's a very minor thing... I suggest having some easy-listening music playing in the background to add a little atmosphere to the dining area.

I relatively new addition to this intersection this is Burger King is compact but nice inside. This has nothing to do with this Burger King in particular but in general breakings prices have continually gone up for instance today we had number one which is the Whopper with cheese supersized and another Whopper sandwich cost $15! Really?? I thought I also asked for mayonnaise for the fries I came squirted into a bathroom cup essentially not pleasant. another complaint about this Burger King in particular is that they had no napkins outside. None!! I don't understand that? I give the Burger King itself as a location four stars. The actual restaurant and layout four stars. Cleanliness three stars. Food I'll give two stars as well was not pleased! Overall the experience is two stars. if you read my other reviews I'm pretty honest about things and I don't normally give reviews that are negative however this have to be known and I felt that my responsibility so take it as you will and please let me know your personal thoughts.

Ordered 2 combos got both shakes got both fries but only got the whopper they didn’t put in the chicken sandwich And I called the number on the receipt and they would not answer the phone. I will never go there again

I do not have the option to give them a 0 stars , so I have to give them a 1 . Going through the reviews , I understand why they have so many bad ones . The manager on this night 7/29/2024 ( I hope the store manager and area manager see this ) she actually lied to me . She told me that they were closed at 10:40 pm , I let her know that they close at 11:00 pm . She said that they close at 10:45 pm so that they close early to clean up 🙄 . I hate to say this, but she needs to be replaced with a person who really likes or wants to work . I guarantee that the group owners would not approve of this . Employees get paid from revenue that is made from sales . I can not even give them a star for the food since the manager would not let me buy any . I hope she understands that the employees that she manages are learning from her .

This was seriously the worst fast-food experience I have ever had. The manager, Tyler, was extremely rude and insisted I ordered a bacon king when I really ordered a bacon cheeseburger. He argued that I said bacon king (I've never even heard of a bacon king - and why would I do that and then say I ordered a bacon cheeseburger?) I did not want any compensation, only the right burger. He told me that there was only two people working, he already made the sandwich and there's was nothing he could do. When I insisted and asked for his managers name and number he eventually rerung me up for the right burger. Only when I got home and my daughter opened he "bacon chesebueger" this is what she found f. I'm honestly scared to even eat it.

Burger King use to be the top 3 of all time choices. Now almost every location I've been to is nasty, under cooked slimmy garbage of a choice of food. The drinks are flat, weak and tast like the dispenser has not been cleaned for 10 years. I am done with these places. As far as all of them in the state of California. Never again.

The last few times i've gone there, the service takes too long. The last two times i waited in line for 15 mins to just order fries. They took to long and i had to leave before ordering. This even happens when they are not busy too. I gave them a chance, not going there again.

This place is horrible! I visited this place 3 years ago and then again today. I hadn't been back because the one time I went the food was simply disgusting! Super cold and it tasted NASTY. Today I went back thinking that maybe it was just a bad they for them back then. I ordered food and it took about 1/2 hour. once again it was cold and nasty. The French fries were the only thing that was warm. That was second chance for this place because I will never return here! There's plenty of Junk food around that same area, so if you're going to eat junk food I suggest that you go elsewhere, at least pick a place that will serve you hot food.

I will not eat at this place ever again!!! I've had enough!!! I went there several times and I didn't feel I got the service I deserved so now I quit. During several of my visits, the employees didn't know what they were doing, looked tired, upset or annoyed, the place ran out of the items I ordered... it was a mess. I walked into the lobby and I didn't like the cleaness of the work environment either. There's water on the floor from a sink in the front and that concerned me as a slipping and falling hazard. I even heard complaints from Doordashers ! This place needs an overhaul ! I don't know how they're still in business. I know they won't see my business there anymore ! Eat there at your risk ! You have been warned...

My food was cold after being the only one in the drive thru. We waited almost 10 minutes before receiving our cold food. Also if you’re ordering coffee they are “out” of creamer and don’t have milk as a replacement. Save your money. Very dissatisfied and embarrassed I suggested to go here.

I just waited in the drive thru for 25 mins getting honked at. The person on the speaker kept telling me to be patient. My order was handed to me i didn’t get some of my order and what I did get was the wrong sandwiches and the tacos weren’t even cooked thru. $35 later the food I did get was gross. Called numerous times with no answer. What a waste of money and time. Never again.

That was our first and last time going to Burger King. The staff were nice and polite, but whatever we asked, they were out of that. The food was so bad. It was like they were made 10 hours before. We just wasted money there.

I went there today and had one of the coupons that come in the mail. I gave them the number as requested and was quoted an amount similar to the #1; I told them the coupon said $6.99… a male voice talked over the young lady and said those come from corporate and this is the amount that comes on the register. I went to the window and was questioning them again, because I didn’t understand. I gave her money and said wanted the coupon. I said why and maybe I should contact the website posted on the window… the young man poked his head out and rudely and in a loud tone said ..can’t do anything about it. I said “ you could change your attitude “. I thanked the young lady and told her he had bad customer service. And when I got home and looked in my bag, there was no receipt!!! Someone needs some training and if you don’t want to honor the coupons, tell us that on the menu board.. bad experience !!

I don't normally give bad reviews for mistakes but today me and my boyfriend ordered food and I got a chicken wrap. We paid for it and got home then realized I'm missing my wrap. When we went back my boyfriend told them. The guy had the audacity to say " I know that's why I gave you fries. We are out of wraps" in the rudest and most condescending way. Why would you know you are out of something and not let us know... horrible service. He did not offer a refund or a different food item, just fries. Then he asked for the fries back and after some back and forth we got asked to leave. Honesty would have gone a long way in this situation. Check your food items, especially before leaving this location. They don't care if you paid and didn't get your food.

The food was good but the 40 minutes for a drive thru was not worth it for a $21 order. The staff were unpleasant and weren’t kind. The order was not fully given they forgot sides! I hate it and I would never go there again in my life and nor do I recommend it!!!!

I went to this Burger King and the guy in the order the drive-through is very snappy with me. They messed up my order and I told him I wanted him to not charge my card which he ended up doing anyways. Then I told him it’s fine and I would just leave and as I was leaving, he snappy said “thanks for the money I guess.” I will never go back here again. $10 won’t change my life. I could’ve lived without it, but instead I got the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food place ever. The worker also refused to give me his name and told me to leave. I’ve never left a review for anything in my life. Very disappointing.

One of the worst Target's I have ever been to. Its disorganized, dirty, never stocked, long lines, rude employees and rude customers. The self checkout is constantly closed and when it is open it is usually 2 registers. The lines are always long and usually only 2 registers with cashiers open. The food section is dismal at that. The beauty section has slim pickings and what they do have has probably been opened and left on the shelf. I have numerous times found items for sale at full price that look like they had been sold, rolled in mud and then placed back out to sell? Absolutely the worst Target ever! Corporate really needs to come and take a look at this place in person and see how nasty it is. Don't even think about using the restroom either! They are even dirtier than the store and half the time out of toilet paper and hand soap.

I went for lunch today and I was in the drive thru for 30 solid minutes. I spent my whole lunch break waiting for food. If I hadn't already paid on the app, amd between cars I would've driven off the curb, through the grass, hell even through the restaurant to get out of there, and to top it off they didn't even have half of my order. Someone needs to be fired expeditiously. Geer rd needs to do better.

Horrible service! I asked them to add fries to my order like 10 times and all she was doing is arguing with me about a code not working! Then the manager or a dude went on there and said OK. we don’t have to serve you then we’re refuse. You can go ahead and leave like seriously I’m a pain customer like absolutely not. I did absolutely nothing wrong, but to ask the lady to add my fries on the order because she did not add them on there and they were extremely rude and disrespectful Never will I go to this location again 😠

We did an online pick up order. When we went to pick up we were told they were out of wraps & we'd have to get a refund thru the app. No problem. We went ahead & ordered meals thru the drive thru. I ordered onion rings (they gave me cold fries instead). I ordered a sprite zero & when I asked if it was sprite zero the employee said I don't know, I didn't make it & shut the window. She was rude. Our food was wrong, but we didn't check it before we left. My fault. With so many other fast food choices around the area you'd think they'd have better customer service. I won't go back. Carl's jr is closer to my house & I worked there as a teenager. They NEVER get my order wrong!

Went through drive up. Asked for ketchup and bbq sauce. Order was 2 whopper 2 chicken sandwich and nuggets. Pull around looked through back one packet of sauce each for that many burger and nuggets really. I pull the side and sent my girls in to get sauce. I daughter tell lady we just came through the drive up. Anyhow this ladies charges my daughters for 4 ketchup and 2 bbq sauce. My daughter was like I don't know why she charged us a lady literally came up like us to ask the worker for sauce and the worker just handed her a handful. Look at the pictures of the hair in the nugget and the mold on the back of the chicken sandwich. This place is not good. If you choose to go eat check your food. Glad I saw it when my daughter took only one bite. If you want good food and to be treated the same this isn't the place.

This was through the drive thru so I noticed when I got home. Good thing I live nearby so took them back. They tried to make me new ones but asked for my money back. They gave me a receipt and said it'll be back on my card in 48 hours. Think twice before going to BK on Geer Rd. I'd give this place no stars if I could

I only go to the Burger King because they are the best at making the food. Tonight I went and said I had a mobile like I always do and I’m sure to have manners, but the lady on the intercom seemed annoyed I was there. I blew it off then went to the window and she basically shoved the bag into my hand and I made sure to say thank you and she just tuned her head and said she’s gonna make my drink. I was like okay rude but I let it go, then she goes to hand my drink and shoves it in my hand and I say thank you loudly in case she hasn’t heard me those many other times but she ignored me again and shut the window. The time was roughly 9:25 and she was a younger female with blonde streaks in her hair, made me really upset. The food was good tho as the cooks are always amazing!

I ordered on the app they said they didn’t have the item when I arrived. They refused to give me a refund. Told me I have to email Burger King. The old lady had an attitude when I asked for a receipt. Never heard of not being able to get a refund when they don’t have the item.

Don’t waste your time/money here. Was in the drive thru for 5 minutes before I could order (the car in front of me took forever to order, which is not the employees’ fault). When I finally got to the window the girl opened it and said my order total, no hello or anything. I waited about 20 minutes total for my food, so half of my lunch time (for work) was gone. Not worth it for a $19 meal. Plus the fries taste like cardboard and they did not fill up my SMALL soda cup all the way. Extremely disappointing. UPDATE: Decided to give them another try because I was craving a whopper. I also ordered the mini cinis and they didn’t give me the icing that comes with them, even though on my receipt it says “icing”.

I ordered from my app. which, for some reason, sent me here instead of the closer one. The line at the drive-thru was four cars deep when I arrived and after 15 minutes I made it to the window. As I opened my window I was told, 15.79 is my total. Since I used the BK app I was thrown off by this a bit. I clarified and was advised that "we never got your order, what did you order?" I provided the basics of my order and purposely left out some details, which were completed, when I received my order finally. Makes me think some shenanigans were occurring. Never again. The location is not great. Parking horrible. Drive-thru is super wonky.

I went through the drive-thru of this store. My order was really simple. A junior Whopper with cheese and a large onion rings. I get home and I'm looking at two chicken sandwiches a large fry and chocolate sauce? I tried calling the restaurant but the number has been disconnected. I live too far away from the restaurant to go back. I am extremely upset. This is not the first time this has happened to me.

Went in and my order two impossible burgers that taken 25 min and then I got home my burger was like it was just thawed out and cold then it barely had lettuce. The person was rude when I asked a question and she said I’m really busy. I believe they need to hire a new crew that is more Courteous to the people. I rather go to Livingston next time.

SMH!!! Couldn’t even taste a whopper!!!! Wish I could’ve gave 0 stars!!! What happened to Burger King!!! Use to be the best burger spot!!!

This location gets one thing consistent. Count on poor service, cold food and long wait times. Wish they would just park the cars that hold up the line!

I only go to the Burger King because they are the best at making the food. Tonight I went and said I had a mobile like I always do and I’m sure to have manners, but the lady on the intercom seemed annoyed I was there. I blew it off then went to the window and she basically shoved the bag into my hand and I made sure to say thank you and she just tuned her head and said she’s gonna make my drink. I was like okay rude but I let it go, then she goes to hand my drink and shoves it in my hand and I say thank you loudly in case she hasn’t heard me those many other times but she ignored me again and shut the window. The time was roughly 9:25 and she was a younger female with blonde streaks in her hair, made me really upset. The food was good tho as the cooks are always amazing!

I ordered on the app they said they didn’t have the item when I arrived. They refused to give me a refund. Told me I have to email Burger King. The old lady had an attitude when I asked for a receipt. Never heard of not being able to get a refund when they don’t have the item.

I ordered from my app. which, for some reason, sent me here instead of the closer one. The line at the drive-thru was four cars deep when I arrived and after 15 minutes I made it to the window. As I opened my window I was told, 15.79 is my total. Since I used the BK app I was thrown off by this a bit. I clarified and was advised that "we never got your order, what did you order?" I provided the basics of my order and purposely left out some details, which were completed, when I received my order finally. Makes me think some shenanigans were occurring. Never again. The location is not great. Parking horrible. Drive-thru is super wonky.

Went in and my order two impossible burgers that taken 25 min and then I got home my burger was like it was just thawed out and cold then it barely had lettuce. The person was rude when I asked a question and she said I’m really busy. I believe they need to hire a new crew that is more Courteous to the people. I rather go to Livingston next time.

I went through the drive-thru of this store. My order was really simple. A junior Whopper with cheese and a large onion rings. I get home and I'm looking at two chicken sandwiches a large fry and chocolate sauce? I tried calling the restaurant but the number has been disconnected. I live too far away from the restaurant to go back. I am extremely upset. This is not the first time this has happened to me.

Don’t waste your time/money here. Was in the drive thru for 5 minutes before I could order (the car in front of me took forever to order, which is not the employees’ fault). When I finally got to the window the girl opened it and said my order total, no hello or anything. I waited about 20 minutes total for my food, so half of my lunch time (for work) was gone. Not worth it for a $19 meal. Plus the fries taste like cardboard and they did not fill up my SMALL soda cup all the way. Extremely disappointing. UPDATE: Decided to give them another try because I was craving a whopper. I also ordered the mini cinis and they didn’t give me the icing that comes with them, even though on my receipt it says “icing”.
