They're always quick to get your order and ask you how your day is. I think they need to cut down a little bit of that tree out front so people can see the KFC Sing better From the road.

Staff is prompt and friendly. I won't mention prices simply because food costs in California are just obscene. Restaurant is clean and never seems crowded. I've never had anything that had sat too long under a heat lamp and serving portions are never wanting. As far as fast food goes, KFC feels a little more recognizable as real food.

My order was taken in English.. I love the food and service.. My favorite place to eat... Everyone behind the counter were speaking Spanish in the workplace, taking breaks and Speaking Spanish with customers.. All I heard was Spanish, This is America. English is the official language. It seems rude of the employees.

The girl who took our order, we had a big order, was wonderful. She was patient with us. My mother was with me and she can't talk so getting what she wants takes time. We were happy with this KFC.

KFC is one of my favorite places to get quick food, BUT there is nothing quick about it anymore. I waited in line for almost 40 minutes. Once I was past the point of, "I'm stuck and it is what it is", part of the line, the service was Awesome and that made it all worth it.

KFC has some really good food, a decent menu, & the prices are so so but it can get expensive. I really like the Famous Bowls they're my Favorite it comes with chicken, mashed potatoes, corn, & gravy I like to get extra gravy on mine. Their chicken is great not greasy, they have really good mashed potatoes & gravy, & their chicken sandwiches are good too, it brings it home with their honey biscuits.

Usual have no issues and great service, but last time the drive thru person was short with me, verging on rude. I will give benefit of the doubt that perhaps they were short staffed or the person before me was rude, as normally it's great.

Above average KFC experience. I've enjoyed many a famous bowl here amongst other dishes. My order is always correct and service is fast.

Great food! Double check your order before you leave though. They have completely left out sides we've ordered multiple times before.

Food is usually great. But y'all need to start double checking delivery orders. Every delivery order I've order from this kfc is always missing something! This time it was my kid's large popcorn chicken. Thankfully I ordered from doordash, so I can get refund for it. But y'all don't offer any kind of help for missing items when ordering from your kfc app. Which sucks because you can only get the Nashville hot tenders on the app not doordash.

This place was great 10 years ago. The wings are do it yourself now. They used to have spicy honey barbecue wings. Now? Uh... No. The biscuits are always terrible. We used to be able to trade for Apple pie. Now when I ask if we can trade biscuits. They say, "let me ask my manager." Then they say, "yes". Cool! I think. What great customer service. They never deliver anymore. I've worked all day. It's late. I Do MY JoB!!?? Why can't they do theirs? This KFC!... oh... lower case. kfc*!#. Just say no if you can't do it. I will understand. I'm not a passers-by. KFC! Get a manager in here. Get rid of all lull of your employee's at the Ukiah place. Start over. Please. This is a reserved response. Thank you for asking for my review! I like the food. There has been more than a couple of times I got home from the drive thru to realize my order was wrong. Usually that means some of my food is missing. But my family continues to go every now and then.

No smiles, no warmth. You can tell they don't want to be there. Makes for a not so pleasant dining experience.

The food just sucks 💔🥀

Sadly, this experience left me disappointed. We had to wait for the chicken to be cooked and wa not informed of it. When the meals were presented, not all items were there. It was assumed a chocolate chip cookie would make things all better. Customer service was to lax i. Their duties and the appearance the place was not as clean as I have seen them have in the past. They can do better...they just slumpped this time around.

I usually love KFC but my meal today seemed old. My biscuit was crunchy and my chicken was rubbery. The mashed potatoes were delicious. Maybe they were busy but I was a little disappointed. Still love KFc though.

We do not go here often... this last time the obviously not wanting to work girl in the drive through was rude and just stopped replying to us, so we left. We went and had some WONDERFUL fresh made Super Taco elsewhere in town, much better choice. Will probably be our last visit for awhile again.

Drive thru member could not tell me the price of chicken tenders. Very short reply. Wasting his time.. I orders the 4 piece for $16 dollars. Here they are not much bigger then the sauce they came with.

I ordered a bucket of chicken and it came wet with oil and NOT crispy like I remember it at all, having chicken soaked in oil is not tasty and it felt like a total waste of money. The chicken itself was hard too as some who has had kfc quite a few times I can confidently say chicken was all around bad. Drinks were good and tasted fresh and did get a few empty buckets to wear for fun so I can say the staff is good but if you are thinking getting a bucket of chicken I'd say maybe get a sandwich so the oil is soaked up by the bread. there are a million ways to spend your money and a bucket of chicken with the quality it was should not be one of them. Also mashed potatoes and gravy was too expensive for what I was given it made me depressed

The last meal I got from here was so overloaded with salt, it wasn't edible. I went back after a few months to try again. The tender and fries meal I ordered again was so salty, you can see the salt pockets in the tenders. Again, another $10 down the drain...or in the garbage. Not going back.

I got to KFC at 8:15 thinking the lobby was open, I parked. The door was locked but the drive-thru was open, there were 10 cars in line, I got in line. When I got to the mic to order it was 8:45 and the young man said they were closed and what would I like to order, I asked for a $20 bucket he said they only had sandwiches left, I turned and counted the cars behind me there were 9. The young man said they couldn’t judge how many people would want to order - I told him how many were in line when I got there and how many were behind me. I asked why the 3 employees who came out to do garbage and recycling couldn’t have told us they were basically out of chicken. No answer. The website says they close at 9:30 it wasn’t 9 yet. This is horrible customer service. With that many vehicles in line, why couldn’t they cook more?

I got completely ignored at the drive through, I said “hello?” Multiple times. Then even after tapping on the on the window, I was ignored; woman looked at me and walked away.

Just had the absolute worst service at our local KFC. Sat and waited for 35 minutes only to be told they ran out of the food I ordered. The workers were younger kids and when not doing orders, were pulling out their cell phone and using them, then not washing their hands prior to making orders.

Very bad my family received food poisoning chicken was hard didn't even have the whole meal 16 piece meal that ordered no biscuits received cookies terrible nothing fresh won't be going to that kfc ever again the money I spent should've been fresh very sad smh all I can say need health departments like los Angeles than food would be good like L.A. people would know if place is a grade is a A or. B C D

Horrible!! Arrived nearly an hour before closing time after a long day on the road. They seemed to be out of nearly everything, including mashed potatoes! The guy was extremely disrespectful and we decided to leave, gave someone else our money!

Business hours say open until 9:30 pm. I'm there at 9:10. I sit in the drive thru 5 minutes, menu lights are on, drive thru sign lit up, all that. No response from the intercom speaker, so I pull forward to the pick up window, where I am blatently ignored by an employee while she is hurriedly wiping things down. After her solid attempt to avoid eye contact, she glances down her nose to see that I am already looking at her. I ask through the window, "Are you open?" She shakes her head and snobbishly and mouths, "Closed". Seriously?! Closing early? Fast food chain? No? Yes? Ok then. Btw- this happens during summer business hours as well. Oh, and I wasn't the only vehicle "driving thru".

I love the food but was at the drive thru behind this person and the worker took their order and then we drove up to the menu and nobody was answering and I saw them give the car in front of us their food and then they just closed kfc with no words, nothing. Let us wait there for 10 minutes. Bad customer service.

They want to charge for condiments after they rip you off for their less than desirable high priced food...way better places to dine in this town than this dump ...Think Twice before u turn into this cash grab

So excited about my first pot pie in many years. My husband's wasn't too bad but mine was just a glob of uncooked dough and congealed gravy. Gross!

I sat in line in my car for 45 min. for them to tell me they where out of food and closed when I seen the guy come out and put the cones behind the third car that was behind me 30 min Prior to that. So I thought I was going to be able to still order. Not the case I sat for another 15 mins or so waiting patiently to be helped. The women in front of me was able to complete her order just fine. But still not the case the guy told me we are out of food and they where closed I told him I had been sitting there for 45 min and they should had told us that we where not going to be able to order. At this point, due to how the drive thru is here, I was stuck, pinned in, waiting for the cars in front of me to get their food so I could exit. That guy told me to "jump the curb if you want to leave, or stay watch the others get fed".
