Finally had a chance to stop by on a Saturday afternoon. We luckily arrived before the big rush, it looks like it gets pretty busy on the weekends. I ordered the Beyond Brat which is one of their plant based options. It has Beyond sausage, caramelizar onions and spicy brown mustard. Very good! I also had a side of sweet potato fries and a hibiscus agua fresca. My boyfriend ordered a Chili the Kid Hausdog which has white American Cheese, Haus chili, crispy onions and chipotle aioli. He also ordered the Plant based Impossible burger. As a meat eater himself, he was blown away by how similar the taste was to a beef burger. He’s tried other plant based burgers, always in search for one that nails the flavors and this one is it! He was literally speechless. The regular fries here are very well seasoned and not your average French fry, very good! The inside of this place is pretty cool. They have giant Jenga and cornhole in their patio. The day I visited, it was pretty windy outside, I’m guessing because it’s on a hill and next to the freeway, so bring a jacket if you get cold easily, or you can sit inside. They are also pet friendly. I held on to my dog while I ordered and we sat in their patio. Great place and great food.

The dogs here are unique and definitely gourmet. There is a wide variety of choices as well. There is a great beer selection,including local breweries. The Garage Mango Hefeweizen is worth a try and if you like IPAs get the Hamilton double mango. The kids loved it too. We sat outside and they played games together. The staff is friendly and helpful as well. It has a hipster feel, but dang it if they don’t deliver something great every time!

The food was good. The people working there seemed bothered to ask them for anything The food is super rich. and it made me very thirsty. The cups are kids' sizes. I needed a couple of refills, was hesitant to ask. He seemed kinda mad. foods ok but ... I seem they wrote back on a post the boys and girls like it there. Well we are grown folk and it could have been better service.

Food is very expensive for what you get. Over $20 for fries and burger. The food was nothing special. They charge eighty cents for each side condiment other than ketchup. Wanted to try something new and will most likely not come back.

We paid $70.00 for 2 cheese burgers, one order of french fries, one pint of beer, and a mixed cocktail (Mia Ti, served in a Moscow mule cup) that was so terrible I had to take it back to the bar as Noone ever came to our table to check on us or to ask if we needed anything. Now if I wanted to stand in line to order my meal and prepay for it and the service I was about to be given, I would've gone to a fast food joint. The only other interaction we had with the staff is when I walked my self to the bar ti exchange my cocktail for something that was supposed to be better, marginally at best. Made by a bartender that had to have her drink list cheatsheet in front of her at all times while making drinks unless it was beer or soda. We had to find our own condiments and napkins. When I inquired about ice water I was told that cups and an urn of water was on a table at the back wall. So very disappointed with how this experience unfolded. The only thing good that I can say about this place is that it's dog friendly on the patio. So fur babies are welcome to eat here as well. Just bring your wallet and be prepared to open it wide to pay for sub standard service and burgers that aren't any better than what they would serve at carls junior.

Recent two trips disappointing. Went at 2:00 p.m. not busy. cheese tots were not hot. Complained and bar tender said she’d tell the kitchen. Never heard back no response or apology or replacement tots. Burger was warm not hot. For 2:00 pm feel like we’re getting previously made vs fresh. Table not clean, wife indicated women’s restroom not clean. Feel like place has went downhill.

I'm not sure what is happening at this Dog Haus. In the past it has been great. But I recently went in, waited 5 minutes for someone to come to the register and then was told it would be 40 minutes to get food! We ended up leaving. I'm so sad because their food has been great in the past.

They left my mobile order sitting 20 minutes before bringing it to the front desk and it was completely cold! for mobile pick ups, they are severely understaffed, and the front cashier snapped on me just for asking for my mobile pickup order,

Put in an order for 6:15. Got there at 6:30 and half of it was missing. Had to wait for them to fry the fries. Had to ask 3 times for the sauces that they charge you $0.80 for. Was not able to leave with my order until after 6:45. The corn dogs were incredibly ugly and almost burned. I won’t be returning.

I ordered from the Claremont location on 7/15. I came to get food with my cousin. I ordered a double cheeseburger with fries and he ordered just a burger. I took my food to go and when I got home I went to take a bite and the burger fell apart. You couldn’t even grab it the whole bottom was soggy and you couldn’t grab the bun. When I did take a bite I realized the whole burger was saw. Both patties were entirely pink like they didn’t even touch the grill for than 10 seconds. I was disgusted and I could have gotten sick. They also forgot to give me my fries. I’m not surprised they messed up the order. The whole restaurant seem understaffed. It seemed like they had only one person taking order serving the bar and serving food and like one person in the kitchen. There was apparently no manager there either. It seems that there’s only a manager there two days out of the week somehow as I was told. I called that same day to let them know. I just wanted my money back which I think was fair. They said that they could either remake it or give me a refund which I said I wanted a refund. They told me that I would have to wait for a manager to come in on the weekend in order for me to get my refund. They said they would take down my number and make note of it in order to tell the manager what happened. They said I would receive a call back letting me know when a manager came in so I could call or come in to discuss the issue. I never got a call back at all and when I called back, they said they didn’t recall the instance, but I let them know what happened the second time. They said again that they would write down what happened and they took down my number again and said I receive a call and they still didn’t call or let me know what would happen. They said that there would be a manager there Friday or Saturday after 1:30 so I went on Friday in person to take care of the issue. I spoke with the manager there Alyssa she seemed kind of rude and that she didn’t want to deal with the issue at all. I told her what happened and she didn’t want to hear anything I had to say. She said that she wasn’t made aware of either phone call or anything about a refund. There is clearly no management there. When I arrived and asked to talk to a manager the worker went and told her. She was just sitting down at the bar doing nothing, just on her phone. I was trying to tell her that I had pictures of the receipt and the food to prove what I was saying was true and that I had bought food and she just kept telling me repeatedly that she wouldn’t give me a refund and when I asked her why she said that it wasn’t part of the policy. She said the only thing she could offer is a remake, but I told her no I wanted my refund and she kept denying it to me. I don’t think there’s any reason why I shouldn’t be able to get a refund. She had actually told me in person that if that if the person had called her that she would’ve probably been able to walk him through a refund, which is contradictory to the fact that she said it’s not part of policy and that’s because there isn’t even a policy. She was just lying. I had called back to see if I could talk to someone else, but she was the manager that answered so I had another conversation with her. She just kept saying the same nonsense and when asked where is this so called policy or what is it. She said I’m not going to do this after being asked what the policy is. She kept saying I’m not going to do this after being asked multiple times and said have a good day. She lacks people skills and professionalism. I will never eat this restaurant ever again.

Jailbird wings is their ghost restaurant inside. Ordered GrubHub pick up order. It was all wrong. Ugh. Hot tater tots are good but the rest not good. Chili tastes gross. We ordered our food with no dairy. It still came with nacho runny cheese on top! The sliders were wrong also. They say dill pickles but they’re sweet- maybe bread and butter pickles?? They’re supposed to have lettuce or Cole slaw but they only came with not dill pickles and sauce. Chicken was ok, great, nothing amazing. We did call the restaurant and ask them to remake the order. Woman was rude and did offer to remake but super bad attitude about the no dairy. She kept saying “that’s how it comes “. I said our receipt even says no dairy. She kept insisting “it comes that way!”. I mean I get it, but I’ve definitely ordered chili with No cheese before. We went for a refund instead. Bad attitude tells me I don’t even want them touching my food. I’ll never go there again. Bummer

Almost every time I go, they mislabel our food. This wouldn't be an issue, however I am vegetarian and order the Impossible option while my boyfriend orders the pastrami. The only reason I keep coming back is because I enjoy the food (when properly labeled). There isn't even room for interpretation, today's order had one burrito clearly marked "impossible". I always have my boyfriend eat first to see if it's correct. Not an exaggeration, probably 9/10 times the food is labeled wrong. This is ridiculous.
