Food is awesome here! Way better than Corkey's across the street! Breakfast was on point! Sausage, and ham was awesome. Looking forward to coming back and trying lunch!
Ham & turkey are amazing!! Serving sizes have changed considerably Side orders have shrunk to a tablespoon, Flavor & texture of honey baked is still outstanding.. tho’ it’s not the same since corporate take over.. 💕love the sit down deli’s! Miss the deli sides to go!
Delicious. Fresh and well seasoned. Price is a bit on the higher end, if you want something different than the Costco ham HBH is well worth it. Service was also quick and great. Delicious ham.
Great holiday tradition. The ham is the best!! It wouldn't be thanksgiving without a Honey Baked Ham!!!
Not only do they have the best breakfast in town they have the cheapest and the largest their prices are fantastic. If You've never had breakfast there. You need to try it. It's amazing and the best price in town.
Great atmosphere Great manager Jaclyn was positive all the way threw my visit
Really good food. If you like honey baked ham, this cafe is the place for you. The Mo Betta Hot Ham and Chedda is my favorite with cheese cooked on the outside and melty cheddar with the best ham you could get. The Au Gratin potatoes were so good. Not bad on pricing either. If you want to try out the ham from this place, its the best way to do it.
Eggs benedict the honey baked way is worth every penny. Staff is very friendly and makes you feel very welcomed. I'll be making a visit at least once a month.
Great place to get a really good turkey or ham sandwich very happy with the service everytime we come and eat here. A must place to stop and try highly recommend.
Went Friday before Easter had reservation 3 people taking orders 2 for reservations 1 for walk ins. The reservation line was long and no walk in line. So as I stood there in line people walked in got served and left as I stood there waiting. 1 young woman was pleasant smiling and moving at a quick pace. The other 2 looked scared and probably new.
WOW!! Let me start by saying BRIAN is an angel and saved my Easter Sundays meal..YOU Brian are my life Savior, THANKS for being so friendly, understanding, compassionate and sincere.. It could have gone completely south for me..Talk about being at the right place and time, happened for me..THE store was CLOSED.!! I placed my online order through seamless, turkey&Ham and sides.. What a disappointment and a joke that place is..How in the world 🌎 did they allow me to place an online order if Honey baked ham store was closed today.. Ridiculous..of course I complained to SEAMLESS notified them of this huge error they did, I will be fully refunded..But what an inconvenience that was for me and my family today..
I was there when they opened at 7 thank goodness there were already people waiting. They had a number of workers at the registers and things moved very quickly. The store had lots of fun things you could have picked up as gifts as needed as well as items to go along with your ham. Was a great experience even though I had to get up so early
It's really, really good! It's a food that I always bought on Thanksgiving Day, but now I like the variety of lunch menus. After lunch, I was lucky to win by putting my business card in the business card drawbox. I received ham as a gift, and this is also touching. The ham here is really delicious, whether eaten in June or August. The variety of lunch menus are really great, so make sure to try them!
When I think of a good restaurant, I’m not fully focused on taste. I can have the best meal in the world, and if the service and attitude is subpar, it reflects on how I think and feel about the enjoyment while there. Today, I was warmly greeted by Teresa. I looked over the menu and selected the Honey Baked Ham Classic sandwich and added potato salad for a side order. I went with sourdough bread over a croissant. As I was waiting for the preparation, another waitress came out and gave me a sample of a seasonal menu item, the Cuban Slider. Wow, was that good! It’s a slider with ham and pulled pork with mustard. I found out that this is one of two establishments that has a restaurant built inside within the state of California. They are open breakfast, lunch, and dinner… hours are 8 AM to 6 PM on the weekdays, closing at 5 PM on Saturdays, and closing 4 PM on Sundays. This is my first time ever eating at the restaurant. Usually, people think of buying spiral hams during holidays. Now I know where to go for my Saturday breakfast with the guys. It’s cute enough of a place to draw in the ladies for their social gatherings, too. The food is outstanding and you can always pick up prepared food to go from their deli section after painting the tab. The Cuban sliders were so good that I bought a dozen of them to bring home to my wife for tomorrow’s lunch or dinner. You know with honeybaked ham you’re never gonna go wrong with anything on their menu. I can’t wait to try their breakfast burrito. Here are some photos using my iPhone 13 Pro and included the menu, as well…
After the first bite, I knew I had stumbled into a great place! The food is great! Great service, great atmosphere, and just awesome! The gravy on the garlic mashed potatoes was really the best gravy I've had in awhile. The turkey was great. The BBQ sauce on the ribs is perfect. The honeybaked ham is really good. And try the sweet tea. Very good and for a southerner, that's a great compliment
I work nearby this place and never saw a cafe version so I was curious when I saw the pics of the mac lol lets just saw I am lucky to be close to it because the food is great and the service is amazing brian and the other guy server are super friendly and the chef knows how to cook! This is my mew go to spot, everyone should check it out!
OH MY! Want excellent service and excellent food? The HoneyBaked Ham restaurant is the place to go! Everything on our table was delicious. We had a mixture of breakfast and lunch. The Mac and cheese was creamy with a bit of salt, the toppings gave it that perfect crunch. The assistant manager and server were amazing ! They made us feel as if we were in their home and we were their guest.
Definitely one of the best 12 bucks I've spent in a fair bit. The sample platter I ordered netted me ham, turkey, ribs, mac, mashed potatoes, and some bread. I certainly wasn't leaving hungry. Food was good but what really stood out were the sauces and the accompaniments to each dish in the sampler I ordered. The turkey for instance came with stuffing and a great sauce to add to already great piece of meat. I really can't complain. Definitely worth the money if nothing else. Oh yeah and the service was friendly to say the least. Definitely a must stop.
Amazing experience. The most lovely are the employees who have an amazingly kind and helpful attitude from start to finish. It’s my firs time ordering Christmas Dinner and I can’t say how relieved I feel not to have to worry about shopping, cooking and cleaning and still getting a near at home dinner experience. I know this ahead of time because I tried samples and was like “YUP” “winner” Feeling like a CHAMP. 😂 I recommend reserving online and getting there early. And, if you’ve not reserved 😬 get there early. I can imagine they run out of the extra stock for those who forgot/last minute.
Awesome sandwiches. They have a nice size menu of hot and cold sandwiches and sides. If you're ever craving a Xmas dinner this is the place to go to. We even took a oven roasted turkey breast with us to make our own sandwiches during the week. The garlic fries and the 9 bean soup are outstanding.
Tucked away In upland off of mountain ave just off the 10 freeway you will find a little piece of heaven with every bite made with love . The traditional HBH breakfast has it all with there own style of bacon which was amazing on both texture and taste coupled with a prime rib omelette and some biscuits and home made gravy , you will leave this place full and very satisfied.

I pre-ordered for Christmas and was helped by the same Manager/Cashier that helped me with my Thanksgiving pre-order, she is customer service orientated, knowledgeable, friendly, manages her team well and prompt, I forgot to ask her name for this review, she worked the last cashier machine both times by the exit door and her nails are always on point. I hope she gets a bonus or a raise, it would be well deserved.
Their Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner packages are delicious and plentiful. Order pick-up is fast and easy. The little restaurant serves great food. Try it!

2 days before Thanksgiving at 740pm, I showed up without a reservation to pick up a ham, when my guest list doubled. I stood in line for an hour, but I walked away with my ham. I was grateful they stayed open. $88 was pricey, for a 6lb ham+ mustard, but it will be tasey! I will note, they ran out of white rolls, and the wheat rolls were hard, but luckily, most people don't go there for rolls. Would definitely recommend the bean soup mix for leftover Ham bone. So good!
Too long of a wait 3 hrs in line a few days before thanksgiving. There has to be a better set up other than ordering ahead. The food other than the frozen sides are good.
The food is very good, though it could be somewhat improved. Got a sandwich for $12.50, came on sliced bread, it is a very good sandwich, would have been awesome if it came on a roll instead. The bread was very good, it just was underwhelming upon unwrapping. Though, the sandwich tasted so much better than it looks, it just looks like something you could prepare at home which is unfortunate. Got a salad too, it was great. Overall, I don't think I would come here much as the prices are high. Though I would recommend it to anyone looking for salad and sandwiches. Dining area is okay. Staff are great. Parking should be fine. Entrance, seating, and counter are accessible. Did not see if restrooms are available.
If you want to have a complete FULL meal, with all the goodies… Ham… Eggs Benedict…Breakfast.. and SO much more.. this is the place to go.. It has been a minute since I have been here, but me and my wife decided to stop by after COVID-19 died down. Just as we remembered (I believe they have renovated) great food at a decent price. It’s great knowing right off the bat, that they have Gel Sanitizers at every table. This I learned was one of the few Honey Baked stores that also has a cafe inside. So for sure give this place a try. We picked the following this time: Traditional Breakfast - If you want a traditional breakfast, this will do it, your choice of protein, waffle, eggs and potatoes and the croquette. Blackstone Benedict - This dish was actually really good. The Carmel candy bacon… the honey baked ham slices… the only critic I was a bit bummed out was the egg, which was not runny.. Overall we had a great experience, just had to take our food togo with so much leftover. This place reminds me of the breakfast places like Hash a Go go (not as big but big portions). Glad to have a place like this nearby, looking forward to try their prime rib next time !

Had California Cobbler sandwich and HBH traditional breakfast. Tasty food. Great presentation. Bryan the manager, friendly person. Got turned off to see smoking waitress outside return into store and start working in cafe without washing her hands. Unsanitary practice. Is the kitchen clean????

The hams are amazing, but the restaurant has gone downhill since they've changed it. The service used to be excellent and the wait staff were always polite and pleasant. That has changed, and I'm not sure I'll be returning. I took my son for lunch Dec. 1 for lunch and there was already one customer waiting. We waited several minutes and we were talking loud enough that anyone in the back would have been able to hear us, but one person in the kitchen saw and did nothing. I finally called out after the restaurant had filled with three other customers and called to the back that customers were getting backed up. A girl came out, paying more attention to her phone than the customers, and she was followed by 4 or 5 others who came out and they all disappeared into the back, not once speaking to any of the customers. They looked at all the customers that were waiting and then all walked away without a word. At that point I left. That poor service and treatment is intolerable and deserves no business. I changed my review to 0 stars for the food, because I never got any. In the past it was good, but that was before they changed hands.
My breakfast experience was not pleasant this time. Our waitress Leah had an attitude from the moment we sat down. She didn’t smile or welcome us when we entered the store. She didn’t stop by our table to refill any coffee or asked how we were doing. Meanwhile, we could hear how friendly she was to the tables around us. The server Brian was friendly though so the one star is for him. We’ve been here many times before the pandemic. The service was great then. Honey Baked was our cozy breakfast spot. It won’t be anymore.
I prepaid for my items and selected a pickup time. I called in advance and was told to come anytime for pickup. When I arrived, the ham wasn’t there. I was told “there all out” of the size I paid for. However, I could size up for an extra fee. Like what ???? I PREPAID! The plus side, the gentleman that assisted me was very apologetic, kind, and professional. FYI Don’t pay in advance.
I feel like the food concepts were great but the execution and as well as the service were very subpar. The eggs on the eggs benedict, which are supposed to be poached, were hard boiled and grossly overcooked. The mac in the mac n cheese was undercooked. Overall it totally could have hit the spot, but it was a sore miss. Maybe other locations can execute the food better but this one was not it.

So I love the ham but they missed the mark this year. I pre-ordered and arrived at my appointment time. The line for Pre-order was over an hour!!! They actually walked through the line and pulled out everyone that did not Pre-pay and brought them straight in. They litterly pulled a women that was about 20 people behind me out of line and I saw her leave 30 mins later.

Today we came to this location to pick up a prepaid order. We waited 2 hours to get the order however that's not the problem. When we finally made it inside the store an older lady fainted and hit her head pretty good. The lady was mainly assisted by the customers one or 2 workers were helping but the manager was more concerned that the line was correct. He was messing with the rope and adjusting it. Never did he interact with the lady. The customers allowed the lady to pay first and while she was paying she was leaning on the counter. She told the cashier that she did not feel good and needed to sit down. They offered her a seat and water. This was handled totally wrong. I hope the lady made it home.
Everyone was polite on the day I picked up my ham, but I am disappointed with the quality of the ham I received, it seems at it was burned, having paid a good amount for it, this is not what I expected. Highly disappointed because this was the main dish for my thanksgiving dinner.
Horrible Thanksgiving Pre-order experience. Pre-ordered a 1/4 ham for pick up (4 days prior to pick-up). Waited close to 1.5 hrs to get to the front -- yes, I was in the pre-order line. Once there, I was told that they no longer had the 1/4 ham. My choices were either (1) pay extra for the 1/2 ham or (2) walk away empty handed after wasting 1.5 hours of my life in line. Their mistake should have cost me neither. Never again
Bought a Honeybaked Ham For Christmas. So disappointed. First, very expensive $110 for a 10 lb ham. Second, no glaze on it! What happened to they Honey Glaze? Third the flavor just so so nothing special. In all I should have gone to the grocery and bought one. For less than a quarter of the price.
The food is not as good as it was. If you order online you still have to wait in a 2 hour line to get what you paid for. Holidays or not there should be a better system than lining up to the street. You are better off ordering delivery.
I committed to going to pick up a piece of ham for Thanksgiving. I thought it was going to be a quick thing. 20 minute wait. Tops. Nope, totally wrong. It was 2 hours. 1 out of 5 stars. Hard pass. Would not recommend.
My elderly mother spent over a 100$ trying to gift me a ham. I picked it up later and was told my order number was no longer good. They are crooks and should be ashamed of themselves. Disgusting. I will never be a customer again
I placed a meal on 11/18 to pick up on 11/22 order was confirmed and get a confirmation number. On pick up date I waited in line 3 hours, when I get to cashier they informed that the side I ordered and was confirmed is sold out same with my side orders. Cashier just said that he is sorry they were expecting too many people but didn’t have enough meals. Company very irresponsible and unprofessional they should not give any confirmation is they are not sure if will filled all orders.
I went there today for breakfast and it was awful. They were shorthanded. Only one server the food was burnt. This used to be one of my favorite places to come have breakfast, but not anymore I will not be back for breakfast. I don’t know if they’re change management or what’s going on. They don’t even have the old fun products that they used to carry like the peanuts the cornbread and none of those things are there anymore. I would like to know what’s happening so sad used to be a really nice place to go and have breakfast.
Food has always been good and been here before but don't know who's idea it was to combine the lines for pre-pay and those who haven't paid for thanksgiving. Plus they sold to many for every time slot. There was no point in paying ahead of time or reserving a time slot if you are going to have us all wait in the dame line for over 2.5 hrs.im sure going forward many patrons will think of this wait and decide elsewhere. The line spills into mountain Ave and we haven't moved an inch in 15 mins. I would cancel my order if it were possible.
Just picked up my order which was the new strawberry French toast. It’s literally Hawaiian rolls with so much cinnamon that it’s not edible what a waste of $14.00

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this store. They canceled my order the day before Christmas Eve, completely throwing off my holiday plans. Then, the next day, they called again asking what time I’d be picking up my order—only to remind me they were the ones who canceled it! To make matters worse, they never refunded my payment. I had to drive all the way to the store, waited standing there for about 15 minutes, and ended up calling them from the front of the store to get someone’s attention. The manager finally came out and processed my refund, but the whole situation was a complete mess. Unorganized, unprofessional, and incredibly inconvenient—definitely not the experience you expect especially during the holidays.
Had a pick up time for 12pm stood in a line wrapped around the building and down the parking lot . Waited in line for almost two hours! The whole thing was unorganized and ridiculous! The manager was “unavailable” the three times I asked to speak with him . Why prepay and preorder if they make you wait in a two hour line! Finally got up to the front and I just made it! The lady behind me went to get her prepaid order and they told her they were out of hams! She prepaid and waited in a two hour line just to be told they didn’t have her order! Again the manager didn’t help and just stood there directing the line so he didn’t have to engage in the madness! There were easy 100 plus people there waiting! So unorganized zero communication and ridiculous service. First and last time going there! Also the order looked like I got a meal from a fast food place that was thrown together in 2 seconds. If I could give zero stars I would. They did not accommodate any handicapped or disabled people or the elderly. Shameful!
