I'm from South Florida, and I've been craving some even half decent Hispanic food ever since I got here. Platanos dulces y arroz con cerdo asado is one of my all time favorite meals. Everywhere else I've tried up here has left me wondering what on Earth they were serving... And what they thought they were serving. This place would probably fall somewhere in the upper middle of the road back home, but for here it's hands down the best I've found. If you want some real Hispanic food... Give this place a try! It's technically Dominican, but they serve all the usuals that you'd find in any Mexican, Cuban, or Puerto Rican restaurant. Will be back anytime I get a craving for something from back home.

Easily the best Puerto Rican food I've had in Upstate New York. The portions are HUGE and very reasonably priced. The restaurant is very clean and cozy with soft lighting and the many customers ordering in the Puerto Rican dialect of Spanish is a testament to their authenticity. I am looking forward to coming back soon!

I ordered yellow rice with chicken and white rice with pork ribs. 2 pieces of fried chicken and I had to get a side of beans because they are slamming! Great food at an excellent price. You get your money's worth. The staff are awesome. The girl at the counter was attentive and generously threw some chicken broth over the rice. Superb! I love Herrera Sabor Latinos.

A group of coworkers and I called a lunch order in. Coworker went to pick it up 10 minutes later and they had no record of the order. We placed the order again and when we brought it back, realized that they had shorted us an order of plantains, but charged us for them. The beef & cheese empanandas were half empty and the beef empanadas were very dry. Very disappointing - won't be going back.

The food is great, but i definitely believe got over charged on the 9th off July for two scoops of rice with beans and beef by a dude with a bushy facial beard. He charged me $13.00. I was shocked because I dine in at this restaurant nearly everyday and Ive never paid this much for such a small order. The young lady there is oustanding. It was my first time seeing this dude and he wont stop running. I mean he was talking(most likely spitting on the food too cuz he was speaking way to loud) over the food while serving at the same time not paying attention. I told him dine in twice, he still prepared my food for take out. He is a damn cocky fellow. They'll definitely start losing customers because of him.

I went there once. ...ONCE!! I had no idea what to expect, but a tiny steam table and warmer was it!! I ordered a beef empaada and a pork dish of some kind. They didn't have much to choose from. A humongous scoop of yellow rice, very dry beans and the pork. I wanted just a soda, but the cooler was down. The soda was room temperature and that day itvwas 90 outside and no cooler indoors!! I have not been back since.

Only one lady working and she was rude. It was very hot in the restaurant. I ordered alot of food and there were no prices listed. The food was dried out from sitting in the hot pan for a long time. There was no barbeque sauce for the ribs. I had to go buy my own.The baked chicken was plain tasting . My child loves chicken and wouldn't eat it....no sazon.
