Sinceramente, de las mejores pizzas que puedes comerte en la ciudad. Todo combinado con un servicio excelente en el que si hay algún problema con tu pedido te lo solucionan al instante. Hubo una equivocación en mi pizza y no tardaron mas de 6 min en sacar exactamente lo que había pedido. Se nota que son un equipo de excelentes profesionales; desde el personal de cocina, hasta los chicos en sala. Muy recomendado.

La mejor pizza sin gluten que he probado. La masa súper esponjosa. La tarta de queso con galleta sin gluten buenísima también! Además, hemos venido con algo de prisa y nos han servido la comida súper rápido. El camarero que nos ha atendido (12/02/26 a mediodía) súper majo y atento. Repetiremos tantas veces como podamos!

Increíble lugar! Desde que entras se siente un ambiente cálido y agradable. Las pizzas están deliciosas, con una masa perfectamente horneada y toppings abundantes y frescos. Se nota la calidad en cada bocado. El personal es muy amable y siempre está pendiente de que todo esté perfecto. La relación calidad-precio es excelente. Sin duda, una pizzería totalmente recomendable.

Fuimos a este italiano sin gluten y la experiencia fue muy buena. La comida estaba riquísima, con mucho sabor y opciones sin gluten muy bien preparadas. Se nota el cuidado en la elaboración y eso da mucha tranquilidad. Además, el servicio fue excelente: el personal muy atento, amable y pendiente en todo momento. Sin duda, un sitio muy recomendable para disfrutar de buena comida italiana sin gluten.

Si buscas una pizza de verdad, este es el sitio. Pedimos unas albóndigas de entrante (espectaculares) y terminamos con un tiramisú casero de diez. Sin embargo, la protagonista es la pizza: una masa fermentada a la perfección, aireada y muy fácil de digerir. La relación calidad-precio me parece muy justa; prefiero pagar un poco más por un producto de este nivel que por algo comercial. Un lugar para volver una y otra vez.

Una experiencia italiana redonda de principio a fin. Comimos realmente bien, pero lo que marcó la diferencia fue la atención y las recomendaciones. Jorge, el chico que nos atendió, fue un auténtico acierto: no se limitó a sugerir la pizza, sino que nos aconsejó muy bien con el vino, logrando un maridaje perfecto que elevó aún más la comida. Se nota cuando alguien conoce el producto y disfruta recomendándolo. Para rematar, cerramos con una tarta de queso espectacular, cremosa y en su punto justo, el broche ideal para una comida excelente. Un sitio al que volvería sin dudarlo, tanto por la calidad de la comida como por el trato. Y si os atiende Jorge, dejad que os guíe: merece la pena.

La experiencia ha sido muy positiva. El local es agradable, bien cuidado y con un ambiente acogedor. La comida fue excelente, preparada con ingredientes de calidad y muy bien presentada. El servicio merece una mención especial: Jorge fue muy amable, atento y profesional en todo momento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y a aconsejar. Gracias a su atención, la experiencia fue aún más agradable. Sin duda, un lugar al que vale la pena volver.

Excelente experiencia! La pizza es simplemente espectacular: masa crujiente por fuera y suave por dentro, ingredientes frescos y de gran calidad, y combinaciones de sabores que realmente sorprenden. El servicio fue rápido, amable y muy atento en todo momento. Además, el ambiente es acogedor y perfecto para disfrutar en familia o con amigos. Sin duda, una de las mejores pizzerías que he visitado. ¡Volveré pronto!

This is the best gluten free pizza I've had in my entire life. I can't believe how decadently fluffy and tasty the dough is. It's like everything I've ever wanted from a gluten free pizza but could never find. It's a fairly short walk from the central attractions as well as metros. I can't recommend this place enough, it's so good! Will definitely be back.

Hi everyone. My wife and I went here to celebrate our anniversary. The waiter was very friendly. The decor was cozy. We ordered two pizzas: one vegetarian and one dessert with fig sauce. Great pizzas! I came because they offer vegan cheese and was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was as most vegan cheese doesn't melt that well. The sourdough base was also delicious and the service was very friendly.

The gentlemen that served us were very aware of the GF options on the menu (most starters, pastas, and all pizzas). Very helpful and reassuring. Restaurant located in a beautiful neighborhood a short walk from the old town. Worth the walk.

Fantastic!! I was not expecting such a wonderful experience. We had provolone with tomato and oregano as a started and it was delicious. Then we each order a pizza. They were both amazing. The best pizza I have eaten in a long time. We loved the place. The atmosphere and the service was just great. Juan is great at his job and is a genuinely nice guy. We will be coming back, often, for sure . We will recommend to everyone we know.

We had an incredible meal at Il Cortile in Valencia. The staff were so warm and welcoming, and the service was fantastic from start to finish. The pizza was truly wonderful, easily some of the best we’ve ever had. Every bite was packed with flavour, and it’s no surprise at all that they’ve won so many pizza awards. A must-visit spot for any pizza lover!

Wonderful gluten free pizza, all pizzas are available with GF crusts. Nestled on a quiet side street I had a wonderful lunch. Server was kind and attentive, he apologized for his English, but it's much better than my Spanish. Didn't have any issues inquiring about the menu. Highly recommend for anyone looking for gluten free pizza.

Internet says this is the best gluten free Pizza in the world. Not sure about that, but the Pizza is indeed very good and safe for Gluten intolerants (celiacs). Thin dough, cross border and tasty. Plus great service and nice atmosphere. Would go there anytime again, great place!

We had gone to other from that chain and this one didn't disappoint us. Pizzas are super delicious, we tried many and all of them we can recommend. The service was perfect, just many wines were missing. it's good for big groups or just a couple. Also they have take away. Gove a try to prized pizzas as they are pretty original and so good.

Higher-end award-winning pizza. My wife and I went in for dinner last night, service was very friendly and efficient. We already knew what we wanted and our drinks and pizzas were out quickly. The Tricolore was stellar, as was the Parmigiana. Where this place wins is the crust, way better than all other pizza places I've reviewed here in VLC. Mili and Lucas are great! Thank you! Atmosphere suffered due to a large group of spoiled Spanish teens not knowing how to behave. A few tables complained and they piped down for a bit. Maybe filter the reservations a bit might help.

We had been told this was the best pizza in Valencia and this was certainly true. The restaurant has gluten free options and this pizza was also delicious. Worth a visit!

Las pizzas son muy buenas, pero el trato podría mejorar mucho. Las pizzas son cerradas, no puedes elegir los ingredientes, PERO cuando les falta alguno, DEBERÍAN ofrecerte la posibilidad de cambiarlo por otro. Sin embargo, tienes que elegir otro tipo de pizza. Además , un poquito más de ingredientes no le haría daño a nadie .

I order a pizza and a salad with cheese. I got a 4 out 10 pizza. And a salad that weights 150 grams and costs 12 euros, whoop whoop! Bad pizza and greedy kitchen! Avoid it if possible.
