Noah's Bagels

Called today to order some bagels and the lady who answered was efficient and friendly. Went in to pick up the bagels and given the current circumstances the 2 ladies working the counter did a great job! Love their bagels! Update on 7/8/24. Ordered 2 dozen and it was a pleasure to talk to Ikik at the shop. He was so kind and patient. When I picked the bagels up, he specifically said, "I had our baker bake you fresh bagels rather than put aside the ones from early this morning"! What service! I love they're bagels and the service is the best!

Went in early morning to get some fresh bagels. A man named Ian helped me he was very kind and also gave my daughter some stickers. Witch was very nice. Bagels tast great and service was fast. Thank you !! Will definitely be coming back .

Did a catering delivery order and it was handled perfectly! Everything from the ordering process to the delivery was smooth and the Noah's team did a great job in making sure I got what I needed. Thanks!

I stopped by Noah NY Bagel this morning to get a bagel before my wife graduation ceremony. This place is near College of the Canyons so it worked out great for me. Finding parking was easily because I came after the morning rush if they were busy. When I walked into the store, I took a quick look at their bagel selection and went with the plain bagel. I asked if they put the creme cheese for you and they told me they do so I asked for it on the side. I ate my bagel outside since they had some tables there. I thought my bagel was good and would come back again if I'm in the area.

Staff was very kind and polite. That makes a difference in people’s experience. The bagels are delicious.

There is a Starbucks around the corner, which is where we go to get coffee while eating here. They are typically pretty fast but Saturdays there is usually a line. We love this place, and come regularly. No plan on changing that.

This place has the best bagels I’ve ever had in SoCal. It can be super busy so come with some patience. Also if you don’t arrive early enough they do run out of certain bagels later in the day. Definitely try the Nova Lox Sandwich or the Breakfast BLT and you will be so happy with your choice. Also just getting a plain bagel or everything bagel with shmear is super yummy too. I definitely can’t wait to visit again!!

We don't normally buy cinnamon raisin as we find this flavour to be normally dry in general and we are left searching for the raisins, but Noahs was full of raisins and cinnamon in every bite, we have been converted for life. Bagels were just as yum the next morning for breakfast. Highly recommend this location, well worth traveling for. The bagels and great service exceeded our expectations, will definitely visit on our next trip, thanks Ian! If you're still deciding whether to go, the answer is YES!!!

AWESOME service! I was helped by Ian and he brought such a kind and energetic atmosphere to the store. I am not a regular, but Ian's energy totally has convinced me to come back! Came in right before closing and was worried the options would be low, but Noah's still had a full variety and Ian was even kind enough to treat my bf and I to some free bagels to try out!

Best bagels I’ve eaten but the service is so bad here. They forget orders all the time. Last time, they forgot to give me the cream cheese I paid for. I tried calling but no one picks up! Awesome bagels. Will be back but really wish customer service improves. Chorizo breakfast bagel = awesome.

Bagels were good, had a nice chew, pumpernickel is my go to choice with cinnamon and raisin being a close second. Service was a little surly but I get not everyone loves their job. But the bagels are worth a try

Good variety of bagels and breakfast sandwich bagels. Nice but busy in the morning. By brunch the crowd will died down but bagel selection gets limited. There's also a Starbucks around the corner, that makes this shop a great "grab and go" breakfast place, they do have drinks as well.

I had a very unpleasant and disappointing experience this morning. As I entered the store, I was greeted by very loud, unpleasant music. The clerk, taking the order, was unable to hear my request correctly that was surely due to the loudness of the music.

This shopping center to the west of the 5 is pretty much the last stop of "civilization" before the grapevine and beyond. I grew up eating Noah's Bagels in the Bay Area when they were an indie business and there were only two shops. Now of course they are owned by Pepsi and no more than a shadow of their former selves. Other than the decor the Noah's of today bears little resemblance to the fabulous bagel shop of my youth. This is a particularly small shop, not sure you could sit inside even before the pandemic, plenty of outdoor seating. The bagel was just ok, the coffee actually better than I expected. Service was good, but it is always sad to see what Noah's has become: its just not a very good bagel.

Lots of flies and little bugs flying around inside. That was gross! My bagel was slightly doughy/undercooked. My child's bagel dog was extremely hot and burned the roof of their mouth. The employees spent a lot of time chatting and cussing at one another rather than working.

No smiles, very little eye contact and always seem to not want to be working. They just ignore the customers and work around them like they are invisible like today this morning for instance a customer was getting napkins and sugar and the worker restocking or whatever didn't even move slightly to get out of the way!! Didn't budge!! making him really have to reach over her for what he needed i know your not a server obviously but you don't have to be to have any common decency.

No sense of urgency with the long line. I observed 3 people ahead of me complain their orders were wrong or missing items. 20 minutes later, they tried to hand me my 2 dozen bagels without my sandwich. When I asked about it, they unwrapped three other sandwich / bagels and said "This is your farmhouse sandwich". I unwrapped some salmon and cucumber? Bagel sandwich. I wonder who got my farmhouse... Won't be returning. :(

Haven't been here for a while, decided to stop for a quick bite on my way out of town. I've been here 15 minutes, I ordered coffee and a bagel. They have called the same order twice, after already giving it to someone. The line is insane, the order system not efficient and honestly silly to be waiting this long. There are 4 people making food behind the counter and at least 10 people who have ordered...before me...waiting for food. One order being announced every 1-2 minutes. Weird. Not coming again anytime soon... Update: got my one bagel after 20 mins, its cold and the spread is cold. I got a rock hard, old toasted bagel with cold butter. Nice.

No Garlic Bagels Anymore?! Nice people and decent service. No issues there. But I was just told that they are no longer making garlic bagels. Like ever again. Those are the only things I ever want to get there, so now there’s no reason to purchase ever return. Makes me sad, really.

Food was as expected. My friend and I sat outside and ate our sandwhiches, finished, then continued to chat. Within 5 min of finishing our food a staff member came outside and asked us to leave on the premise no loitering. The table next to us had a young man playing on his phone with no food and at another table two individuals on their computer with no food as well. Why were we the only ones asked to leave I wonder?

I have usually had good experiences here when I just order a bagel with smear and a coffee, but the other day I wanted something more filling to hold me over and the bacon, egg, and cheese bagel I was served had raw bacon on it. Of course, I realized this once I was at work and was really disappointed. By no standard is this bacon cooked well enough to serve a customer. I was afraid to eat it so I just tossed it. When I was there they asked me if I needed a receipt and I said “no”, but wish I would have gotten it bc I would have absolutely returned this sandwich.

A bagel shop should have a good selection of bagels at 11:00 am, but they were out of most bagels, only 4 onions left, the others were their specialty such as chocolate chip and greasy cheese. We ordered 3 onions with cream cheese, which they almost didn't give us because they thought they had an "order." When we got home to dig into our awesome bagel... bumed out. The amount of cream cheese was pathetic! For $3 a bagel I would expect more cream cheese and it not to be tough, tasted like they shipped the bagels over from New York with cream cheese on them. We were very disappointed and don't plan on returning. Also, trash cans were overflowing and was falling to ground, disgusting and dirty. Tables were greasy and my chair was broken. This place is a joke. What happened to the good old Noah's.

Looks like corporate is cutting corners and short staffing. They used to have one person taking orders, one person running register and 3+ making orders. They had 3 people doing everything. Took about 30 mins to get a bagel sandwich. The entire time I could see them struggling to make orders to the point they never once cleaned the crumb covered cutting board. This is what happens when corporate decides they don’t need to care anymore. Customer lost.

Please don't waste your time.

This morning we were there with my husband, we don't understand why your employees are always in a bad mood, we keep coming back because the food is delicious but the employees totally ruin the experience, today we saw one of your employees, a short, Latin guy with a beard, treat very bad to a delivery person who was patiently waiting for his order. My husband intervened because he was very rude to the delivery guy. We love your food but you have terrible customer service.

I was in the store this morning for a dozen bagel and shmear and it took longer to order because you have to line to the cashier before you can place the order and the cashier is the one in charge to take your order basically do everything (placing them in the box, slicing, etc.) then pay. It was more systematic before.The cashier who was wearing a "DUKE" hat was, rude and got an attitude problem.

This place has really gone downhill. I’m not sure if it’s under new management. I went in there today to pick up a preorder. No customers were inside. I literally stood in front of the registers while the employees stood around and didn’t even want to make eye contact with me. When someone finally asked what I wanted, i told them them that I have an order for pickup, the manager handed me my order with an expression and attitude like I was bothering them. The best part was, once I got home, I toasted one of my bagels, only to find a long black hair sticking out of it. Avoid this place…

I have never written a review before, but after expecting a big New York Style pastrami and cheese on an everything bagel costing over $8.00 I felt I must. Please see attached photo of one slice of pastrami on the bagel. Very disappointing. Don’t come here if you’re expecting a decent pastrami sandwich
