Optamos por el arroz del senyoret, una especialidad local que destaca por su sabor y presentación. Este plato, conocido por llevar mariscos pelados y troceados, permite disfrutar de cada bocado sin preocuparse por las cáscaras . La paella estaba perfectamente cocida, con un equilibrio ideal de sabores que realzaban la frescura de los ingredientes.

Espectacular. Me he comido muchas paellas, esta, La Mejor. Hemos comido la del senyoret. La paella es grande. El punto justo de sabor y cocción, no pegado ni caldoso. Perfecta. El precio también muy bien!

La atención de los camareros fue excelente,muy amables y atentos en todo. La comida deliciosa. Fue mi primera vez con el arroz al senyoret y no quedó ni un arroz . El vino blanco seco frutal que nos recomendaron quedó muy bien con la comida. Las puntillas como entrante fue un gran comienzo. Éramos 4 comensales. Nos invitaron a este lugar, así que no supe la cuenta pero calculo 90(pidieron 4 cervezas y pan con alioli)

Fuimos recomendados por una amiga y fue un acierto total. Somos de muy buen comer y nos quedamos agustísimo. Pedimos dos entrantes (unas clóchinas y unas puntillas), la paella Senyoret todo acompañado con un vino blanco seco y dos postres a los que se nos olvidó sacar la foto. Todo estaba increíble y cabe destacar la cercanía y amabilidad tanto del camarero y el cocinero. Moltes gràcies!Tornarem!!

Todo estuvo perfecto. Nos atendió Diego uno de los socios del Restaurante junto con Pascual que es el chef del establecimiento. La atención de lujo y las Puntillas y el arroz negro que comimos un manjar. Sin temor a equivocarme puedo decir que es el mejor arroz negro que se come en Valencia. Muy contento con haber ido a este Restaurante. (cómo plus nos atendió solo a nosotros ya que los jueves no abren y por error nos aceptó la reserva. Pudo cancelar la reserva, pero tuvo la amabilidad de atendernos de todos modos, Gracias!!!)

Tuvimos una experiencia excelente en Pasqualet. Pedimos el arroz de carabineros y fue un auténtico acierto: sabroso, con un punto perfecto y muy bien servido. De postre, el bizcocho de naranja nos sorprendió por su textura esponjosa y su sabor casero, realmente delicioso. Además, el trato del personal fue muy atento en todo momento, cuidando los detalles y haciendo que nos sintiéramos muy a gusto. Sin duda, un sitio para repetir si visitas la Albufera.

Legitimately some of the best food I have ever tasted! The mixed seafood paella (mojado) was incredible. The mussels were the best I’ve tasted in the world. And don’t leave without having the espresso with a tarta de abuela. So good I wish I could get a room upstairs.

A proper paella cooked slowly with a rich caldo to provide a great taste. Starters were limited but that is because they are freshly prepared. Chiperones with asparagus and hongos was wonderful. This is a small restaurant which provides personal service. A little gem!

Everything is just perfect at Pasqualet. The size of the restaurant makes it super familiar. Here, the staff really cares about the eating experience of the customers. The chef is even asking personally, if everything was alright from time to time. The whole team is well coordinated and knows best how to make you satisfied. Make sure to have a reservation. Otherwise it's just not possible to create the perfect paella, as it takes some time! The speciality of the house, the Paella Seafood, tastes like a charme. You can also try one of the other rice dishes, you will be satisfied with it for 100 percent. They also make very good Alli y pebre, which is typical for the area of Albufera. It's main ingredient is the eel, catched in the lake there. Somewhere else, the food would be gourmet. Here it's just cooked in the best way of the traditional Valencian cuisine. But wait, there is also one bad thing about the restaurant. That is to say, if you try the paella here once, you won't enjoy it so much somewhere else anymore. It just can't get any better!

Straight-from-the-Source Paella! Pasqualet is located beside Albufera rice fields south of Valencia in a town called El Palmar. El Palmar is paella-ville. Just about every building there is a restaurant serving Valencia’s most famous dish. We didn’t try them all, but of all the paella we ate in Spain, Pasqualet’s was the best. Pequeño y acogedor. Comida casera, entrantes y arroces buenos. El arroz caldoso de bogavante y los mejillones XL con cítricos y canela, para repetir. Enhorabuena al servicio de sala por su simpatía y amabilidad. Recomendable.

Pequeño restaurante pero te hacen sentir como en casa . Tanto el camarero como el cocinero tienen un muy buen trato con los clientes . Las Clochinas con naranja y canela estaban espectaculares . La paella de carabinero también estaba muy buena con el arroz en su punto .

Restaurante típico del Palmar, arroces y tapas para picar. El comedor es un pelín justo y la decoración mejorable. Hay otros restaurantes en la zona con mejores vistas. Pedimos tres entrantes dobles y 2 paellas de carabineros. De entrantes cochinas, tellinas y puntilla. Las clochinas y la puntilla muy buenas, pero las tellinas no estaban en su punto. Un poco demasiado hechas. Las paellas de carabineros estaban espectaculares, en su punto y con la cantidad de arroz perfecta, muy buenas. Luego compartimos seis postres variados, de los cuales destacaría la tarta de la abuela, espectacular. No tomamos vino solo cerveza y cafés. Salimos a 51 € por cabeza para siete personas, con lo cual la relación calidad precio me pareció un pelín cara. En fin, un restaurante recomendable, pero con pequeños detalles mejorables.

The food and service were good but for a place that's famous for its rice the paella was disappointing. We were served paella two styles. As a sort of rice stew and as a classic dry paella. The dry paella was salty and they both lacked chicken, calms, muscles. The favour was decent but could've been improved with if more elements were introduced to give the rice flavour. It is a famous place for it's rice and they charge for the fame. I don't think the fame is merited anymore especially at the price point.

La comida estaba correcta pero el precio muy elevado para el restaurante que es. La terraza es una improvisación, pegada a los coches que no dejan de pasar. No incluyen el iva en el menu (que a mi parecer ya es una jugada un poco fea. Viene especificado al final de la carta pero nadie lo espera). Y literalmente a los precios les sobra el iva sorpresa. Sin ese extra, hubiera estado mucho mejor. El bar por dentro tampoco es mucho mejor. Parece que vas a pagar por tener vistas y en realidad parece un bar de carretera.

I didn't eat in this place but just wanted to share my experience with the owner of this restaurant for that everyone knows what type of person he was with me . I went to the bar In from of this restaurant to have s beer and when I asked for the bathroom they said they didn't have any then I asked for public toilet and obtain the same answer . As I was really in a rush I saw a restaurant just front called Pasqualet and asked the kid that was serving at the table if i could go to the toilet as it was really an emergency. The kid said yes and when I was just getting holding the toilet door the owner came and stopped me saying that i wasn't a customer then i could not enter ! I said it was an emergency that there was no public toilets around he kept saying no ! There are people like this completely greedy and not nice ! This man should not be allowed to spin tourism industry!!! I hope the universe pays back to him in the same way! Hopefully he doesn't represent the rest of the Valencian people!
