Twigs Bistro and Martini Bar - Vancouver

Ashley B was excellent and was able to help us navigate the extensive gluten free menu offerings! The food was flavorful and perfectly cooked. The GF burger buns were Udis and were prepared perfectly. The creme brulee was FIRE!

We stopped in for dinner with a few friends because we wanted to try the 2 course for $29. We had a party of 6. There were 5 adults and 1 child. Our hostess was nice and friendly and our waiter provided such great customer service and took great care of us. He was very friendly and attentive and made sure to continuously check on us through out our meal. The cocktails we all ordered were refreshing. And everything we ordered was delicious. The Brussel sprouts were packed with flavor and the the perfect about of salt. The crab dip was good but tasted more like tuna that a crab dip. Our entrees were good but very small portions. We will definitely come back to the other dishes because the service was so great and the food was perfectly cooked and seasoned.

Hanna H was an absolute delight to have as our waitress this birthday/holiday dinner! She was very quick, attentive, and super sweet. Our crowd is sometimes a lot to handle and she treated us with so much respect! 10/10 recommend her and this restaurant to anybody looking to have an amazing dining experience!

We had an awesome brunch at Twigs Bistro in Vancouver. The atmosphere was super chill, and the view overlooking the Columbia River with all the greenery was really peaceful and relaxing. The food was great. I had a breakfast scramble that was fresh, filling, and just really satisfying. The spicy Bloody Marys were flavorful and hit all the right notes. Ryan was our host and got us a perfect table outside with an amazing view. He was friendly and helpful, which made us feel right at home. Lawson was our server and took great care of us. He was really attentive and easy to talk to and was very knowledgeable of the menu! Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. If you’re in the area, definitely give Twigs a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Great view of the riverfront and window table seating. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. The food was on the pricy side but definitely worth the cost. Highly recommend.

Gabby was terribly nice. The steak was a low grade I'm afraid - would not order it again - but we will be back again, because despite the poor quality of meat, it was at least cooked perfectly, and served by some wonderful people.

My husband and I came in for lunch. I got the scallops risotto and he ordered a chicken sandwich. Everything was delicious! Our server was Kamille. She was very friendly and attentive to our needs.

We came here for dinner on a date. We got our seats right away without a reservation. Drinks (blood orange martini and mandarin mango mohito) were great and perfect flavors to start our time together. We had Flafal bites for appetizers. He had Blackberry Lamb with Pear&beets salad, and I had Pistachio Halibut with Pecan Ceasar salad. Both entrée were render, juicy, and flavorful. For dessert, we thoroughly enjoyed Gooey cookies and strawberry blondie😋 The table by the fireplace looking over the river before sunset was so romantic💕 We will be back for sure!

Twigs is easily our favorite restaurant. We've never had an unsatisfactory dish served over the years. The pizza served here is far and away my favorite, and my wife has enjoyed every dish she's ordered. The waiters have also been universally good, with Daniel this last time being incredibly pleasant, even helping us identify my wife's favorite dish they served a few years ago (Ahi Tuna Sandwich), sadly they don't have it currently but we now know when to visit next to try and see if it's back. The prices are on the upper side for restaurants, but the quality of the ingredients and cooking are what keep us willing to come back. It doesn't hurt that it's got some great interior design and exterior views, but the food and service is the real star here.

Came here for a farewell dinner, my experience was nothing short of fruitful. Kennedy was very hospitable, providing us a truly memorable experience. Their food is always made to perfection, credits to the chef! Oh and did I mention the views and scenery? Amazing.

Came here for Sister Sunday and it was a vibe! The drinks were good, the food was good and our waiter, Duke, was phenomenal! He even took our photo and made sure the light was hitting, our poses looked right and the background was beautiful!! He made a good day a really great memorable day!! Thank you Duke! You deserve a raise and promotion!❤️

Amazing place for business dinner. Fortunate enough to have a beautiful day. Outside eating is a vibe, river view. The food was extremely beautiful & had amazing plating. Price was very reasonable.

Our meal was fabulous! Sous-chef CJ personally came to our table! This has never happened to us before! We raved to him about the quality of the food! The flavor was out of this world! Lynn our server was very attentive to our table during the meal making our experience all the better. We will be back.

We really enjoyed the vegan brussel sprouts and the salmon was excellent. It tasted fresh caught and was the same color all the way through, with none of the signs of farm salmon. Hanna H was incredibly attentive, and noticed that my partner didn't eat the scallops in their risotto. Regardless of our lack of complaint, they gave us a free dessert. Great service from everyone, particularly Hanna H, and the rest of the staff as well for also granting my request to be seated with a view of the water. Made our engagement dinner much nicer.

My wife and I absolutely love Twigs Bistro—it’s one of our favorite restaurants to visit for special occasions. We’ve been many times, and every experience has been extremely pleasant. On this most recent visit, we had Ashley B as our waitress once again, and she did a fantastic job. I ordered the ribeye steak, and when it arrived it unfortunately wasn’t cooked to my liking. Ashley and the manager handled the situation with so much grace and professionalism. They refired my entire plate quickly, made things right, and turned what could have been a disappointment into a great experience. It’s also important to mention that I have a gluten allergy, and Twigs is one of my favorite places to eat because of their dedicated gluten-free menu and the care they take to make dining feel safe and stress-free. Their gluten-free options are absolutely delicious—we highly recommend the Kahlúa pork tacos! Thank you to this Twigs location and the incredible people who do such a great job running it. We’ll definitely be back!

The Hubbs and I opted for an impromptu dinner date along the Columbia River. Upon much deliberation we chose Twigs and Bistro. As a vegetarian that also does not drink alcohol I couldn’t have ended up more stoked. That menu is legit for everyone! I had my first mocktail and it was incredibly delicious. The food was nothing short of phenomenal! The staff was super attentive and the ambience was absolutely elegant. Daniel was our server and he pulled out every stop to ensure our experience was absolutely fabulous. Highly recommend! Come check it out! You will not be disappointed!

My boyfriend took me here for lunch yesterday. The food was good, cocktails were too but what truly stood out to me was our server. Christian was a lot of fun to be served by. Christian greeted us with warm, vibrant energy that carried on through our meal service. He was quick, but steady, and very kind. Even shared some jokes with us. Christian treated us as if he has known us for forever. Will only be coming back when he is working. He’s the best. Thanks Big Dawg!

Hannah helped us tonight and was so sweet. My husbands steak wasn’t cooked to his liking and she fixed that for us! And made sure everything went smoothly on our valentines night dinner. Thanks Hannah :)

Food and drinks were all great and our server Hanna H was awesome! She took such great care of us and was so efficient with such a large group. The private room was perfect for our larger party. We will definitely be back.

Hanna H was our server and she was very kind, patient and attentive throughout our ordering, food, and checking if we needed anything. She and my 13 year old laughed at how much they both loved the "Sticky Cookie" dessert haha..great server!

Sunday, our family had an early Thanksgiving day celebration at Twigs and a time was had. This is a perfect place for a large group and has such a nice atmosphere. Our servers name was Lynn. She was funny, friendly, and suggested wine and steak pairings. We ended up with the Coulotte steak special and everything was delicious. Great wine, martinis, and food service. We will definitely be back soon. Maybe for the the Christmas ships !

The food here is always great. We had a great server Hanna that was extremely attentive and helpful. Even on a Tues night it was busy so you know it's a vibe. Our table ordered fish and chips, the steak salad, an various appetizers. The doughnuts nuts were delicious. Highly recommend.

Courtney was an incredible server and made our dinner experience outstanding from start to finish. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly without ever feeling overbearing. Our drinks were always topped off, she checked in at the perfect times, and made great recommendations that we loved. Everything came out just as we ordered, and her positive energy really added to the night!

Our server Hailey made our 1st family reunion & dinner extra special to dine in. Hailey appeared at our table site in her festive attire with a smile, a friendly greeting, and the offer to make our dinning a pleasant experience. Periodically, Hailey checked in with us to see if we needed anything. After our food was delivered by Hailey, she checked in a few later to see how our food was and asked if it’s to our satisfaction. We enjoyed Hailey’s positive and pleasant attitude! She deserves a wrapped up gift filled with a well deserved monetary incentive. Thank you for hiring Hailey!

We came to Twigs for dinner for my friends birthday and had such a fantastic time! Everyone was so friendly and service was so fast! Our server was Hanna H and she was so nice and had such a great personality. The martinis we had from the bar were some of the best we’ve had…a dirty gin martini for my husband and a holiday espresso martini for me ( the peppermint foam was sooo delicious!). Wine selection was great as well! Our dinner was perfectly cooked and that is great for scallops. My husband and my friend both said their steak was amazing! We can’t wait to go back!

Our server was very attentive and sweet, our food was VERY tasty and moderately priced. Our drinks weren't really what we expected (they were too sweet for our liking), but they were well-made and we enjoyed trying something new!

It's always a pleasure to eat at Twigs. Monday evening was a little disappointing, but still enjoyable. The lamb melted in the mouth. The halibut was so tender, but over salted. The asparagus was woody and hadn't been trimmed, but had good seasoning and was cooked well. The pear and beet salad was amazing. The cod was slightly overcooked for the fish and chips. The sticky cookie was good, but not a must. Overall, good food, but just slightly off from the usual fair at Twigs.

Great for groups, was pretty tasty. I wasn’t that impressed with my stir-fry for the price. Everything is OK. I think it meets the needs for most people. The view is gorgeous and U am certain summer lunches on that deck would be amazing.

Update September 2025... Seafood cakes begs the question......WHERE'S THE SEAFOOD????......Fried batter with shards of salmon. Not Impressed!!° Not up Twigs standards. A perfect sunny day in early spring 2022 , great day for another great small lunch at Twigs. The Crab Cakes and the Chicken Salad , available on their special daily menu were perfectly prepared. Dessert was great Tabitha is amazing Service was prompt and friendly. The view out the window on the river superb. Everything was just great. I will be back

We were here for a bday and it was my 1st time here! Check out the custom Martini drink menu. My friend said the Orange 🍊 chicken was a wee bit spicy but that might be her palate. Lamb was succulent and sauce was amazing Steak on pasta was undercooked the 1st time but when they bought the replacement-- it was perfect. My ahi was amazing and my server NATHAN made sure I got 🥑. The beetroot salad they substituted goal for the gorgonzola -- that was aslo awesome!

The restaurant is beautiful and we got a great table by the windows for our day-before Valentine’s dinner. Service was a little slow, I know it was busy but when I worked in a high volume restaurant in an upscale shopping center in the Bay Area, we were never assigned more than 2-3 tables during peak hours, ensuring the guests were well taken care of. The calamari was good, the fries with fondue were good. My Columbia River salmon was decent, not very flavorful, especially being served with white rice and asparagus, but it tasted very fresh. My husband’s braised short ribs, a v-day special, were much more like dry pot roast. They were not bone in, which probably contributed to the dryness. It did have a good flavor. A couple of the carrots in the dish were inedibly hard. We should have sent it back but he had gotten off work and hadn’t eaten and was hungry. He didn’t want to have to wait for a new dish to be made. We got the Valentine’s special for dessert, a cheesecake mouse. It was beautifully assembled, but the cheesecake mousse was barely sweet, pairing it with pretzels and a barely sweetened raspberry sauce was not ideal. The chocolate chips and cookies went ok with it, since they were sweet. I’m not sure if we would spend the money to eat here again, if we do, we will go on a less busy day and try to choose some dishes with more flavor.

Attended a graduation lunch here on a late Sunday afternoon. There were 11 of us. Although we had made reservations, the host took over 10 minutes to find a table for us even though he said that the table was ready. Server did show up rather quickly once seated and took our orders. Food came out fast as well. However, portions of the food were inconsistent. Ordered the steak salad and steak came out Burnt and overcooked. They were sliced and perhaps only 5 small pieces were on the salad? Disappointingly sad looking. Our son ordered the crab mac n cheese and his portion was much more promising. Server forgot some of our side items and it took forever to get the side dishes. Drinks came fast but portions are just not consistent down to the appetizers. If charging close to $20 for appetizers, it really should be shareable portions. Beautiful views of the waterfront but food needs improvement.

My niece and I went here and were surprised at the food quality. We ordered the sliders, Brussels sprouts, curry soup, fish tacos and the valentines dessert tray. The sliders were charred and dry but had good flavor. The fish tacos were overcooked and stringy. Also my niece hated the flour tortillas that are baked for some reason. The Brussels sprouts were very good and the soup was ok. The platter was amazing but the pretzels and cookies were very stale. I am not sure why they can’t hire a good cook. The prices are not reasonable either and I get it, rent is a lot but hire someone who can cook. Geez….

first time here.. waited maybe 30minutes for our food to arrive. order came but close to cold.. just a little warm from the heating lamp.. fries not crunchy anymore but close to rubbery.. see the picture? fries got wrinkly.. cheese on the burger turned solid.. was close to leaving.. should have just left and they can just throw the food since they dont seem interested serving it.. my husband is just kind and still tipped them 20%.. the lady that sat us down suddenly become friendly when we're checking out..must be for the tip. update : owner reaches out and i shared other info to the manager.. they were so gracious to refund us for the food we had. they didn't have to do that but they did. Hopefully next time we're in the area we'll try this place again.

I’m currently hosting an event at this restaurant and was honestly shocked to learn they charge a $15 fee just to bring in a cake or cupcakes. Not to cut it. Not to plate it. Simply to bring it through the door. For a place that promotes hosting gatherings and events, this feels excessive and unnecessary. Celebrations often include desserts that are personal or custom-ordered, and charging guests an additional fee just to celebrate feels like nickel-and-diming. When you’re already paying for food, drinks, and hosting an event, small added fees like this leave a bad taste. I understand businesses have policies, but this one feels unreasonable and out of touch with what customers expect when planning special occasions. Just something to be aware of if you’re considering hosting an event here.
