Great staff, Jay is a beast. Frequent fliers earn miles. Not going to recommend the breakfast to everyone but if you need some quick protein not bad. The tea is always really good cold, hot, or frozen. Always consistent you get what you expect everytime.

I think this is my new favorite! I ordered the Blackberry Twisted Lemon Drop and it was fantastic. I’m extremely picky about Chicken Pot Pie but thought I’d give it a shot. SO good!! Our server was perfect, and the atmosphere is super comfy and casual. Can’t wait to go back.

Pub-environment, so keep that in mind. It can be a bit loud inside, but they do have an outside area. The food is great and the environment relaxed. Definitely recommend if you like pubs.

Although hard to find, we’re always looking for good tasty fish ‘n’ chips with a airy, fluffy crunchy batter, and Dargans was the perfect dish. The best we have had in years! Was a lovely day to sit outside on the patio with we had quick friendly service. The inside atmosphere looks like an authentic Irish pub that I would go back for a pint or two was one day.

This is by far the tastiest Chicken Pot pie 🥧 I've ever ordered. Wonderfully toasty, and the filling was so rich and full of flavor. My favorite part was the delicate buttery flaky top crust!!!

Really nice place. Best pint of Guinness I've had in a LONG while. I was stuck in Ventura for a couple of days and wound up celebrating my B'day there. Had an issue with my credit card and had to spend my last dollar to pay the bill. Gotta go back and give my server a decent tip.

Stopped by with some friends for a drink and was impressed with the whiskey selection! I started with a couple of Black and Tans as well as a Connemara and had some fish and chips and split a round of potato skins with my table. Our server was an awesome person! She was friendly, cheerful and worked very quickly despite our group size of 13. I will definitely be back to try some more of the meals and beer selection.

The menu leans towards comfort food options like lamb stew or fish & chips. But everything is made with a level of care and attention to detail that elevates it to the next level. How do you know when the kitchen is putting 100% into every plate? When the plain mashed potatoes come out so rich, so smooth, so well seasoned that you feel like you could have just ordered a bowl of potatoes and been satisfied. The dining room has great atmosphere. A full bar in the back but the booths still feel private, a good place to spend time with friends.

We ordered the potato skins, shepard's pie, chicken pot pie, the lemon chicken entree and a kids mac n cheese among our dinner party. Everything was delicious. My son declared the mashed potatoes the best he's ever had. Kid's meal options were Mac n cheese, grilled cheese sandwich, chicken tenders and one more that I forget. They come with either fruit or fries. I was pleasantly surprised with the variety of fruit and serving size. My toddler loved it! My chicken pot pie had the best pie crust- so crispy and flaky. Friendly fast service too!

Solid spot for drinks and food. They are great at accommodating larger parties and the service is always great. They have Irish food and a wide range of mixed drinks, whiskey and beer. Whether it’s a weekday or a weekend, this place is always fun for nightlife. You can stay for dinner or just pop in for a drink during a bar crawl.

Great value for your money--big portions of good quality food and great drink selections. Happy hour is 3-6 pm and it's $1 off appetizers and certain drinks. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Wish there was paper towel in the restroom since the water faucet, soap dispenser and toilet are not automatic.

Consistently good coffee and friendly service. The drinks were made just right, and the atmosphere was clean and inviting. It can get a bit busy at peak times, but overall, it’s a reliable stop for a caffeine fix

It's a must to find the time and appetite to have a casual bite and drinks here when in dt ventura. The food here is so tastey. Was most recently here around st. paddys day. It was very festive 🍀. The service is always friendly and food is always tastey. Their beer battered fish tacos are one of my favs. I like their coastal take on Irish fare. Thank you for the wonderful experiences! 🍀🍀🤤

I ordered the Mary Bridget's Irish Stew and it was a huge disappointment. Plate was very hot but the stew was warm. I only counted 3 small pieces of lamb the size of a popcorn and nothing else in it. I thought I was just eating gravy. I'm pretty sure this place has better for options to choose from

Worst experience we’ve had at a Starbucks! Twice not just once. We’ve gone 2 times in the last month and both times my 14 yr old daughter and sister were met with the nastiest attitude and looks from the employees. Both females I could not read the name on their tag but will definitely be going in to check. The drinks were made wrong both times but we did not want to waste time for a remake with an attitude such as theirs.

I've always respected Starbucks' right to set policies, but my recent experience left me disappointed. I purchased a large latte and left the store to walk around. When I returned about two hours later to use the restroom, I was denied access because I was no longer considered a "current customer." Even after explaining that I had made a purchase earlier, the staff told me I couldn’t leave, walk around, and come back to use their restroom I understand the need for policies, but this felt unnecessarily strict. As a paying customer, I should be able to use the restroom within a reasonable time frame. This kind of rigidity makes loyal customers feel unwelcome. I often take my dog for a pup cup, and small gestures like that are what keep people coming back—not necessarily the coffee itself. To be honest, I pay for the experience and the extras, not just the drink. I know Starbucks is focused on profit, but treating customers this way will only drive more people away. Good luck, Starbucks and the Downtown Ventura location! I know you won’t care, but you’ve officially lost one customer.

Me and my wife have ordered thousands of times Starbucks food and coffee. Well I walk in to use the bathroom and was denied because I need to make a purchase I was told or I can’t use the bathroom. This is very unprofessional as a service company. I won’t be returning to this location. Neither will my wife and all I can convince not to.

They have 5 people working with a small line. My order was just sitting there it's literally a pre-made tea and water. With no help from any employee. Probably the worst starbucks location I've ever been too. Sorry but your job is simple, AI will soon being your job lol

The girl this morning messed up my order. She wasn't friendly about it at all and when she remade it the coffee tastes bitter and not drinkable.

I asked for a cup of water and they refused I offered to pay for the water and they refuse again. Bad vibes here!

The food was quite terrible. Definitely a place to come for a beer before a movie and that's it. Cocktails were mostly ice, stew was mostly flour. Not even English food is this bad; totally unfair to the Irish. Expensive to boot.

I try to have an open mind, so when a plate full of brown sludge that looked exactly like dog food was placed in front of me, I told myself that perhaps this is what authentic Irish stew looked like. I have not ever eaten authentic Irish stew but this was most certainly not it. It was 95% flour and I although I was able to find a small piece of potato, I was unable to dredge up a piece of lamb. It was truly gross. My partner ordered the potato and leek soup and they did the same trick; there was little to no potato but much flour. On top of this we had to ask for forks and then knives. Avoid at all costs unless you like brown sludge.

Bad night for this place. Hadn’t been in a while and the difference was glaring. Drinks were very meager I didn’t feel a thing after two. Mighta been because the bartender was so slow, extremely distracted by the socializing with the servers that I just processed the alcohol by the time the next one came. Our waitress was also distracted, both by the bartender and by all the other servers who grouped together in front of the kitchen like screaming high school kids. The poor people sitting in front of the kitchen were pretty upset. Portions were smaller than they’d ever been, my wife had a tiny shepherds pie, I had a few bites of stew in my bowl, and they brought no bread. Aweful service. Most of the noise in the place was from the servers. Taste was good, just small. Management needs to wake up here.
