Have had a good experience every time till yesterday's catastrophe. Ceaser, messed up both of my plates and didn't give me a 2nd entree on one of the plates at all! We repeated our order 4x to him very slowly and pronounced our words clearly after the 3rd repeat. And still....STILL!!?? We walked him through check out too so the order on the receipt is perfect but, not our food. Forks were not available either so thank the Lord we keep extras in the car🤦🏼‍♀️

There were at least 6 people in front of us for dinner rush on Sun evening and it felt like the team could work faster or more efficiently. I mean the food is already cooked, just need to be dished/packed. The staff seem to be bumping into one another a lot. We waited for at least 20mins from the time we entered till we got our food. One guest came back in complaining that he didn't receive a few items, and there were a group of people that placed their order online that were waiting to pickup their food. We got the bigger plate, which is the regular plate+small box. The plate seems to be smaller and shallower although great initiative moving away from styrofoam. Almond chicken was salty and noodles were not cooked well, orange chicken and Beijing beef were tasty

Did a mobile order for 4 plates and the plates were barely full. This plate was the worst one, ordered shrimp and teriyaki chicken and only got like two pieces of chicken. I’m not expecting the plate to be over flowing but it’s not worth the $10.75 the plate is worth.

Worst panda experience ever. Rude staff. They let my fried rice sit covered in a bowl for 11 minutes before adding the chicken, causing the rice to get so soggy it’s probably a health hazard. Do not go to this panda if you actually like your food to taste like food.

I went to this Location to buy some food to take out. Really disappointed on the portion of my plate. Too much green cabbage on my chowmain.Disgusting! 3 years later it happen again!

Feeling nauseous, I got mixed vegetables as the side found a bird feather in it towards the end of my meal...YUCK! Won't be coming back.

Always after 10 at night they make bad food. I do not recommend going to eat after 10 PM. The cooks make very bad food. I do not recommend it. If they cannot do something well, they should do it before that time. This has happened to me more than 5 times. I am fed up with always bad food, poor quality

Don't use the order on line. They lost my order and i already paid for it. Ordered on line and paid. When we arrived the staff told us they never got the order and basically we're SOL. Also one of the servers opened a box and screamed like they saw a bug. Then they grabbed a bag, used it to take something from the box, and threw it in the trash. This was the place on Victoria near Ralph's. October 8th Okay, since this review, it's been discovered the problem occurred using the website, not the restaurants. So there's that.

My daughter ordered the same thing she's always gotten at this location and every other location she's ever been to: teriyaki chicken kid's meal. She received about 1/2 the amount of noodles she normally gets, but they fixed it. Then they gave her about 1/2 as much chicken as she normally gets. She asked to please have the normal amount and they insisted it was and wouldn't correct it. I had to step in and explain that she's not asking for anything extra, she just wants the normal amount of chicken and they argued that it was the normal amount and were suggesting she must not get kids meals and started snapping me about the adult meals. I clarified she only gets kid's meals, so she knows the normal kid's meal amount and that's all she's asking for. After more aggressive and very mean arguing from the woman. I asked if they changed the portion recently, because that could explain the confusion. She insisted they did not and I finally had to leave because we were getting nowhere and I didn't need her yelling at us in a restaurant for asking for the normal amount of chicken we've always gotten from every location we've been to everywhere we've lived as a military family. Her behavior was so inappropriate and mean. I'm still in shock about how unprofessional and scary she was. I'm not trying to get in a physical altercation over a kid's meal. That's how wild her behavior was getting. As a human being, I expect more from a grown-up and as the daughter of a small business owner, would never want anyone treating our customers in such an aggressive, mean, and disrespectful manner. Everyone else there was kind and even thanked us after we rounded up for the donation. It was just that one cruel woman in the black shirt that ruined our dinner and made sure we will NEVER go to this location again.
