Wow! Very impressed! We were in town for the night passing through and the hotel we were staying at was undergoing a new menu and management offering very limited food options. My colleague and I decided to order through a delivery app and stumbled upon this restaurant online. I'm a vegetarian and meals late night always seem limited and what's offered is usually bland with few options. I opted to take the risk and cant wait to eat here again! I ordered the vegetarian cauliflower pita wrap. It was so full of flavor and everything but bland. If I could eat this every night I would. My colleague, a non vegetarian got the steak n cheese and said it was amazing. Kudos to the kitchen and thanks for offering flavorful vegetarian options and great tasting healthy options!
Seriously, if I had to choose one meal to eat for the rest of my life, their tritip would be it! I cannot say enough good things about everything I've eaten from here. The ingredients and the quality are so fresh and so delicious, it's heavenly tasty! The tritip just melted in my mouth, and the breadsticks were absolutely amazing! Huge thanks to the amazing cooks!
This restaurant exceeded all expectations that I had pulling into the parking lot. The layout of the restaurant was GORGEOUS and a little chilly to be honest, but if you sit by the fireplace, you are set. The customer service was among the best I have ever encountered, the manager obviously knows how to run a restaurant well. The food was also among the most delicious I've ever had. 11/10, would recommend to any person at any time.
I’ve had the best customer experience with the gentleman named Albert. Wow I’ve never experienced such great customer service. If there was another star to give I’d give him 6 stars. Made my girlfriend and I right at home and also helped me with my order because there’s so many great options to choose from. If management sees this I commend you for hiring such a great individual. Please give him a raise or a promotion. I’ve been coming to stone fire for 15 years and I have never been treated with such great customer service thank you Albert.
We had SFG cater our Christmas eve...they missed a few items in the order , but it was a $400+ dollar order, they eventually got the rest of the order and i respect the hell out of how hard this staff was working that night. AND! For the inconvenience they hooked us up with a $30 gift card. Ok, now the most important part...the food. It was so good! 10/10. Nice job SFG
Good food, plenty of it. Great service.
Jason, Manager - Ventura, Ca. - Did a superb job taking care of all of our needs. He was kind and humble and so ready to make sure we had everything we ordered. Definitely coming back and asking for Jason. ❤️
Came in for lunch today, we were the first group in building and the service was great. I brought my disabled mother and the team was accomadating and helped us bring everything to the table. The trip meal with the butter is my favorite.
Reasonable prices, excellent food!! The Nashville tenders were cooked perfectly and the Ribs were full of flavor! Definitely recommend this place to anyone, especially for the lunch specials!
Shout out to Albert at the Ventura Location! Thank you so much for your patience in explaining your packages, portions & arranging best pick up date/time. Your phone etiquette won us over. We appreciate you not rushing us off the phone considering how busy you may have been; You ensured to dedicate the time and provide your knowledge on your items. Your calm deamor shined thru! You even went above and beyond to ensure us you would be there when we pick up our food for accountability and that we got to speak to you supervisor for reassurance. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You. We valued this experience. We will definitely order again.
Joel was a huge help! Got our account set up. 😀
I went in today to check out the menu, and ended up ordering rigatoni with pesto sauce and chicken to go. While my experience was great, the staff was excellent, however, the dish I ordered had no flavor. It was pretty bland. I'd definitely go back & try something different. Great place, though!
My boyfriend and I have been here twice now and we always get exceptional service. This last time we went, the woman who took our order forgot to add what I had ordered to the bill. No problem, I reordered again and explained the situation and she was super sweet and apologetic. I ordered the tri tip and was waiting for it for a while even though my boyfriends food had already come. I thought maybe it was just taking a while. A worker came and tried to grab the table tracker and I told him I was still waiting on items. He seemed to have no idea. They got me my food and the manager apologized for the inconvenience which really wasn’t an issue. we ended up getting a gift certificate for the next time we come! Staff really cares about their customers and we’re totally awesome in rectifying the mixup. Will be back soon!!!
It was definitely a nice way to spend the dinner hours. No to crowed. The pizza was hot and delicious. The salad had fresh beats which by the way were perfectly cooked. Services was quick. Severs were well dressed and uniform clean and pressed. All and all a good dining experience.
Food is flavorful, pizza was good, salad amazing! Order up front, self service for drinks and plates, silverware, napkins and bbq sauce. Enjoyed our food. No real service provided other than ordering and delivery of food.
It was a delivery order. Everything arrived on time and warm.
haven't had a bad meal here. the staff is always friendly. love the casual atmosphere. super laid back vibes. favorites include the tri tip with gorgonzola, the lemon pepper bone-in chicken, the Caesar salad, and of course THE BREAD STICKS
Top notch the prices are fantastic for what your get. The staff was super nice very accommodating (we were 10+a baby) and when the bread sticks we ordered never came they asked if we wanted anything else and gave us some "Make you wanna smack your momma good" carrot cake. So bomb!!!! Portions are huge so go hungry. Cheers
Great food! We had the 1/2 Tri Tip & full slab of ribs with the Caesar salad to share for four people. It was plenty of food and everything was delicious. I had a glass of their house cab and it was delicious. The staff was very friendly. Will definitely come back!
The place was clean and food was delicious. Meeting Shania was the best part, helped me and my family and talked to us with a welcoming smile. 11/10 customer service, I will be coming back SPECIFICALLY because of Shania.
Let me start with great atmosphere- when you walk in things are clean organized and the staff was very welcoming! Coming in from out of town and having this location recommended to us- we had to see what it was all about! Chloe took our order & gave us some great suggestions! She was very professional! Our food came out in a timely manner, was hot and definitely was worth the visit! We ordered the tri-tip and OMG.. was so good! Props to the kitchen! We travel often and visit lots of places and get to have unique dining experiences! It also says something about a manager being on the floor & checking on the guest and their crew members! We met Shania when she came around to check on the tables- asked if we've enjoyed our time, food, and if we needed anything else further! Props to her running a great establishment! So kind, professional and definitely next time we visit- we know where we're going! Thanks for awesome hospitality and the eats!
Great place to eat. The food is amazing and the staff is always really friendly.
Went there tonight and the line was out the door. So we went and ordered it to go. The gentleman at the to go counter was very helpful and had great customer service. Had the half chicken meal with cauliflower salad, bbq chicken wrap and the pulled pork sandwich. Everything was very good. Highly recommend, but be prepared to wait in a long line on a Friday night.
Came in for lunch, my daughter and I shared both the bbq chopped with chicken and the tritip sandwich and it was so tasty! The food came out warm and timely from an excellent team. All the staff were so kind and attentive. We will be back.
I recently had an amazing experience at Stone Fire Grill, and I just have to give a shout-out to my server, Colin. From the moment we sat down, he was incredibly attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. He recommended some fantastic menu items, and his knowledge about the dishes really helped us make our choices. The food was delicious, especially the grilled meats and fresh sides. Colin's service made the whole dining experience even better. I can't wait to come back and enjoy another meal at Stone Fire Grill! Highly recommend asking for Colin if you want top-notch service!
We had lunch today at Stonefire Grill and the service was amazing. We had a very nice gentleman by the name of Shaq who brought her food out to the table. He was very kind and had such great customer service.
Our food was ready quickly, our order was made correctly and the food was delicious! Thank you!
Always pleasant time, family oriented environment and excellent service. Service always with a smile!
Always good food, kind workers and quality of food with quantity of food is a solid match
This place was awesome, from service to quality and value of food, to the atmosphere. Really enjoyed the signature BBQ chopped salad, full of flavors and textures. I got the smallest portion and selected tri-tip to top it off although chicken and quinoa are also options at $8.79 for a good sized bowl. Their menu shows a wide variety of options/pizza, pasta, salads, sandwiches, grilled fish, ribs, chicken, Tri-tip, yummy-sounding sides and desserts. I can’t wait to return!
Delicious food and fast service and reasonable prices!
Giannah was absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful - 10/10 customer service! The food was fantastic, absolutely love this place and will definitely be back!
Love this place the pesto pasta, breadsticks, tri tip, and mashed potatoes 🤌
Food is consistently good. The Chicken in Lemon Garlic sauce is great. Servers are attentive, friendly, and helpful. A good value foe what you pay, we always share. Also, order extra breadsticks to take home.
Went to the dress rehearsal at Stonefire and it was delicious. Everyone was helpful, kind, and provided excellent customer service. We were even checked on multiple times to make sure the food was prepared to our liking. The new Stonefire is going to be our new go to and is even better tasting than the Thousand Oaks location.
Update 10/24/21: We got tri tip for 2 and noticed the salad to tri tip ratio is off - it barely filled the shareable bowl and that's a bummer because we love the salad and that's barely enough to be shared Update 3/13/21: We've now moved to Oxnard and this is one of our favorite spots. Ordering from their app can be a bit of a nuisance but forgiveable with the food quality and quantity. Website on desktop works much better. Check out their stimulus package for the best deal although the price has went up a bit. The chicken and ribs for 2 gives you a lot of protein, and another favorite of ours is tri tip for 2 2 years ago: On the way to my in laws, placed to go order while we're on the road, they were right off the 101, pickup was quick and easy. I think their stimulus package is the best deal and can feed up to 4!
We came in for Sunday lunch, and we ABSOLUTELY loved it. The team was so kind and the tritip and chicken family meal for 4 was the best deal with some add on of sides. I’m so happy to see this location is thriving! We enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere and the team checking in on us. We’ll be back next month after softball!
This was the first time I'd ever been to a Stone Fire Grill. I am sort of loathe to give out five stars freely and easily but I really have no reason to give four stars or less. there were two people in my party and we were there between 2 pm and 3 pm on a Saturday so it was slow and the service was not overburdened. It service was more than adequate. The cashier smiled. The wait staff was available, responsive, and did not forget anything. The food was tasty and brought out at the right temperature. We both had cold sandwiches with a hot side. I had the Tri-Tip with chimichurri. It wasn't my favorite chimichurri recipe--it was too vinegary for me--but the sandwich overall had a very good mix of flavors. My mother had a Turkey sub that they made gluten-free for her and she enjoyed it. The roasted corn side was excellent. I recommend this restaurant.
My NICU ordered food for pickup from Stone Grill. For lunch, they have an excellent pretty healthy selection of items. When ordering, most of the meals can be personalized by adding items. The chicken and tri tip sandwiches and salads are amazing and huge. Everyone was more than happy with their choices. They kept us updated as to the preparation time and readiness of our order by texts. The food was packed extraordinarily well, tight lids, no spillage. We definitely would order from here again.
Great food for less than any other restaurant. Exceptional staff went out of their way so that my family could have a good experience. Pulled pork sandwich on the lunch special was amazing.
Went here for a lunch special and the price was right and the food was delicious. I got the chicken tortilla soup with a side salad and it was very tasty. Definitely will go again
The place has gotten better since it’s low after Covid. The lunch specials are great! Even the drink is discounted! Two of us got out for under $40
The Lemon Garlic Chicken is so tender and tasty as are the roasted veggies! The carrot cake was delish too!
In-person or online orders are always handled efficiently. Stonefire’s menu includes several healthy and delicious salads. An excellent fast-casual choice.
I love this place. So much better than wood ranch. Tri tip is the best here , great salads and wonderful service!
The manager is very friendly and accommodating. The staff are great and very helpful. The food is great. My favorite restaurant overall.
For a cozy place to eat out with children, or just get a filling meal, Stonefire Grill is great. The customer service has always been excellent, and the food is very satisfying for a family-style restaurant at their price point. I've been here four times, and each time has been a hit. Please keep up the great work.
Wow what a gem!! We not from Ventura,..We craved bbque!! Omw we got what we craved!!. Ribs 🔥 ,BBQ chicken 🔥 , The smashed Potatos was soo yummy!! The potato salad so good, mac cheese, big serving of Amazing Nachos ,The Birra tacos are 🔥 Coslaw And the Samon was soo juicy full of flavor 😋..The Alfredo was soo good !!
Checked this place out with several other service members during lunch hours. Got a menu and went to sit down. Ordered the Superfood Fiesta Bowl(S). "S" for sharable. I also had chicken added to it. Oh man great super food. Being that I was in uniform the price was 50% off, EXCELLENT!!! I recommend!
Servers were great. They anticipated need and were pleasant and helpful. The food was good. Those ribs! I'll go back for those. The tritip was descent. Paradise iced tea was good. (I'm picky on tea.) Bread was probably pizza dough repurposed as bread sticks. Oh that cauliflower dish was great. It had a garlicky sauce that was delicious. I started this review and hadn't finished it. Returned in the meantime. This experience wasn't as good. Staff still great. Food wasn't though. Ribs were dry. Tri-tip was the same. Tea also still good. The cauliflower tasted off. As in becoming rotten. I hope that wasn't the case. Concerned about freshness now. Other customers were disappointed too (enough to tell the manager). I wonder if there's a new cook in the kitchen? I may not rush to return now.
I had to give atmosphere one star only because it was freezing in there!! It was about 12:30pm and coolish outside, so I don't know why they had the air-conditioning blasting!?! Food and service was very good... The tortilla soup helped to warm us up some. And their carrot cake is fabulous with very generous servings!
The Lunch Special [available Monday through Friday, from 11 am to 3 pm], at Stonefire Grill in Ventura, is a good choice for a fair sized meal at a dollar conscious price of $9.99. I had the half bar-be-que tri-tip sandwich paired with kettle style potatoe chips and a coffee [an additional $1.99]. The tri-tip sandwich was tender and cooked as not to be overdone; that is to say, I could still taste a bit of the cow. For my taste that is the way it should be. The chips tasted fresh as if there were made in the kitchen; are they? And the size of the sandwich along with the portion of kettle chips did match the $9.99, Lunch Special price. My dining partner had the bar-be-que chopped salad along with a side of potato salad and bread sticks. The salad was a good size and the bread sticks were fresh and tastey ... I stole one ... And the potato salad, named Gramma Tay, was flavorful as well.
The food is pretty good, but the service can be slow. Also, meat isnt the best but breadsticks, pasta and salads are phenomenal. It's a nice restaurant but nothing too dazzling. It's still good. 4.6/5.
Order taker had no clue that they sold unsweetened tea. Asked that our 2 separate orders be served at the same time. They were not. Server did not check back or ask if we needed a box for uneaten food. There is ZERO motivation to include a tip upfront next time. Wait til you see if the server deserved a tip: entitled vs earned.
Awesome food. Tried the fully loaded pizza and the bbq chopped salad. The small salad was large enough for my wife and me to share. The 12 inch pizza was large enough for us to share also. Prices were good for the amount of food you get. Disappointed in the water taste. Other that that the rest was awesome. My wife, daughter and myself shared a half carrot cake and it filled us up. Possibly our new lunch spot.
We (4 adults) were there less than 2 wks ago, on a Sunday after minigolf just down the road. Now it's been a few years, I did not remember the 'order at the register' style of dining. I could swear that the girl at the register motioned towards the lunch specials posted behind her - and I was confused because why would you point them out if it's not applicable for the 'day' Sunday, that we were in the restaurant??? My sister did notice a $40 family meal - but my husband didn't want pizza so we moved on. I. Asked about a shredded bbq chicken sandwich - which is what I like AND No, they didn't have it on the menu 😵 So we moved on and I ordered a chicken club wich was pretty lame and a poor substitute for what I really wanted and my husband chose a tri tip sandwhich - which we also thought was strange. It had chesse which was in hindsight was listed in the description on the menu but was just weird. My Dad and Sister had a shareable pasta w/ckn and a side of grilled asparagus. Our sides, to include: nutty slaw, beans, and mashed potatoes were all ok/good. For what it's worth I think this restaurant is trying to appeal to a very wide variety- of people and also is very much catering to budget conscious families & m-f working lunch patrons. The service was fine but overall, I don't think we'll be back, not our style.
We were traveling through the area and decided to stop here and grab a bite to eat due to the convenient location. So, my review is based on one isolated visit. The atmosphere was similar to that of a Golden Corral, very busy with lots of noise. If you're looking for a quiet place with nice ambience, this isn't the place for you. The menu had some good variety. I decided on the sea bass but was informed they were out of it. I ordered the lemon garlic salmon at the recommendation of the young lady taking our order, along with a Greek side salad. My husband ordered chicken and my daughter ordered a pizza. The food arrived fairly promptly, and my husband and daughter enjoyed their meals. As for me, the salad was delicious but the salmon had way too much lemon juice. It tasted like the poured concentrated lemon juice on the dish, way too sour. I couldn't taste any other flavoring in the dish, jot even the garlic. The lemon overpowered everything. This, coupled with the fact they were out of the menu item I wanted, is the reason I gave three stars.
My husband and I love the food here! Our only complaint and why I only gave it 3 stars, is that I think it would be way better if it was a traditional service restaurant where you go in, take a seat and are served by a wait person. The ordering at the the front counter is a big deterrent as far as we are concerned.
The initial experience was great. The Catering Department was very responsive when I first placed the catering orders for our events. The food was delivered on time and the drivers were very friendly. The food was delicious. One of the three days though, it seemed the salads were incomplete and missing some items. Also, I requested a receipt per day which included gratuity. I received 2 out of 3 on time. I have called their catering office 3x and emailied them to get a copy of the third receipt and still no luck.
Not nearly as nice as the Stonefire in Valencia. I was disappointed. Staff was nice, but they were short staffed and overworked.
I'm okay with checking my order to make sure it was correct, but the lady checking it wasn't very nice and called out her coworker's mistake rudely. She accidentally gave me the wrong size and the coworker made the coworker remake it. I believe the first employee remade it because she was obviously annoyed by the nice serving size the worker gave me. It was significantly less than a side salad that I usually get. When I asked for extras of dressing or croutons because she gave me 5 she gave a very loud sigh and rolled her eyes. Westlake is kinder and nicer.
My food came cold but still tasted good. I'm not a fan of ordering at the counter but to each their own. The macaroni and cheese is a must get.
Not very good service in total. When we first walked in no one was there to help us. It took at least 5 minutes for staff to acknowledge and another 5 minutes to stop and help. It wasn't busy at all. We weren't told where to get the coffee or given a cup for it. Not sure about creamer but we had to ask for it. I didn't know it was self serve or I would've gone somewhere else. Otherwise, the tri tip and meatballs were very nicely done.
Is good for what it is; most would like. Was put off by I order at the counter, get my own drink, get my silverware, and the minimum suggested tip is 18% and I'm staring at the person who's about to put my food order in straight in the face about 2ft from me. They are nice and responsive serving plate to table.
If you're someone who really appreciates bang for your buck..... I suggest another place. The staff was very helpful and seem genuinely very friendly and happy. It's mostly self serve, meaning you get your your own fountain drinks, straws, silverware, plates, ect. The food was acceptable. The spinach dip was phenomenal! Veggies, meat and bread were perfectly cooked to our specifications. Small portions, considering we spent over $110 + tip and still hungry upon leaving unfortunately. The atmosphere? I'm not sure what motif they were trying for as far as decoration and general "vibe", but it was quiet enough for a "dinner date".
Food was okay. Quality has gone down alot sense they opened. I loved coming here before the pandemic but may not return after this meal. Potato salad tasted old and meat didn't seem like it was made fresh. Very disappointed.
When I first started going here, I kept coming back all the time. I then tried their mashed potatoes. There were WHOLE cloves of garlic in it, and not just one but several. There was the same issue in both my husband and I's food. Ok, maybe it was just a one-time thing and they were having an off day. It happened another day. The rest of their food gets old pretty fast. The meat isn't tender or really worth the price. The salad dressing drenches and overpowers you are left with the taste for hours. Please fix the low quality and sloppy effort. I'm willing to try them again if they just get it together.
Picked up sharable carrot cake. Lady that helped me and packaging the orders to go had a white tank top on. Very unsanitary. Luckily she told another employee in a uniform to get my cake ready. Did not care to order anything else. Will think twice about going back
Been only to this location of this small chain. I still dont get it. Stand in line on a slope, go through a fairly large and often confusing menu to order and prepay for food. Really fun when theres only one cashier and the kids in front of you running into you. Food is iffy. Portions are all over the map. Am i getting the cauliflower side or the cauliflower side salad? Drinks are self serve except for the beer and wine. Obviously stone fire pizza is their thing. Bbq not so much. Service can be by any one of a dozen kids and oh, another beer or dessert? Back in line sweetheart!! This last time? Like mom precut our meat into tiny slices and dices. Lemon garlic? My plate was swimming in it. Think there was more Italian parsley than chicken. Wife had the EXACT same meal. Her tri tip was rare not medium rare like mine. Her chicken breast lots of skin, mine none. Rather have Romanos back and i am not a big chain restaurant fan.
I ordered the salmon during a dinner visit after 6pm and was disappointed with the portion size. For $22.99, the 7oz filet looked more like a lunch portion than a dinner entrée. In fairness, it was my fault for not asking about the portion size, since I’ve had it here before and it was a full-size cut. The roasted veggies were fine, and the salmon itself was flavorful with a nice lemon touch—but the value just didn’t feel right for dinner size as a fillet of 7oz per there online menue for this location. Otherwise, this place is 5 stars for food, service, and atmosphere. My only feedback is to be mindful of portion sizes when ordering.
Had a terrible experience. Lately it's always the same. One dish comes out at a time. We got meat right away. Nothing else for 10 mins no potatoes and bread stick for 14 mins. So we ate are tri tip by it self. Then tje salad comes out. Pasta was under cooked. Very poor service. So sad because we use ro love this place!!
I was excited to try this place out with the family but am completely disappointed. Most of the food was decent except for the ribs. The ribs were spoiled. There’s no excuse for serving spoiled food! I would not recommend this place nor would I go back.
I decided to try this place for the first time, and the food was horrible. My nachos were dry and had no flavor, the macaroni and cheese tasted terrible and my son did not like the ribs. They didn't even look fully cooked. Everyone was polite. It was freezing cold in there and it wasn't even hot outside. But it's highly unlikely we would go there again.
Spent over $200 here today on food and expected better service. I was told that I couldn’t have plastic take out containers to put my food in because it’s extra by a server and when I spoke to girl at the front counter she said she was going to go get some but never did. No wonder why this place is empty. Horrible service. Ridiculously lazy staff. I will not be returning. Make the drive out to Westlake where they have phenomenal customer service even package the food for you when you’re done. Crazy how in this economy nobody wants to work but everyone expects a tip. lol
The restaurant is nice, the employees are nice, but the food is not very good. Today I ordered the salmon and it was more like a salmon flavored crouton. The only reason there was any moisture at all is because it was served submerged in lemon juice. I've ordered tri-tip a few times and it's funny that they ask you how you'd like it cooked because they only serve it well done. I keep hoping the food will be good one of these days, but it might be time to give up on this place.
If I can rate this 0. I would. From the moment we walked in everything went wrong. It was so hot we had to ask the AC to be turned on in the middle of SUMMER! My sons chicken was cold and not fully cooked. My wife’s Medium steak was Medium Rare. They forgot ingredients on my meal and let’s just say my $75 order was more like I paid for an hour of waisted time. I walked out with my family leaving all the food on the table. Worst of all, the employees even had terrible attitudes for I don’t even know what reason! This place was literally TH E WORST DINNING EXPERIENCE I’ve ever been through. Steer clear.
I’ve been to this business three times and this time was my last. First of all, I was greeted by Jennifer who was very sweet and right on the spot taking my order. So as I was sitting in the front, I noticed that only the cooks were working. The rest of the staff were standing around talking, loudly, laughing and have a great time while a portion of the staff ran outside to talk with their friends in the parking lot. Well after a short while, my food came and I left. When I got home I discovered that my cheese cake was not in the bag. This problem seems to be a custom of theirs because it happened both previous times also. When I called back to the restaurant, the manager said I had to drive back down there to get it and that’s all she would do. I finally got a refund for it but that was enough for me. They have all those employees standing around or talking with friends and not packing/checking orders and then won’t rectify their mistake???. The food was ok though…not $80 worth, but ok. There are SO MANY restaurants in Ventura, I will spend my money else where.
Great food and the place looked clean. The ladies handling the takeout check-out line need more customer service skills. As I was there to pick up my online order that I placed a week before....They just handed me the bags. No going over the list of items which were quite a bit, I tried to check the order myself and as I did that they were annoyed. I felt them very uneasy and not helpful at all. They re-assure me everything I ordered was in the bags. I assumed they had checked all the items. As I left down the street I decided to take a second look and sure enough, I was missing the barbecue sauce for the tri-tip. I had to go back, park walk back into the place only to be greeted by not so friendly staff. Last time I come to this place. I ask myself if people are not happy with their job, then quit and find a place you will be happy to work at. My visit was on Sunday lunch time. My recommendation is, do not leave until you check your order twice if needed. They will not help you go over the order. I hope the manager sees this post and addresses this with the staff, as this will make a place or break it. Good Luck!
First time here, not one employee greated me as I walked in nor did they explain to me how to order for a to go order waited around for someone to finally come over and take my order and says next time you need to order at the other register she expected me to know that there was a separate cashier for to go orders and then when I get my order they didn’t even give me my drink or silverware for my order also the tri tip was cold and the food was gross. The employee’s name is Noemi. I will not be returning.
Last week we ate in house, service was great, food delicious. We ordered to go this evening, ordered the same meal. We received cold food, less Tri tip and breadstick, poor service. The salad was a small dinner salad. Highly Recommend eating in rather than take out.
Was not good. I love lots of garlic and lemon on my food but I wouldn't have this again. The garlic was raw. Chicken was dry on the INSIDE of the breast. The ribs were also dry and couldn't yank em off the bone much less hope the meat would fall off the bone. Garlic mashed potatoes had no flavor and bread sticks were hard. Just blew $27 on a meal. He said his nachos were OK if that says anything
