My recommendation: Berry mule, Bacon wrapped shrimp, caesar salad, filet mignon with mashed potatoes. If you have time and room a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon, and rock slide, brownie for dessert.
My wife and I had a wonderful dinner at Prime Steakhouse in Ventura. The staff greeted us warmly as we entered, and the outdoor seating was beautifully set up, making us feel right at home. The menu was impressive, and every dish was a hit. The pretzel bread was a standout, and the bacon-wrapped shrimp was cooked to perfection. It was clear that they know how to cook their proteins right, as the shrimp in every dish was just perfect. The ribeye steaks were the star of the show, cooked exactly how we like them, and the peppercorn sauce added a great touch. The surf and turf with the lobster tail was the best I've ever had, hands down. 🦞 We also tried the Roy Rogers drink on their recommendation—delicious! Thanks to everyone at Prime Steakhouse for a memorable evening of excellent food and top-notch service. We can't wait to come back!
Still going strong after all these years ! It's been a minute since we were last at Prime. The new patio expansion is exquisite! It brings such elegance to the restaurant. I'm in love with the lighted trees and the roaring fireplace on the patio. So inviting. The food!!! Still great. It amazes me when a local restaurant can have such a vast menu selection and still get it all right. Everything was on point. Bravo! The service was warm, welcoming and all smiles. Prime has been doing it right for many years and is a very special place in town. Whether you’re looking for cocktails and small delicious bites or a romantic special occasion lobster / steak dinner with a great bottle of wine. Prime won't disappoint.
I took my wife here for our one year anniversary after a friend telling me this was the place to go. I couldn't speak any higher of this restaurant. Our waitress Nicole was the kindest and nicest server who made is feel right at home. My wife ordered the bacon wrapped scallops, while I myself got the Chilean sea bass. Everything from the atmosphere, to the food, put this place at the very top of our list. Definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone local in Ventura or anyone visiting!!
If you are in the mood for a steak, check out Prime in Ventura. They have remodeled since we were last there, and added a great outdoor dining area although last night we chose a cozy corner table inside. The staff is friendly and our waiter, Ryan is great. St his suggestion, I tried the Filet Chile Relleno as my appetizer, and if you have not tried it you should. My husband had the shrimp stuffed mushrooms which he also enjoyed very much. I had the New York strip and he had the Ribeye with sauteed mushrooms, both were very tasty. Our experience reminded us why we used to go there, and we will be back soon. Wine by the bottle is also reasonable priced, as compared to some restaurants. It also seems their happy hour, which is from 5 to 7, is as good as ever because the bar was full.
On a busy Christmas night, this place offered great service, tasty dishes, and awesome adult beverages. I had been to Prime previously, but on this night, Brian, Edward, and the band of merry elves - did a fabulous job. Merry Christmas!
It was such a treat to eat here. The ambiance was fantastic. But, the food was amazing. I ate here with a bunch of people and wanted every dish that came to the table. I had a ceasar salad, lobester and a perfectly cooked baseball steak. I really can't wait to go back. I never eat dessert but, it looked so good when my buddies arrived that I had to get one for myself.
Delicious food. A little pricey but definitely worth it. I love this place and will keep coming back
New Year’s dinner? Excellent McKenzie very knowledgeable and accommodating Great service, enjoyable dinner
Had 3 course meal. All tasted great. Big portion. Very attentive servers.
Great food, super great value based on the quality, excellent staff
Tuesday nights has a Frank Sinatra singer. They offer a four course meal for $35 if you don't choose premium options. Wonderful ambiance and service was great. Our server was Michael. Highly recommend this if you're looking for a 60s vibe. Restaurant is elegant and exquisite.
Pretty good experience here for happy hour. Make sure you are seated at the bar or high table for happy hour. I would double check with the waiter if happy hour is what you went for. Luckily, I asked right away before we sat at the booth. Food was great and drinks during happy hour were an amazing price compared to everything nearby. We will definitely come back again. They were also playing MLB playoffs. We got the ribeye and burger. Both were great!
While on vacation with my husband and daughter in Oxnard, we were looking for a place for dinner on Monday evening. This was an absolutely amazing choice and recommend to anyone. My daughter has a restrictive diet due to allergies and being a vegan and they made her a special pasta. When our server learned that it was her birthday recently, he brought out a surprise dessert, and a candle so we could sing to her since we couldn’t be here for her 21st birthday. My husband said his fillet was the best steak he had ever had, and believe me we’ve been to many high-end steakhouses. All I can say is: GO NOW!
Our group booked the patio for about 30 people this evening for happy hour. The atmosphere, food, and service were all excellent, and everyone had a wonderful time. Clark, the manager, was especially accommodating. I plan to return with friends, and hopefully with another group in the future.
Amazing steak House they have excellent food, excellent service and it's a great atmosphere. They have a great selection of food, they also have an amazing happy hour on their patio everyday. I was extremely happy with this restaurant
Ahi, fantastic… potato skins, fantastic… basically ordered everything on the menu and you can’t go wrong with anything!
We liked the singer who impersonated various singers throughout time. The food wws really tasty too
Their sister restaurant had overbooked. Instead of waiting an hour for our reserved table, I called Prime to see if we could get a table. Nothing available but she called right back as they has just received cancelation! Service was great! Food was great! Atmosphere was especially cheery for Christmas!
We were impressed as we walked in by our wonderful Hostess Abby. She was very attentive & friendly. We brought in 4 coworker friends of my husband to celebrate his birthday. We sat in the beautiful patio area in front of the fireplace. It is so beautiful & comfy with the lit up trees in the Patio. Our friends were so impressed. We asked who wanted to say Grace, so Abby said, “I’ll do it!” We were impressed & amazed how wonderful her prayer was. Bravo Abby! Michael was also very attentive & knowledgeable about the menu and friendly as well. This is one of our go to nice restaurants as this is where we celebrated our 1st date 13 years ago. We’ve also love Casa Bella. If you have a large group, I would suggest the patio at Prime with the gorgeous ambiance. This was one of our best experiences at Prime Ventura. Great job Jan on your wonderful employees and beautiful restaurant!
Visited after my son's college graduation. The patio is great, and we had a fantastic table for 6 in front of the fireplace. Steaks were perfect, arancini app really good, and great bread pudding!! Lobster tail some of the best we've had. Nice wine and cocktail menu. We had a perfect evening!
We went there for Thanksgiving dinner. Our reservation was for 2 pm, and we were seated almost immediately. They offered a generous holiday menu with quite a few courses, including New York strip and 16 oz ribeyes, which is what we ordered. Everything was delicious. Our server was extraordinary! All the staff was polite, professional and helpful. We will definitely be back!
We came here for valentines dinner and it was fantastic. We had a little snafu getting our server to help, but then another one jumped in and she did great. For a busy evening they kept the courses coming right on time. The fillet was fantastically prepared, and the Seabass was particularly good as well. There were four of us in our party so it ended up being the most expensive meal I’ve ever had. But I have to say it was damn good! Oh yeah, and the mixed drinks were spot on as well.
Great place to spend New Year's Eve. Great atmosphere, live music, but not too loud. The food was amazing. Everything was very tasty and nice presentation. Courtney our server was very friendly and attentive. She made our special night a great experience. Thank you. Highly recommendable.
This is a nice spot for a steak dinner. They menu is arranged as 4 course meal (appetizer, salad or soup, entree +1 side) We came here for my wife's birthday. The whole back area seated were celebrating birthdays. The came out to each table with bread pudding and a candle which was a nice touch. If you are close, you don't need to drive to a Ruth Chris, Flemings or a God awful Mortons.
Prime steakhouse is a great date night spot. The prices aren’t too unreasonable and most food you order will be great. I will say, some sides and appetizers are not as great as others, but satisfying nonetheless.
Prime rib was perfect!! Lobster was cooked exactly right. Chef here is a master of his/her craft. Prices are high, especially the extensive wine list. Suggest adding tiramisu to the desert menu.
Slammin’ prime rib deal. 4 courses for a low price is actually pretty good. Was visiting some friends and found this place by chance. Service was nice and respectful.
Recently visited this steakhouse for my boyfriend’s birthday. It wasn’t our first time here—we actually came before for a date and the food was amazing. This time we had a party of 10, which I know can be a little challenging for any restaurant. The service was still great. Everyone was super friendly and kept checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. I also love that they offer 3-course meal options—it makes ordering easy and quick. For starters, I ordered the stuffed mushrooms with shrimp and the sweet corn chowder. The stuffed mushrooms were incredible, packed with flavor in every bite. The soup didn’t disappoint either, and the bread they serve with melted cheese on top was so good. For my main course, I had the filet mignon with truffle pasta. It was good, but a little dry—I wish it had been more juicy. My boyfriend got the ribeye with lobster, and unfortunately that one wasn’t our favorite. Everything tasted a bit overcooked. I’m thinking it may have been because of the large party, since our previous visit was much better. Overall, I’d definitely come back—but probably for a date night instead of a big group. The inside is beautiful, quiet, and dimly lit, which makes it perfect for a cute romantic dinner.
Ryan C was our waiter and he did a great job. We love Prime!! The chile relleno appetizer is delicious.
Clark was great! He checked on us at a decent time each course. It is a four course meal restaurant and the food was good for the price. My favorites were the tuna with wongton appetiser, beat salad, New York steak strip, and the creme brulee. Overall, my partner and I had a good experience. Thank you Clark!
Service and ambience were stellar. Food was disappointing, especially for how expensive it was. I had steak with stroganoff and it was pretty flavorless. The steak was tender and yummy, but the noodles and sauce blah. Bacon wrapped shrimp appetizer - yum. My friend had shrimp and risotto and she said it was yummy. Huge portions.
The food has really slipped. The chilie relleno wasn't up to par just like the wedge salad. The spinach was exceptionally bad tonight. Maybe just hit it on a bad night.
I really wanted to like this place. I had heard about it for years and decided after all this time we would try it for our 15th wedding anniversary. So we made reservations, not knowing whether it was a reservation 'must' kind of restaurant. When my husband made the reservation he was asked if we were celebrating anything special. To which he replied "our 15th wedding anniversary." Upon our arrival we noticed that it wasn't very busy. Mind you this was a Thursday evening. Honestly you could shoot a canon through there and probably not hit anyone. We shrugged relieved that at least it wasn't busy. Wow, we must've missed this place during its "prime" because this place was sadly divey. There was food on the curtain next to our booth and food on the carpet. There wasn't anything caesar about the caesar salad, drenched in some thick mayonaiise tasting dressing on the wilted green leaf lettuce. Not even romaine. The steak was flavorful. The brussel sprouts were so baked they were like flakes of ash. The server was a nice guy, but not very attentive for a Thursday night, especially without too many tables to wait on. Not that I was expecting a song or a free meal for our anniversary but at least a "happy anniversary" drizzled.on our dessert plate would've been a nice touch to mark the special occasion. My husband and I both had two glasses of wine. When the server brought the check he remarked "aw you guys should've gotten a bottle it would've been less"....um isn't that your job to make the suggestion? At which point most waiters would. Most would even go as far to make the difference on the check to try and add a nice touch to the service. Not a chance. Unfortunately this is the first and last time we will visit. As I said we really wanted to like this place. But it was a disappointment. I really wanted to support local business. Guess we'll have to go back to the big chain restaurants.
Prime Steakhouse is a beautiful restaurant and we had a "pretty good" dinner but were very disappointed by a couple of things and wanted to share.... The hubby and I have visited only a handful of times over the last 15 years and each time we've been disappointed - so we decided to give it another try and again, let down. Not sure we'll ever be back, just not worth it. It's well decorated and romantic inside; however, service leaves a lot to be desired and our food was cold. We visited for a date night and were looking forward to a great experience before walking across the street to Ventura Music Hall which is why we chose Prime for dinner. My main issue was waiting over 20+ minutes before anyone came to take our drink order. They were NOT very busy at all, and despite our server visiting all the neighboring tables around us several times, we were passed by over and over. Being that we really wanted to enjoy a cocktail before ordering our food, I finally gave up waiting and went to the bar to order our drinks - our server finally showed up at our table when I was at the bar, so I came back to order our drinks. She apologized for the wait and I said no problem, but was already feeling ignored by that point. We ordered a maitai and a martini, our appetizers (tuna tartare and bacon shrimp), our salads (wedge), and our entrees (filet mignon and baked potato). Appetizers were good, but our salads left a lot to be desired - they left the very bitter and hard core of the iceberg wedge in the lettuce so nearly 1/3 of my salad had to be cut out since it was inedible. The filet mignons were cooked to proper doneness and were quite good, but they were almost cold - and our baked potatoes tasted like they had been sitting out. They were not hot at all and were very dry - butter and cheese would not melt. Neither of us finished our meals and took most of it to go. My husband ordered a glass of wine towards the end of our dinner and I'm 99% sure our server forgot about it because another 20 minutes went by and when she came to take our plates, he reminded her and she came quickly with it after that. We received better, more attentive service from the busser when he brought our bread (again, she forgot) - give that guy a raise. Overall, for the price, definitely expected much better quality of food and service. In my opinion, food quality can be lacking when the service is good - unfortunately we didn't experience either and probably won't be back. Bummed.
The customer service is the shining star of this restaurant! My boyfriend and I ate here for our anniversary and everything was great up until the main course. Drinks and appetizers were awesome. I ordered the Filet Mignon which came overcooked and tough, despite being butterflied at the recommendation of the hostess. My boyfriend said his chicken was dry.
Management, I would like you to know that last nite (6/22 @ 6pm) was the first time I joined your establishment for dinner. I must say the food was wonderful although the atmosphere was so dark I had to use my phones light to see the menu. I felt it a bit expensive. The thing that will prevent me from not visiting you again was not the price though, it’s was the awful service I paid the high price for. My server, I believe he’s name was Ryan C, was very much unavailable to us. He came by the table a couple of times asked if we needed anything and we did, for him not to return for a very long time and when he did he did not bring us what we needed. I had to ask twice for bread then only by catching someone working another table did I get any, I had to get up and ask the hostess for another tea and then get up to pay my bill when Ryan did not return again. Overall I give your food an A, for price an B, and service an D. I hope this gives you a better insight for your team objectives and goals in service going into the future. I should also point out that as the party near me was leaving a comment was made to me about how they received bad service from the same server and had noticed our tables poor service. Paying the price for A grade food and D grade service, I definitely felt unsatisfied leaving your restaurant. Regards, Money not well spent.
Took my mom for Mother's Day and we had to wait 40 minutes for her first glass of wine to be brought to our table. The wine pour was so stingy the waitress promised a better one on her next glass. Mom's first glass remained empty for another 15 minutes and I had to get up and chase the waitress down and hand the glass to her for a refill. We were told that the bread was wonderful but filling. 20 minutes later the bread still had not arrived. Our appetizer and salad was served, and then the main course took 20+ minutes after that. We were there for over three hours. The place wasn't even that busy. And the host was simply ignoring everybody and only seating people, otherwise glued to his phone. Absolutely unacceptable service considering the cost of the Mother's Day meals.
For the price of this place, I was so so so disappointed with the quality of the food. First of all, they increased the prices for Valentines Day $25+ which was suprising because the quality of the food didn’t change. Once we got our entree, the server didn’t bother to ask how our food was & only came back when we asked for the check. My chicken Alfredo was COLD, and my partner’s medium rare steak was RARE. My partner also never received a steak knife to cut with, he had to use a butter knife, and this place claims they’re a “steakhouse”. All in all, If you’re debating between this place & another, choose the other place. I’m extremely disappointed. I attached a picture of my partner’s “medium rare” steak with the butter knife he had to use.
Horrible experience here. Terrible service and lack of professionalism from the manager and hostess wearing glasses. They will give away your reservation (which is a nightmare situation on a holiday) without remorse or any apologies or any effort to attempt to make things right. Good service from our waiter tho but evening was already ruined after a long unnecessary wait and unprofessional attitude from front desk. Management will take no accountability here. Do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere.
Truly sorry to say that I had one of the WORST experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant at Prime Steakhouse this weekend. While I understand that our server was managing many tables, the service was unacceptable. After our initial small plate arrived (the first of three courses), the server checked on us only two or three times throughout the meal. The situation took a serious turn when I found a piece of PAPER in my Caesar salad. I had to wait five minutes and flag down a busser, as our server was nowhere to be seen. The busser, visibly shocked, removed the salad but did not inform our server. When our server finally returned ten minutes later, she was unaware of the issue. She apologized and said she would inform the manager. The manager’s response was inadequate. He made a poorly timed joke about the food not being a fortune cookie and did nothing to address the situation. I was not offered a replacement salad, and no effort was made to make amends. To make matters worse, my main course, the grilled shrimp—which was described as having “parmesan risotto, basil, parmesan & garlic cream”—tasted overwhelmingly and only of green peppers. It felt as though our concerns were not taken seriously, possibly due to our age. Both the food and service were extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Prime Steakhouse to anyone.
Where's looking for a Special dinner on Easter Sunday. My friend wanted Steak and this place God has Great Reviews. unfortunately this place didn't come near the Reviews. The only redeeming quality was the Host. Unfortunately I don't remember her name, but she's Precious. It wasn't very crowded when we came in. Though they were finishing up with one party of eight and another one was seated while we were there. That's all the waitress really cared about. I'll order the coke which Unfortunately they were out of but the lovely Hostess went outside and bought some at a local store. My friend ordered the Vodka Tonic. After asking three times and 22 minutes later it was Finally Brought to her. It was a Prix Fixe Dinner. The first course to Risotto Ball was no bigger than a Swedish Meatball. It was okay but left me wanting. Next course I ordered was a Wedge Salad. I requested no onions and Tomatoes. It came with both and I sent it back it took another 20 minutes for it to arrive. In the meantime my friend or does a glass of wine which arrived 30 minutes After ordering it. Salad was Nothing to Write Home about. The best thing about it was utensils were Cold. I had New York strip steak in my friend had the Ribeye. Mine wasn't bad, but my friends was mostly gristle and she didn't take more than two bites. The mashed potatoes which had chives in it which I requested not to arrived with chives. What we had a great time going out I would not return to this place. The only way would be to say hello to the waitress who helped us out to our car as my friend had a wheelchair. Put your hundred dollars for the both of us with drinks, it was a waste of time and money. If you go here I wish you better luck than we had
Miserable Wedding Experience – Prime Steakhouse Is NOT a Wedding Venue As a guest who was there from start to finish, here’s exactly what I experienced. Attending a wedding at Prime Steakhouse was one of the most uncomfortable event experiences I’ve ever had. To be clear—this location was a last-minute backup due to a major scheduling error from another venue, but nothing about this restaurant was suited for hosting a wedding. The space was incredibly cramped and awkwardly divided into three separate rooms, making the flow of the night disjointed and frustrating. It felt like we were being herded from room to room with no clear direction or host. The heat was unbearable. The fireplace was blazing upon arrival, creating a suffocating atmosphere for guests packed tightly into already small rooms. The dance floor was so hot and poorly ventilated that several of us had to leave early because we were genuinely feeling sick. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. The women’s restroom had only two stalls—one of which didn’t lock—and the men’s bathroom had a clogged toilet and a literal pile of poop on the floor for most of the night. Multiple guests complained, yet nothing was done. Drinks were a mess. Bartenders said rail drinks were included, but then I was charged $10 for a basic vodka soda because they chose to use a different vodka without even asking. The inconsistency was frustrating and left a bad taste—literally and figuratively. Tables were cheap folding ones that tipped anytime someone stood up or sat down. We were literally holding the tables steady with our legs. To make matters worse, everything was dirty upon arrival—dust, leaves, and grime on our plates, chairs, and tablecloths. This was not an elegant dining experience or a romantic wedding celebration. It felt chaotic, unprofessional, and wildly uncomfortable. Prime Steakhouse may be fine for dinner, but it is not equipped or staffed to host large events, especially weddings. Save yourself the stress and disappointment. This is not the place for any special occasion.
We came in at 5:45 pm on a Saturday hoping to sit at the bar, but all the seats were taken. So we waited for the hostess to greet us, we asked for a table for two and she was gathering menus to seat us. During our small talk while she gathered the menus I told her we were planning to have a few cocktails before our concert across the street and then she proceeded to tell us we couldn’t be seated anymore if we weren’t planning to eat dinner-all of a sudden they were “full”. This was extremely rude in my opinion considering 70% or more of the tables were open. I most likely would have ordered an appetizer or something off of the happy hour menu to snack on, but she didn’t even give us that option before sending us away…
I just called to order two of their Caesar salads with a small top sirloin steak to go, and I was told that because it is from their happy hour menu they don't allow take out. The frustrating thing is that I did this just last week, and about three weeks ago, no problem. I guess I'll spend my $60 elsewhere and I doubt I will be back anytime soon. Bad business practices give me heartburn.
I never write reviews and I did not want it to come to this— but the restaurant’s alarm system has gone off for one week straight, rendering the neighbouring residents sleepless, helpless and frustrated. Multiple police reports to city hall by multiple families and nothing has yet been resolved. The only response we are getting from the restaurant is “we are looking into it”. Absolutely unacceptable— if you are the owner reading this, I don’t doubt your food is delicious for a second. But as a restaurant serving the local community, there are no proactive measures being taken and the lack of urgency in addressing such a disruptive issue is concerning. Please pay more attention and common courtesy to the community around you.
My husband called yesterday and asked if we needed to make a reservation. This was our first time visiting this restaurant. He was told he did not and I also hear the staff tell him since she was on speaker. So we arrived and the hostes looks at us and asks if we made a reservation. We explained to her our call yesterday and we're told we did not need one. Long story short, this place could have had the decency to atleast tell us to make a reservation. Please do yourself a favor and your staff to instruct them on the work flow. The worst custoner service. I wouldn't even leave one star.
Have you ever had dinner at Prime? If so you know how amazing the food is. We booked a table a week prior to going. Following is our experience. I called to make a reservation and made sure the staff knew it was a special birthday celebration for our out of town friends. We were assured we would have a special table on the patio in front of the fireplace as requested. Here's where the review begins. When we get there, they let us know they don't have my reservation, they look confused. Then they try to sit us inside when we had a reservation for the patio, after a few minutes of confusion the one of the managers or assistant managers (Ryan) came over to assist, he found a spot off to the side out on the patio for us, not what we expected, so I made a joke saying " I suppose since you lost a reservation, we get free appetizers and a drink??" Said with sarcasm, he thought I was kidding and he asked me again what I had said snd if I was serious, so I repeated it and I said I'm serious, but there's some sarcasm in there and he looked at me confused and said I'm accommodating you to be able to sit out here, and I said you don't understand we had a reservation to sit in a different location and it's not our fault that we're in this predicament. I was clearly not happy and he could tell by my demeanor, he told me l was being rude and then proceeded to tell me that I could walk out the door and leave. I was flabbergasted at being treated this way, we are the customer and we requested something specific in advance. I asked him if I could talk to a manager and he told me he was the manager. I think that is suspect, then walked away, they sent over the other assistant manager, Nicole was her name and she said go ahead and sit down, have some water and see if you want to stay, It's up to you. She apologized for the prior behavior of her coworker, I told her it wasn't her fault and explain the situation. Not to further ruin our evening we decided to stay had an amazing dinner, and Nicole took care of us, she provided the table with a free drink and made sure that everybody was happy. She basically rescued the evening. Kudos to Nicole. We had an amazing time with the exception of the start. The person's name was Ryan that treated us poorly that probably needs sensitivity training and a little education on how to treat customer. Because of Nicole, we will go back, not sour Because of Nicole, we will go back, not sour grapes just my humble opinion. I plan to call and have a conversation with the Manager to communicate our experience. I called and talked to Courtney, she interviewed all the participants. She told me that Ryan said he was sorry. I asked her if there was any incentive for us to return, her response was, well you got a free drink and that’s sufficient. After spending $300+ I did have hope that there would be some consideration, but no. We will not return.
I ate here a while ago and remembered I needed to leave an honest review. My husband and I had a 6 PM Friday reservation, but they sat us outside in the cold even though we had booked ahead. When we asked about sitting inside, we were told they needed to save the inside for when they get busy. I’m sorry, but we had a reservation for your restaurant, not to sit outside in the cold parking lot. It took over 30 minutes just to place our order. I ordered a Shirley Temple, and it was made with club soda, which was completely wrong and undrinkable. The food was overpriced, and it took nearly an hour and a half for our meals to come out. We clearly weren’t a priority. To make things worse, they lost my husband’s card, and when they finally found it, they charged it twice. He noticed both charges when we got home. Overall, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. Poor seating choice, slow service, mediocre food, and careless handling of payment. Definitely not worth the money or the frustration.
We were told we had to try this place, so we decided to stop on the way back from Santa Barbara. After we were done and paid. We both started comparing notes. There was absolutely nothing outstanding about this place. Not the service, food or atmosphere. The people who frequent this establishment and recommend it to others must live in a Ventura bubble, which explains how Aloha Steakhouse gets any 5 star reviews.
