Incredibly delicious lattes, mochas and cappuccinos. We had a huge order, and the barista patiently noted all the customizations for our order. This place has a nice Italian holiday style decor with good amount of seating.

I simply love this place!! I feel like I'm back in Italy in a small family-run cafe with friendly people and delicious food. Coffee is delicious!! The service is excellent, and the staff is very attentive. Prices are very reasonable. They also have a nice selection of imported foods from Italy. Indoor and outdoor seating are available.

Connecticut is home to a number of authentic Italian markets but there are few truly authentic Italian caffè — but all you need is one great one and that is Pausa Caffè in Norwalk. The cornetto (especially the pistacchio) and caffè are as good as those I’ve had in Italy. The service is friendly, helpful, and creates a family like atmosphere. If I lived close by I’d be here every day, but for now I have to settle for infrequent but always worthwhile visits on the way to the office. Please stop by and give it a try if you want a true Italian cafe experience. Che bontà!

A real gem of a place. We usually stop in when in the mood for Italian gelato and this place does not disappoint. The caffe is all things Italian. In addition to gelato they also have really good desserts as well. I had the coffee gelato while my girlfriend had the strawberry, the portions are quite large. This caffe sells many items all Italy related. A very cute caffe with several tables to enjoy your coffee and pastries. It is nicely decorated.

They have the BEST croissants I have ever eaten. I ate one three hours ago and I'm still floating in pastry heaven. We had cappuccinos which were excellent too. The staff were very sweet and warm. I'm definitely coming back with my friend who is of Italian descent. She would go nuts seeing all the goodies, sweets, spreads, sauces and pastas.

I am obsessed with this place!! So glad someone mentioned it on a Facebook group. The pastries were so fresh and the espresso too. The way everything is straight from Italy and so authentic definitely gives it the perfect touch. Clean place and friendly staff. 10/10!!!

This place is a hidden gem! Stopped by for a quick coffee but ended up staying for their hot chocolate and pastries. Let me tell you... that hot chocolate was rich and decadent... it was DELICIOUS!!!!! If you are in the area you HAVE to try it. Wow... just wow!

One of my favorite coffee shops in the area. Everyone who works here are so welcoming. You also can’t beat how authentic the pastries and coffee are. My friend and I were having such a great time that we didn’t realize the cafe had closed, but the workers allowed us to stay until we finished our coffee. Would recommend anyone to try this spot!!!
