Im guessing that the "B" crew was working tonight. Extremely slow service for a Sonic with only four cars in the bays. Waited at least 20 minutes for a plain hot dog, a drink, a side of tots, and a milk shake. When our order was delivered, the shake cup overflowed and had ice cream running all down the sides of the cup. The car hop handed my husband this messy cup and said, "Have a great night." My husband's hand was covered in ice cream, so he asked for napkins as the car hop was walking away, to which he replied, "Oh, yeah." This was the most unimpressive Sonic I have ever had the displeasure of visiting.

Miranda, the manager I got a bag of food so I asked for ranch and she said that will be extra even tho it supposed to come with some already absolutely ridiculous. It’s just ranch horrible would not recommend going there.

I went yesterday to get a vanilla shake at the drive thru. The shake was not filled to the top, so I asked the employee if she would fill it to the top. Very rudely she said no that iis where it supposed to be at that level. Other Sonics fill it to the top. She was not friendly at all. I asked to speak to the manager. She walked to the back and then came back to say the manager said it was where it is suppose to be. They would lose a customer over an inch of ice cream? It was the worst customer service ever. It doesn’t make sense to me. I would have even paid extra to get it to the top.

I made an online order to pick up before work. I get there to pick it up and the manager comes out and tells me he canceled my order because they made it way earlier. I said why? I had a pickup time I wanted to pick it up. ge said we can remake it for you now. I have to be at work and can't wait and now have no lunch. thanks! this was mu first and last time comming to this Sonic! maybe any sonic for that matter.

Should not have kids working at this location because not once did they ask what we wanted, did not say they would be right with us. They decided to take their head sets off and talk instead of worrying about paying customers. If someone is getting off of work, it would be nice to pull up and be taking care of especially when there is no one at the stalls.

COLORBLIND PRODUCTIONS

Every time we go it's something. We will pull up and it's not even busy I'll press the button and no one answers so we move thinking it's broken. Same thing. So we go through the drive through same thing. So we pull up to the window and we just sit there staring and finally someone asks if they can help us but we say no and just give them an ear full. Do not go to this garbage Sonic.

This location has really gone down hill. I couldn't understand order taker and he couldn't understand me. Everything that I ordered showed a different item on the screen. Then worker quit responding. Only 4 cars on site. Another customer had to get out of car to order from walk up. We ended up just driving away to DQ
