This is one awesome brewery! Easily a highlight of a trip to Santa Barbara! Even during SBIFF (cause tho Adam Driver is a great drama actor, Scarlett Johansen getting an award...that's a stretch). Do try their experimental brews! Yuzu Miju Saiso world class.

I would reccomend a take flight ,its a lovely assortment of 4 beers to taste with there super afforadble beer tastings and music . Plus James is super sweet and can list all the beers on tap without looking .

If you're looking for the best brewery in town with the best kombucha, look no further than Night Lizard. This place is an absolute gem, with a cozy atmosphere and a wide selection of delicious drinks. In my opinion, their kombucha is the star of the show. It's brewed in-house, so it's fresh and full of probiotics. But don't just stop at the kombucha - their other drinks are just as good. Their beers are top-notch, with unique and creative flavors that will make your taste buds dance. And if you're not a beer drinker, they also have a selection of hard seltzer and homemade sake! The staff (especially Shannon) is friendly and knowledgeable, always happy to make recommendations or answer any questions you might have. And the atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing night out with friends or a casual date. For food, Night Lizard has partnered with Yona Redz and Soul Bites! Both restaurants will deliver right to your table!! Overall, I can't recommend Night Lizard enough. Their kombucha alone is worth the trip, but the whole experience is something special. I love microbreweries with their own taprooms, and this is a great one! The latter is open & airy, with the fermentation tanks out back. Also games to play, and Mexican food to order from next door. I’m an IPA fan, but more UK style - less hoppy than many of our American cousins and definitely not fruity! Live Forever suited my palate perfectly and was excellent. Apparently family-owned, this place has great staff. Would definitely return.

Very recommendable brewery with great choice of beers. I can really recommend the Night Lizard Lager that the lady chose. The food was also great. Nice relaxing atmosphere and very friendly bar-keepers. It’s a pity that Prince Harry (The Sussex) & Meghan don’t show up here:)

Great ambiance and most important great beer selection as well as a selection of wine and non-alcoholic drinks. We were the during the 100th anniversary of Old Spanish Days. We are from Huntington Beach and I wish we felt as comfortable there as we do when we come to Santa Barbara. There is so much Hispanic culture a d inclusivity here. Definitely will be back.

Really nice beer and live music! They provide many different kinds of board games! It’s definitely a great place for friends to hangout!

Pretty good beer, fairly priced and wonderful staff! Plus point: they partner with Yona Redz for food! Go here and have a beer and some good tacos, and maybe play a game or listen to some live music! Yona Redz got beer too, but Night Lizard got the better beer for the better price! So the only remaining question is: when are going?

Had a really wonderful experience while visiting SB. Got to meet one of the Brewers, his sister who helped at the bar, Meg, who was a complete delight and a wonderful beer tender named Emily. They all treated me like a friend, not a patron, and won me over with great conversation and great beer. I was told they have only been open a week and the beer they had on tap was really great. This is only my second 5 star review and I think they have absolutely earned it. The space was nice and clean, great vibe and really honest down to earth people. Thank you all for such a great first experience here!

I had a great time at Night Lizard Brewing Company. The bartender was super friendly and took his time to chat with us. He made us feel welcome and created a relaxed atmosphere. Thank you for taking your time with us tourists. It's a great spot for a laid-back drink with excellent service. Highly recommend!

A fun local home brew bar! This establishment is a cool hang joint. You might even find the owner at the door checking I.Ds and giving you a list of duties he often covers. There's a dog bowl down at the door with water.Inviting you to sit on the patio with your fur baby if you're out for a stroll and want to stop in for a drink. The atmosphere is open and there seems to be entertainment quite often.That is a great break from strolling the boulevard of state street There's not a lot of options on food. There's small snacks, but the drink selection is wonderful and tasty. The best part is the friendly atmosphere of patrons and staff alike.There are clearly regulars but there is room for newbies as well. Definitely a family good vibes feel environment. I highly recommend.

Stopped by here during a day trip to Santa Barbara and loved it. Great experimental beers from Apple Pie cider to a Belgian ale that tastes like cream soda. Both were excellent, but honestly their IPA was my favorite. Tons of space, dog friendly, and several board games to stay entertained. Must visit for beer enthusiasts.

Love this brewery, it feels like home in SB. It is the perfect spot for whatever your mood is: trivia, a chill spot to hang with friends or family, board games, dancing, music, or even to read. The atmosphere is so welcoming, the bartenders are knowledgeable and excited about the beer, and there is frequently a new beer to try on rotation. The Girl Scout cookie flight is my favorite, but I like their lager too. Their beers are unique and unlike others in town in my opinion. Love this place, highly recommend stopping in.

Hard to truly review during these covid-19 times. The have nice outdoor seating. The food selection is small but I do think they have a food truck that wasn't there or closed when we were there. It is dog friendly, kids are allowed outside and the service is good. The brews are amazing though across the board.

Good beer bad vibe. Bouncer pressured my wife into buying pints or beers and creepily watched her go to the bathroom. Was uncomfortable experience and off-putting. We go to this brewery often for the good beer but normally we visit during the day. Apparently at night they accoste customers. Terrible experience, there are 7 other breweries in SB without this bullshit.
