Their tacos and sauces are incredible. Nico’s has become my go-to spot whenever I want tacos. It’s a nice authentic vibe inside and they’re always so friendly even though I just take out. I’ll eventually try more of the menu but for now, I’m HOOKED on the asada tacos 😍

Just left here and it was amazing. Authentic, great selection. We had breakfast burritos and all ingredients were fresh and delicious. We will be back for lunch sometime. Great family atmosphere!

The tacos are phenomenal, and filling. I had the Nicos tacos, 1 beef, 1 chicken and 1 pastor, all three were moist, delicious and well portioned. Their regular burrito could feed 2-3 people, it's a monster and huge on portion and taste.

Ok so hear me out, I've had street tacos from all over the country, the best I've had were in Pensacola, and they were ranked number 4 in the nation. They were the best I've had until I came here. Nicos is THE real deal, you will not be disappointed. You always hear of those hole in the wall spots that are gold, this is that spot.

Unassuming from the outside but cute on the inside, you get transported to an interior that reminds you of a Mexican hut/counter look, with streamers, piñatas in a corner. Very friendly staff greets you with a welcoming smile. I ordered the chorizo breakfast tacos, come in 3. I ordered carryout, was ready in 10 minutes. They gave chili and green sauce. The tacos were still warm when I got home. Super delicious and fresh ingredients!

There are really only two places I go to for authentic Mexican food and this is one of them! If you haven't been here in over three months, then you must come in to see their expanded layout. It literally use to be a little "hole in the wall" but now, it's a full blown restaurant with 2 bars, what appears to be a dance floor and even a DJ booth! I would have taken a picture of the food but quite frankly, I inhaled them to quickly because they were that amazing lol

A true taco gem in Virginia Beach! If you are looking for an authentic taco experience this is the place to go! Not only for the taste but for the many options you have available to you. If you find yourself in the area or if you find yourself the need to drive somewhere for tacos this is the place to go!

My wife googled "Best tacos in Virginia Beach" and so that's where we ordered. The pandemic is still here and it was Cinco de Mayo AND Taco Tuesday so it was no surprise they were slammed busy and the parking lot was parked up with people waiting to pick up. But the wait was worth it! We ordered chilaquiles verdes, a breakfast burrito, a gordita, a huarache, and several tacos. Everything was delicious. My wife compared their huarache to quality she'd only had in Mexico City. This place is the real deal and it's a safe bet we'll order here at least once a month for a Taco Tuesday.

Ordered 2 chicken homemade tortilla and normal tortilla Chorizo. It was so good and amazing!! Would definately recommend supporting small businesses like these !!! Chill spot great food. Check em out !

Nico's is probably the best in my favorite place for tacos. If you look on a map and wanted to travel 100 miles Within the Virginia Beach area I would still go to Nico's every time. The folks there are friendly although English is not their primary language. Have a great lunch Taco special which I get a few days a week because I'm a taco addict. They also have a hot sauce that is pretty hot! I love the hot sauce. They have several different kinds of meats available from chicken to pork to steak two more exotic in traditional meat choices as well. they have burritos quesadillas and other things to order if tacos are not your preference

This food was 😋 delicious! They would have gotten 5 stars, but they only had 1 cook and 1 man doing everything else (taking orders, getting drinks, doing tables, and bringing out the food); he was very pleasant though and as attentive as he could be considering we had to wait a while for our food!🙂 It was worth it; the food was good (chicken tacos, rice, refried beans, and chicken nachos) and they gave you great portions for the 💰 money! We would go back again even if we had to wait!

Yummy, yummy, yummy! This is a small delicious taco place that serves good food. The place is small, limited seats, take out works too. My favorites are the fresh made chips and salsa, and the chicken nachos. Looking forward to trying more from the menu.

The new location is complete garbage. The phone was turned off and I drove there in-person to order. I asked about the phone being off and the girl at the register picked it up and turned it on and then turned it off right in front of me. She literally showed me that she had it off and said- “I don’t know”. I then ordered in person and I waited over an hour for 8 tacos. With no one in the restaurant and no other to go orders I waited an hour for 8 tacos. After an hour of no food, I walked up and got my money back and got zero apology.
