They must have better communication when taking orders and focus more on customer service, luckily Fernando was excellent attention when taking our order he made sure to make our food himself and that everything was fine a very good guy but overall the food was good and the restaurant is clean

I’ve lived in three different states and driven across the country multiple times. I have never once gone to a Taco Bell with amazing, post on google ratings worthy service. I love the girls who work here! They are always pleasant, professional, and they make going to Taco Bell fun for me (I have anxiety) and I don’t panic at the window :D also this is a consistent experience, at first I thought maybe it was a one off but every single time I go they are amazin. Had to shout out the local spot thank you girlies !! <3

Always friendly staff every time I visit. Good food. Dated but clean and comfortable dining room. I feel like sharing that the temperature inside is just right (sometimes dining rooms are too cold or too hot). Ask for the code for the bathroom. They are clean.

So courteous and professional! Placed my order through their online app... Omgosh!! So easy and convenient, no wonder this location is always packed! Also, special thanks to the guys in the kitchen too for a 100% accuracy on my order, I appreciate you immensely and this store. I'll be back without a doubt!! Thanks again!!

12/19/24 around 9:30 The food is usually good but this time the doritos supreme tacos were old and soggy. The Mexican pizza was sloppy and mushy. And when talking to the drive thru person on the intercom, I wasn't able to hear them very well.

We went through the drive-thru late on a Wednesday night. They were not busy. We got home before we realized part of our order was missing. The food was otherwise prepared properly and to order. The quality of the food was satisfactory and as expected.

Orded for delivery did not get my drinks. I’m really disappointed. Tried calling store and no answer. Very frustrating after spending good money.

Since I haven't been able to reach anyone by phone, unfortunately have to leave this here. Online order for pickup, paid for 4 of the new limited Disha hot sauces ($1 total), only got 1. I even glanced in the bag quick before I drove off and saw the ONE Disha packet so figured it was fine. Got home and they shorted me the 3, plus shorting me on Hot sauce packets. Not a huge deal, everything else was accurate, but if I'm paying for hot sauce, I expect to get it. 75¢ or not. Not the same as not getting the free sauce packets. What a rip off. Do that all day and Taco Bell is making significant money on shorting us. Called 4 times in a 40 minute period and nobody is answering. I demand satisfaction!!! 😂 But for real, Omar Apollo owes me 75¢ for ripping me off!!!!!

ITS BACK! Unfortunately, the engineer that designed this drive-through layout did a HORRIBLE job. It feels like an afterthought. If you have to install 3 yellow poles to protect the sides of the building, you know you screwed up. Look at how scraped up this one is! The place has only been open for less than a week!!!

Most of the staff that works here at Taco Bell are very nice with the exception of one Mexican woman that works here in the morning I went in and asked for a cup of hot water so I can make a tea that I had and she refused me my friend bought me a cup of coffee as I didn't have any change at the moment he brought the coffee to the table where it was a little more than half full I went back to complain and ask her if she could put some more coffee in the cup she's in refused me again I barked at her please put some more coffee in the cup whereupon I was flipped the bird and told f*** you well I was I was pretty shocked by this and reported it to the manager and told him that I've never had a problem with any of the other staff there why do I have to contend with one individual that's this difficult so I don't know what happened with her I haven't been back there and several days but if she doesn't get reprimanded for this I'm definitely calling corporate and will complain,
