With a name like Best Pizza and Brew I was skeptical that it would live up to its name. However, I'm happy to report that it at least matches Pretty Great Pizza and Brew! 😜 Both of the slices I tried were impressive and convinced me to return soon. Decent selection of beers to accompany your pizza. I tried the hazy IPA and loved it as well. So, do I miss the Flying Pig restaurant which occupied the space prior? Sort of... But as far as replacements go this was a solid choice.

Great pizza, and great beer Friendly staff and very clean restaurant Our little league celebration was held here and wow! Great atmosphere- the outdoor seating area and fire pit is awesome!

First time visiting best pizza and the pizza was great. You'll enjoy this if you like thin crust pizza. Also don't sleep on their desserts the best brownie with ice cream was delicious. Definitely worth the visit.

We found our new favorite pizza place. 1. Size of pizza slices👍🏻 2. Pizza dough is thin and perfect for folding 3. Sauce ratio and cheese ratio.. perfect 4. Ranch was great 5. Your pup can sit outside with you; oh and they have a pup menu. Our pup loved his burger w/bacon All around great place to hang out with your friends and enjoy your pizza.

1st time here. Food was great, service not so great. I asked a question to one of workers there and got ignored completely, waited in like just to ask for napkins. Anyway, I will go back again, just because the food was great.

I got the last two slices of the buffalo ranch pizza. I'm not sure how long it has been in the case for before they reheated it. As you can see not very much chicken on it. The service was great they were attentive. Asked if I needed anything while I sat down to eat my food. Fast service. The atmosphere is wonderful here. I also got the garlic knots. They're worth a try.

I was looking for a dog-friendly spot in Vista, CA, to have a birthday lunch and came across Best Pizza and Brew Vista—what a great find! They have a nice outdoor seating area, and the staff was kind enough to turn on the fire pits when it started to get chilly, which made it even more comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful, which added to the great experience. The pizza was delicious! Just a tip: if it’s a cool day, enjoy your pizza quickly since it can cool off fast, but even then, it’s still tasty. We also tried the garlic knots, which were fantastic. Overall, it’s a great spot for groups and very pet-friendly. I’ll definitely be back to try more pizzas!

First time visiting this business out and was left with an overall positive from the place. The staff were very friendly and considerate throughout the whole evening. They didn't disappoint with the pizza as it wass nice and toasty when it was brought over to my table. The Moscow Mule I was provided was really good, a fine balance between all its ingredients. (A staff member even came up to me letting me know of a small delay with my drink, something I rarely ever experience, and was much appreciated). The only disappointment that I can share was the Mac N Cheese, the plate was a bit oily and made it quite difficult to eat at the end. But in all really a positive service and respectable business. Decent food with alright service. Order at the counter and they bring everything to you. Team is nice and friendly but both times we’ve been there they serve meals with no plates or napkins even though the pizza is big enough to feed 3+. Can order drinks at food counter or bar. Drinks do not get served to you so if you order with your food you’ll have to visit the bar and hangout while they make them. Dog friendly which is a big plus.

My husband and I have been loyal customers here for years, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. We ordered takeout tonight, and when we got home, we discovered the pizza crust was burnt. Unfortunately, the quality just wasn’t there today. I don’t normally complain, but I did call the restaurant to let them know. The person I spoke with was polite and offered either a refund or a gift certificate, but the details weren’t very clear (timing, process, etc.). While I appreciated the offer, it’s honestly not about getting refunded—it’s more about the overall experience and the drop in quality we had tonight. We’ve always enjoyed Best Pizza & Brew, so I hope this was just an off day. I’m sharing this because we’ve had many good meals here in the past and would love to see the consistency and quality return.

I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and 2 IPA growlers. Total came to $100. Pretty insane prices. I can't tell if I was overcharged or not. Didn't think of it until a few days later how insane that price was for 3 items. It was Sunday and was surprised there was no football on TV. I asked if they could put football on and one of the guys said "football is already on" even though we were watching skateboarding. 3 people behind the bar were trying to convince the other bar tender how the TV worked. I wish I got an itemized receipt but didn't think about it when I got the bill. 2 stars.

First time here. I walk in and the atmosphere was great. They played great music and people seem to have been enjoying themselves. I finally get to order and this is where it goes down hill. I literally stand there for my to-go order for almost 45 min before having to ask for it just to find out it was just seating there. Never once did they call me up or let me know my order was ready. Once I got home, I had to serve my wife and I this burnt dry pizza. Very disappointing for a place called "best" pizza and brew.

If I could leave zero stars for my visit to Best Pizza & Brew in Vista, I would. My interaction with Andrea was incredibly disappointing. From my perspective, she was laughing and glaring at me, and she made a few smug comments that felt completely uncalled for. The whole exchange made me feel disrespected and uncomfortable, and it honestly ruined my experience. I left genuinely confused about how someone who treats customers that way is still employed. I really hope management addresses this, because this visit has definitely made me reconsider coming back.
