I ordered 2 classic chicken sandwichs for $5 with my order. They each had the best green pieces of lettuce I have ever seen on a sandwich at any Wendy's in America! God bless the USA!

I realize that a customer should always get what they order, but in the world of drive- thru, I can't count the number of times something from my order was missing...that has NEVER happened at Wendy's. Not only are they fast with completing orders, not only is their food good, but I have ALWAYS received everything I ordered, down to cutlery, sauce and napkins. EVERY TIME! Wendy's sets the bar for other drive-thru restaurants.

Use to think they weren't top notch, but after a few years tried it again and loved it. Their bacon and cheese fries are great, their chicken sandwiches have some good quality. Not to mention they are generous with their bacon.

Great burger joint. Meat is always juicy, fries are great and mostly fresh due to traffic, lettuce is crisp in salads/burgers. Chilli is good. Haven't tried other items. Clean location. Parking is a bit tricky and bit off beaten path due to offramp placement. Remodeled inside so 'hip' feel.

Wendy's good. I think the only part I hated is that their drink machine is like so slow it barely detects the touching so it could program to know what drink we chose. But thank God they added a qr code so it lets us choose what drink we want on our phones. Other than that, good food

The Night Manager on Friday is awesome. They're very busy, but the Manager is very engaging and funny with the customers. Food is fresh and delish. I recommend their spicy nuggets with the ghost pepper sauce for those that like spice.

I stopped in with my mom here and she usually hates anything fast food and likes to sit down and eat so we went in to sit down and this place was by far the most classy Wendys I've ever been to. The chairs were actually comfortable to sit in and the dining room was separated into different areas that made it feel more like a fancy restaurant and the service was phenomenal which I was actually surprising to me because I've had some issues with the drive thru in the past. But Jose and Juan made my mom feel like she was a vip and now she goes there on the regular. I am so happy that we stopped in instead of driving thru

This Wendy's is great! Very clean dining area and the food is up to par to what I remember about a "good" Wendy's growing up. Certainly a great value for your money. People shouldn't complain about crowds during peak hours... if it wasnt good then no one would be there!

Food was prepared very well and it was tasty! I was impressed with the staff as they were friendly and were really on top of their game. I could hear them communicating with each other and looking for ways to help others. Truly a great place and will be returning.

I ordered the one Honey Butter Breakfast Chicken Biscuit with one slice of American cheese, 2 Oatmeal Bars, and one medium size Tropical Berry Lemonade. The total cost was $21.20. This was a Grubhub delivery service order from my home computer it was yesterday at 12 p.m. Every thing I ate was very delicious!

I had never been to this one. As soon as I walked it, the cashier was a friendly young man who greeted me and tended to my order. He was prompt and polite. He got everything correct and the rest of the staff looked busy and productive. I would come back again.

This Wendy's has been recently remodeled inside and out. The food, service and atmosphere is number one in my opinion. The best food on a budget around, plus great service and easy access from two busy streets near Hwy 78 freeway. Update : This location has gone to the depths of Hell in the last several years . It’s gone from clean and healthy to gross and dangerous to enter much less eat the food…!

The sheer amount of salt on these fries was glorious. The line was 10 cars long and it went in maybe 5 minutes. These guys are catching up to chik fil a and in n out in terms of service. Long live the baconator.

The new jalapeno bacon burger was good. There fries are better than most fast food places. The shakes were good. I didn't like the kids meal toys. They had a toy of a reptilian. I just tasted their cookies (I got one of each flavor) and let me tell you....they are delicious! Soft but crunchy on the edges. Very much worth the $1.39 each (there big).

UPDATED 2018-Mar-15: Complete redesign! This is now a very modern Wendy's with comfortable seating, wifi and even a simulated fireplace conversation pit. The food is as great as ever. If you haven't ever had their chili, be sure to check it out soon. It's one of the best things on the menu! OLD VERSION: This is a very good Wendy’s restaurant, and a good location. We consistently get good food and good service at this location. It’s a good place to stop at on your way home after a movie or church.

This is the best Wendy's in the area. The food is always hot and fresh. The drive thru gets busy but they always seem to have a lot of ppl working so it moves pretty quick. I've been to a Wendy's in oceanside and actually threw out the food it was so nasty and cold. This Wendy's is bomb.

I like to order through the application and usually everything is fine but when picking up at this restaurant in Vista Ca. Something is missing or wrong, 1st time was 2 missing Hamburgers, 2nd time wrong size of frys and today a 3rd time issue was a missing Hamburguer and wrong size of Frys oh! And I forgot to mention that they didn't put any ketchup on the bag, are you serious? And this is always. When order here make sure your order is complete and correct Update:I went back to the restaurant to state my issues politely and talk over my issues, they went over my order and gave back what was missing/wrong plus some extra for my troubles.

One of my favorite Wendy's locations. The staff is friendly and efficient. Occasionally a part of my order is wrong though, I've gotten a spicy chicken when ordering homestyle before, and they also forgot an order of nuggets once.

If you get combo it's cost lil more than other chains but their burgers actually are better than most. They are fast food heretics though because they prefer to use fresh never frozen beef, how dare they serve a better quality & flavorful burger patty instead of the standard Goodyear rubber patties.

This is a great location - my family tends to be picky, but they consistently meet the custom orders most of the time. The drive thru entrance can be a little hard to get into if you try and enter off of Melrose.

The prices are reasonable, it seems to stay pretty busy and there seems to be a lot of new workers still in training so I'd advise people to just double check your order to make sure its all there before leaving the store.

We really do enjoy this location. It has a weird smell but is clean and the employees are nice. As with all fast food places check your order to be sure you got everything. This location is much better than others but mistakes do happen.

Seems like they screw up my order in at least one way every time I come to Wendy's, and it's not just this one. EVERY SINGLE TIME, last time I called to let them know my order wasn't right the guy gave me some flak and it wasn't a good experience. Food is 5 stars when they get it right, service not so much. Ambiance is terrible too.

Someone added googly eyes to the Wendy's logo in the drive-thru. I thought this was the best thing I'd seen all day. Drive-thru was fast and the customer service good. My baked potato was on point. If you're going to dine in just make sure you lock your car.

I always seem to show up right when there's 5 other cars in the drive thru. Most times they're pretty slow. The fries are always old and soggy. Service isn't the best. But it's cheap so what are you gonna do?

This particular Wendy's is too small for the number of customers they always have. Every time I have gone inside to order the line is very long and it moves so slowly. I end up walking out and going somewhere else.

They’re frosty shakes are absolutely delicious! However, they’re handlers are just awful, at least when I went there. I prefer to eat an In-N-Out, but I come here for my Frosty’s, even though they’ve gone up quite a bit in price, I think they were between 5 and 6 dollars each for a medium.

Went to Wendy's because it was on my way home.I got to the line had a person in front of me. Asked if she had ordered. She said no.No one ways at the register.so I saw someone bagging food.so I asked if their was any one there to attend us but she was busy so she said if we could wait and when I asked that there was three people in the back area just looking and not doing anything. so I decided to leave. Bad service. ill eat somewhere else.so I left.

It was nothing like they advertise on TV, I intend my wife for lunch to have a great experience and we were really disappointed. The cashier was very rude and didn't even looked at us once. And when we received our order, that was the moment of truth. The hamburgers they show on display and TV. Didn't look even close to what we got.

This store needs some serious help and management. Tonight I went there and wanted to get their biggie meals. And a Dave’s Double. They looked very understaffed and the woman doing the Fries was elderly. They look like they were doing the best they could, and the restaurant was swamped with customers. Myself included. As I got the order and drove home I had found they didn’t pack my Dave’s Double. So I drove back and went inside. I showed my receipt and they gave me a fresh one plus a cookie for the inconvenience. The staff was calm. Then I came home and went through my wallet and couldn’t find the card I paid with. By the time I got back to the restaurant to see if they had it, I had to wait 20 min just to get to drive thru. I told the guy my card’s last four numbers, and he darted off. Then came back with three cards. He didn’t listen to me. So finally he gave me my card back. But I’m going to get a new one in case. The point is I had to go back three times. Managment really needs to fix these problems with staffing and sense of urgency.

They had no lettuce for the burgers. That's like a grocery store not having milk or eggs or butter. The burger was not hot. The only reason they got a third star was because the fries were fresh and pretty good. Seriously a burger place with no lettuce, not good!

This place is clearly too understaffed to actually perform. There seems to be an uneven power dynamic between the co-workers and they all seem passive aggressive towards one another. I'm honestly a hater of this place. It also just looks crowded in the back. The owner needs to remodel the kitchen to accommodate the amount of people. Also stop closing the lobby when there aren't enough staff. Close the drive thru and maybe things can be done.

Stopped by to grab a quick bite to eat. However, they were not accepting credit or debit cards at that time - cash only(?). No cash on me so no food purchased. Also, bathroom was out of both toilet paper and towels; asked for manager who took several minutes to emerge from his office and he was surprised to hear of the problem. Someone there is not doing their job very well.

Went in for a frosty for my daughter after the parade. We got ignored for almost 10 minutes. One of the employees asked if she should help us and was told to keep bagging. My wife asked asked for help and we were treated to a few seconds of blank stares from one of the employees. Long story short, use the drive-thru that’s where all their attention was. I assume they have a certain amount of time to get people through the drive-thru. So they focus more on that aspect.

This used to be a great location but lately the food makes me sick. The last three visits I've suffered major stomach cramps, gas and diarrhea after each meal. I won't be going back. Having food service experience and observing through the pick up window it's apparent that the level of cleanliness isn't what it should be where food is prepared and served. I noticed people standing around who could be cleaning up the mess they walk around in on the floor but nope. Nobody's looking and nobody seems to care. They're oblivious to it because they do it and see it everyday.

Fast food overall, not just here, is lacking in taste and value. Prices are obviously higher but quality and quantity is falling way short. Almost $60 I paid for my family of four and we didn't finish our food only because we got tired of chewing on blandness. Counter service was good, no issues while ordering or picking up our order. Ok first to the owner.. you must address the fryer smell! Burnt oil smell is bad enough in the parking lot but intolerable inside. One customer didn’t think so and he was the only diner but he was passed out in the only booth so our family of five squished into a table.. the workers were nice . The food was awful. The drink machine doesn’t work well.. will not return.

REALLY wanted a fish sandwich asked for NO tartar sauce Mustard instead …so what did they do ? Wiped of the tartar sauce and then added the mustard over the leftover tartar sauce… how disappointing and wasted $12.87 .

Terrible and rude service. Ordered a baconator and a baked potato with a bowl of Chili which was 3.49 we asked the the guy when we got our food if everything was in the bag and he just closed the window door. We called the number and explained our issue with the missing item (bowl of chilli) and they hung up after we explained the issue. Don't bother coming to this Wendy's location.

This place makes a porta potty that got caught in a tornado look clean. It’ll take a full work day just to make a burger and fries, then it will still somehow be cold. Want ketchup? Nope they’re out. Maybe you’ll go for ranch or bbq instead? Ha! You wish.

After Dave died, Wendy's went downhill. And this poor location got dragged along with it. Back in the day, I got Frosty's here all the time. They were $0.99 for a 12 or 16 ounce tasty treat. Now, it's not even dairy. And it's $1.49 for a tiny kid sized cup. I've eaten here about 5 times in the last month and I keep telling myself (after each time) never again. But like my kids, apparently, I don't listen. Unfortunately, I'm done with Wendy's now. When you order a hamburger during a non peak time, your burger should be fresh. It shouldn't be lukewarm with a wrinkled bun like they nuked it in the microwave. I hate giving a place 1 star, but sometimes the truth hurts.

They have BIG signs outside advertising their Panko Fish Sandwich. We have tried 3 times in the last month to get them, and they are “always out of stock”. When we called today to see if they finally had them, they did not answer the phone. We called back twice and it just rang and rang. What a way to run a business 😞😞

So, I moved in up the street back in June and I was stoked to have a Wendy's so close. I went there a couple times and was disappointed at the undercooked fries and both 4 for 4 meals having been crammed into just one bag. However, each time I go to this location, I am consistently disappointed. Whether it's getting shorted on my nugget orders, only one piece of bacon in my baconator, or getting diet coke instead of regular, despite having been the only person placing an order, it is OBVIOUS the manager here either has not taken the time to properly train people, or simply does not care. Today will have been my final time visiting this place. I ordered a 4 for 4 and got little tiny nugget crumbs and only 2 actual nuggets. Do not go to this Wendy's location. The employees are dirty, rude, and inefficient. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I am a door dasher and I HATE going through the drive thru because they refuse to open yhe doors. It takes way to long to pick up an order. And i sit in the drive thru and watch people leave because the line is so long. This is crazy and if it wasnt for the fact i was picking up someone elses food i would leave. Even if you dont want us to eat inside it would be so mich easier to pick up and go

Never been treated so bad at any establishment. Ordered a burger to go only to find out when I got home that the patties were so dried out they were like beef jerky. Took it back and explained the problem, the employee unwrapped the burger and completely disassembled it on the front counter and told me that's how they were supposed to be and slid it back across the counter to me and said there was nothing wrong with it so she couldn't give me a refund and walked away. Worst customer service I've ever experienced!

Bathroom was horrible and no toilet paper. The manager was very rude and impatient. I was I went in line trying to order and he said someone was there before me I turned around no one was there I turned around the third time there was a black lady there she wasn't there before so somehow she was able to cut the line in front of me even though I was there first. Then I decided to use the bathroom came back from the bathroom and she was still in line ordering her food and the manager was also black too I don't care if you're black white or blue. You do not pull the race card to cut the line or or be a really rude manager. Customer service there sucked I did not order anything at all. Inside the store was disgusting as well. I do not recommend eating here.

I am homeless and this Wendy's like most are apart of the Restaurant Meals program, which allows the homeless to use food stamps to get a hot meal. The thing is that they are not supposed to charge tax on the purchase. Every place I been to takes the tax off no problem don't have to ask or remind them. This place here the manager made me feel like I was a criminal for bringing it up. Gave me a huge attitude and said she would look into it but they don't have the system to do it right now. It has been almost 3 months now and they still haven't figured it out. I go there like 10 times a month or more. They now take the tax off for me but still are charging the rest of the homeless the tax because they don't complain. The last time I went in the manager said with an attitude I will take the tax off but this is going to make me short on my register. Really? You are using a program to make more money and yet you are ripping off people who are hurting by charging them more then what you are supposed to be charging them BY LAW. Half the staff is friendly the other half including the manager are rude and have no idea about customer service or dealing with people. What prompted this review was the last visit. I purchase the Free Jr Frosty key chain 3 months ago. You get a free frosty with every purchase by having this key chain. Show them the key chain when you make a purchase and you get a free Jr frosty it ends sometime in June. Well as I said I have been going there for months now they all know me and know I have the key chain. Most of the times they wont even ask to see it, they will just say chocolate or vanilla because they know. Well this last time one of the nice employees asked that question and I said chocolate. The guy taking my order asked to see my key chain and he knows I have one he has taken my order over 15 times before, the plastic key chain must of snapped off and I lost it and was told yes even though they know I had one they cant give me a frosty unless they see it. I was a bit upset because I know this was being done because of my complaining about the tax. I am officially done with this place and will be calling the corporate office to file a complaint.

1 star for attitude. Not sure what her name was but she was short, bigger and was wearing glasses. Whatever casher they had working at 6:42 p.m. on January 31st. For someone who didn't have that many orders going on she sure was unorganized and snappy. The counters were so filthy. We're going through a pandemic, they should be keeping up sanitation. She gave me my cups and when I asked for lids she looked annoyed and put them face down on her sticky counter. Again, I thought we should be smarter during a pandemic. She didn't even give me time to ask for a new one because she walked away. Towards the end she placed everything in the bags and I asked for our straws. Again she decides to give me attitude. I'm not sure if Wendy's stopped teaching customer service etiquette but she didn't have an ounce of it.

The minute you enter the restaurant you could smell the dirty oil and you could see the black smoke that was coming out of the friers.The employees were nice, register was not working and they couldn't take cash. We only got frosty cups!

Your order will probably be wrong... The last two visits have been bad. I always order the same thing: Asiago fried, spicy, chicken sandwich. Get home and unwrap to find a regular chicken sandwich without the bacon, cheese or spiciness. Trip #2 was particularly bad: I brought my 7 year old with me to experience eating inside. Bad idea. I ordered my usual and my kid ordered a kids meal. I was informed I would have to wait 15-20 minutes for the chicken to cook. I was ok with this. After 30 minutes the food was ready and while sitting and waiting I noticed the Floor was sticky and smelled like urine. So we decided to take our meal Togo. As we got home we unwrapped our food only to find that, once again, my Asiago Chicken sandwich is just a plain chicken sandwich. I also never received a receipt. I have reached out to your corporate affiliates and I received an email stating that this franchise will reach out to me and "make it right". I'm still waiting for that to happen as this incident occurred over 2 months ago. Needless to say that I am very disappointed with this restaurant as I have been coming to this location since I was my kids age.

Cold burger, so cold the cheese couldn't melt. Cold bun, cold lettuce, cold tomato. Staff definitely needs training regarding how to cook food. I took out the order. If I had dinned-in, I would have demanded my money back. This food was NOT up to Wendy's usual high standards.

Went there for some food and was really disappointed with the service and quality of the food, felt rush employees seem like I was bothering them by ordering food. Waited a long time to get my food . When I finally got it. It was not good.

Essence ( appeared to be the manager but definitely didn’t act like it so I’m not sure)and Isaac (taking orders in the dining area)have the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I had high hopes for this place when I spoke to the other manager but it’s clear that they do not care about customer service or respect. I will never return here for any reason after being a customer of this establishment for 3 years.the “manager told me she would write down the information I requested then proceeded to tell me I have hands and can do it myself since she is busy. If that is too much work for her to handle at once she shouldn’t be manager since she could have just done it in the amount of time that she was complaining about doing her job. The other employee Isaac told me to stop talking when I said something to him which should be a reason for immediate termination. The lack of respect is unheard of in an Industry that is supposed to be about customer service.

I ordered a small chili and a 4 piece kids nuggets. It was a few minutes before 1030am so ofcourse I had to wait which was no problem. She came out and brought me 4 chili's and 4 nuggets. No drink for the kids meal. When I asked her at the window why it was so much she read my order back but just what I ordered not the quantity. Then gave us an attitude when she brought our order. Then I just arrived at my destination and I did not even get a chive and onion potato as I ordered but a cheese and bacon.

I used the drive thru but they forgot the fries. I don’t find out until I reach my destination that’s 2 miles away. I go back to the drive thru and let the same lady know. She’s annoyed that I don’t have an order and tells me to pull around and wait in one of the front stalls. I see her exit a side door going to take a break at a neighboring business. So I had to go inside ask for my fries after waiting 5 minutes for her not to help me.

I order from the app, so you can't mess it up, but you do. Waiting in parling lot like asked for 15 min. Kids crying late night for us. My daughter has no food because you gave her spicy nuggets and ghost pepper sauce. So dry nuggets for dinner. I don't expect the food to be the greatest late night, but at least get it right when done. We all work hard for the little money we get to spend on stuff. Let's try to get it right as if your family was getting food.. See you tomorrow for a refund!

I waited 27 minutes for a mobile order...2 burgers, 2 fries, 2 drinks, and 2 nuggets. It wasn't a crazy order at all. Entire families had gotten their food, eaten, and left before I even received my order. They also forgot the two 4-piece nuggets, so I had to go back inside and wait another 10 minutes while they made them. They also forgot items during my last two visits here as well. I dont think I'm going to this location anymore. Go to the location by Tri-City hospital; they are way more reliable and I've never had issues there.

Received our order for three people, only to check the bag and find that a third of it was missing. Needed to go back and ask for a whole extra burger and fries that we ordered and paid for. One of the sandwiches was still incorrect when we checked later. This is the second time it's happened. This place really doesn't care, or check the food they're putting out. Probably the worst Wendy's.

Literally standing at the door here just after 8:00 p.m. and for absolutely no reason the workers decided to close the entire lobby and force everybody if you could drive through. As you can see clearly the lobby is supposed to be open till 9:00 p.m. and there is no notices giving them permission to close early like this.

Somebody in here needs to train all of your employees, including the manager, who definitely did not train their employees on cross-contamination as well as food allergies. If a customer states they’re allergic to something your employees should take that very seriously. The store is going end up in a giant lawsuit when they accidentally killed somebody/put them in the ER due to cross contamination.

Highly recommend you avoid this location. I can assume they are understaffed. Did a mobile order with pickup through drive thru. There were a couple of cars in front of me. I tell them mobile and my name and they tell me to drive forward. I get to the window and they tell me to go to the front of the store. Take forever for my food to come out almost 30 minutes and they dont have my frosty because it is out. I asked for refund, which I have feeling I ill to protest a partial charge with the credit card company because nothing about this location makes me believe they will process the refund

I tried their fish sandwich for the first time. It was my last time. It is not tasty at all. Burger King has my vote for Best Fish Sandwich for Lent!! Wendy's 😛👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

I understand some days are busy and some are not. But they had 3 cashier's in the drive through and 1 cashier managing the front and Mobil orders.my fries where not crispy. They got my order wrong 4 times . I had to ask for a refund because on the 4rth time the meat was not fully cooked I could see pink . The lady that gave me the refund not even apologetic. (Cashier that took my order was not the same person that gave me my refund)

Unhygentic food handling, (handles money does not wash hands or wear gloves) still handles all food) serving old food, and undercooked burgers, lack of communication skills, (gives wrong order) or just careless. un safe indoor eating dinning erea (Loose dogs of breed risk) infestetion invasion of free loading homeless inside and out the business property, (Not looking like a resturant) All this in 10 minutes hopeing to find and have peace.

Tried to change me for one ranch when I spent 15 dollars… Didn’t fill up my chili cup all the way. Manager gave me huge attitude for some reason. The other workers were trying not to piss her off is what I could see. Older lady like 60 years old possibly Chinese

If I could give them a NEGATIVE 5 stars I would!!! 1) I had to wait for 7 minutes in line even though there was only one car in front of me 2) they messed up my order so I spent an extra 5 minutes waiting for my food and the guy who handed it to me looked like he didn’t shower or wash his hands 3) my medium lemonade was 90% ice 4) I only received 6/10 nuggets in my meal 5) my medium fries were barely half full and they had entirely too much salt on them THEY’RE TERRIBLE! 😒
