Lur Ros Thai helped my frisbee team with a large group order last-minute with party-sized trays, and went above and beyond to make sure all dietary restrictions were accommodated for. Not only that, but everything was delicious, fresh, and ready exactly when they said it would be nicely packaged for takeout. Thanks Lur Ros!

Ate here for the first time and was very impressed. The food is excellent! The cucumber salad is so fresh and flavorful, I have not stopped thinking of it. They offer Fallbrook winery wines which was a wonderful surprise as I love their wines. The service was perfection as well. The lunch special is a great price for the amount of food you receive. Can’t wait to bring my family and friends here. Highly recommend!

If they’re not busy, I usually get my order in about 5 minutes which is amazing. It’s hard to get a 10/10 spicy dish here, but that’s true for almost every Thai restaurant. Too many people order 10 and want a refund when it’s too hot. Which ruins it for the rest of us. So if you love heat, you’re gonna have to use your own sauces.

I love this restaurant. I live in Vista, and in my opinion this is the best Thai food around this area. Everything I have tried has been wonderful plus lovely service. 5 stars for sure!

I came here with my whole family and we thoroughly enjoyed. The Pad Thai and Egg Rolls were really good and the waiter was super nice. Also there was very little wait time. Would come again.

I had the pineapple yellow curry with shrimp for my main dish and I ordered the chicken wings for an appetizer, the sweet plumb sauce totally sets it off. If you like great Thai food for a reasonable price go to Lur Ros, you'll get full and have some to take home with you!

This part of Vista is growing, with new business coming in down the street, the options are better than ever. Lur Ros Thai Kitchen is truly a gem of a spot. In an older shopping center, shared with a great breakfast spot, Lur Ros serves up delicious Thai food. They are fast and very friendly. The prices are decent and the portions more than filling. I go with Medium heat which is a 3 out of 10 on the heat scale and it’s enough to start to burn a little. The curries, pad Thai, and the flat noodle dish are my top picks. The Thai iced milk was delicious. The fried bananas much tastier than I expected. They have a sesame factor which I loved and the texture was great too. They re going to be seeing a lot more of me.

Decided to try tonight for delivery. Absolutely blown away by the really high quality (and portion sizes.) Authentic Thai food, good heat measuring, use of authentic Thai ingredients. This will be my go-to Thai restaurant from now on. Definitely eat in next time

Ordered take out at one of the only Thai spots we could find on short notice and this place definitely hit the spot. The food was on point. We asked for spicy and they delivered on spicy. The pad see ew was lit and perfectly cooked and somehow survived the 20 minute drive to our hotel room. The spring rolls were filled to the brim with fresh ingredients and goodies. We all thought the curry was a genuine hit too. It went so good with the rice. The satay chicken was alright, a little on the bland side, and the sauce it came with was a bit overpowering, so use sparingly. The least favorite item for us was the seafood combo, as many of the items inside didn’t taste all that fresh, but that could have been the consequence of take out so we won’t put that on the kitchen. Overall great spot that we’d like to try again.

We started with Thai Tea 8 of us ordered, Summer roles, and Satay chicken, a Tom Kah soup, Pad Thai, Cashew Chicken, Pad See Yew, Panang chicken and Pinaple fried rice. Inside had ample space for us with a nice clean dinning area inside and optional outdoor seating. We shared all the dishes and there was leftover for a couple of take home items. Everything was very tasty and spice levels were perfect for all.

The food was amazing and most important. Fresh authentic, spiced really well and I could not be more impressed with the quality and the chef. Beautiful atmosphere on the flower filled outside cozy seating area. A great place to spend time with a loved one on a bike ride. Will be going back for sure when in the area for sure. We visited in the morning in April 2025.

The prices were reasonable and the service spectacular! Tables, restaurant as a whole is clean and decorated nicely. Definitely makes you feel like you're not in a typical place, good ambience. My 10 year old daughter ate everything and she's even more pickier than me. Such a charming hidden gem of a spot! The folks who work here are wonderfully sweet, and it's so cozy inside. Adding to the cozy sweetness factor, the rice comes out in the shape of a heart. Absolutely adorable (and would make it a great date spot on that alone). The yellow curry was richly flavored and so comforting, and I liked that they added a good amount of vegetables to the pad see ew (sometimes pad see ew is mostly noodle and egg, but this one was balanced well with veggies). The tofu was cooked great as well - it can be hard to find places that do tofu well, but they had it down perfect with a good crisp on the outside. Not only is it one of the most affordable Thai spots in the area, but the food is fantastic and the portions generous. And it's a little thing, but I also appreciated the menu having a photo for each item - I'm not fully familiar with Thai cuisine, so it made it much easier to decide what to try.

Delicious Thai Food here. I came in on a week night and the wait wasn’t long. The food was good, nice environment and easy menu to navigate. I had a level 5 spicy red chicken curry. It was on the upper edge of medium hot in my opinion. Spicy but not break out into a sweat. Flavor was good. Pepper chunks were a bit bigger than I’d prefer, but every chef is different I suppose.

It just kept getting better. The decor was pleasant, then the drinks in large glass mugs came, then the great food came. The meat dishes (we had one beef and one pork) came with many nice vegitables .The service was fast and friendly. It is so nice to find such one of a kind restaurants. This is one of the best, maybe the best, Thai restaurant we have ever enjoyed, and we will go out of our way to eat there in the future.

All of their curries are delicious and it's hard to choose between those or a plate (my favorite is cashew nut). I often get to go orders, but go occasionally with my gf to dine in where we always receive excellent service. Highly recommended

One of my go to Thai restaurant in North County. Service is always good. Food: Angel Wings Pork Larb Large Tom Ka Soup with chicken Chinese broccoli with pork Pad See Ew with Tofu Overall, delish Thai food. My favorites are the soup, Angel Wings for sure and the Pad Se Ew.

Ordered delivery through Uber Eats: * Spicy Thai Basil w/Chicken - ($13) * Pad Thai Noodles w/Shrimp, Chicken, Pork & Beef - ($18) * Thai Beef Noodle Soup - ($15) * Thai Iced Tea (with extra Boba) - ($6) * Thai Fried Rice - ($13) Everything tasted great, but a little on the spicy side. I ordered the Pad Thai with Spicy Level 5, and it was too spicy for my kids (me, however loves a 10)...so if you're not a "hot head" like me, kick your spicy level down a couple of notches. You can always add chili or red pepper flakes later. Didn't see any beef in the Pad Thai, even though I ordered all the proteins - so had to dock a point there. Portions were large and everything was packaged well. Prices are in-line with other places, maybe even a little cheaper. Will definitely order again.

Ordered Panang curry and Pad Thai both very bland no flavor not authentic tasting.

Ordered food, normally it’s always spot on. I went in a few weeks ago and the food was way way too spicy and it was the wrong meat. The problem was that I’m Muslim and they gave me pork as well. Very dissatisfied, I can understand a mistake I called and they told me I could get a different plate explained I was already out of vista. Called back and they said they don’t have any records, she was rude. Just very dissatisfied because this was my favorite spot
