I haven't been to an arby's in years and what I noticed was the meat was very skimpy in the sandwiches and the price has gotten way higher.

This is an old restaurant, you have to go outside to use the restroom. I ordered online (surprise they have that capability). When I arrived at the counter, I saw she was making my order. She looked my way and I asked her not to make that drink (because the app automatically selects coke unless you change it 🤔). She completely ignored me, I asked her again to please stop making that drink! And a 3rd time even louder. She completely ignored me or is extremely hard of hearing! I got my food and ate in dinning room. Refilled my drink with my preferred beverage. Food was good.

Fine place to eat. Good food, different flavor profile than other places. But it seems they have gotten pricier compared to other options so I don't indulge very often. The regular roast beef sandwich and the Greek gyros are my favorites.

We have gone through the drive through for years with no problems and great food but today was First time eating inside the store and the lady at the counter was very very loud and rude. This is a $18.99!!! smoked Brisket meal, includes medium fries and medium soda, and TWO very thin slices of old dried up "brisket" or some sort of animal leather, who knows. It went into the trash. I am an Uber Delivery driver with excellent customer service. Today I went to Arby’s to pick up two orders. One was fine. The other order didn’t have the wagu sandwich but they had the wrap so I was trying to determine if a substitute needed to be made since my app still showed I was to pick something up. While I was trying to figure out the situation and call the customer, the manager shows me his name tag and rudely says he’s the manager David Hayslip and the order was canceled. I tried to explain but his face turned red and basically I wasn’t supposed to question him. He also told me there’s the door and I could leave. I’m guessing he’d had a bad day or maybe had some bad experience with other drivers. I don’t know, but I was shocked at his response. It actually brought me to tears because I’m just trying to make ends meet picking up a couple orders during my lunch break from my other job. We’re all just trying to do our best to get by so let’s be more patient as we work for the customer. Attn: Franchise Owner Jon Parnell

The fact I sat in line for almost an hour and then as a get up to the mic had to wait another 20 minutes before I could order at the mic is sad. Then I get up to the window to the sign is sad. And on top all that saw about 10 cars leave as I was in line and the manger Which was cashing me out could have a care in the world that her Employees were all on their phone and the cook was on the phone the whole time. So I wonder why they were taking so long yall do the math. And now they are raising prices so they can pay there very lazy staff more just to lose customers. Never will I go back here and I love Arby's.
