Went to dairy Queen in Wake village for dessert for my family. My wife and daughter enjoyed the simple vanilla ice cream cones very much. You can get those cones and small medium or large. My son and I each got a banana split. The bananas were fresh, the ice cream was soft and creamy, and the toppings were wonderful (we both chose hot fudge, more hot fudge, and caramel for our three toppings.)

Sandwiches and french-fries are good. Their ice-cream products are also good. When they got their new soda machine it did not work well. It is better now.

I was craving a belt buster, and they were spot on . This manager has to be proud of his her team

I'm from Arkansas, so I was shocked by how big my drink and food were, but it was so good.

Still a, real, really good burger. Add bacon, cheess, mustard mayo, and all the veggies. Get 1, 2, or 3 patties. DO YOU! You will have to wait while the burger cooks, fresh at DQ. It is still good. Stay active, eat, drink-zero-sugar as much as possible, also eat lots of plants and fruits daily for that needed fiber... Yet good a burger is OK. Some day they may have a dark rye bun on the menue.

We stopped by the evening of June 30th. For banana splits. The young lady making them did an Excellent job!!! This is a Great Dairy Queen !!

I have previously gave this location a low rating but they have stepped up on their food and service. They do need a remodel but awesome job turning the service around.

Didn't catch the name of the person in the Drive-Thru that waited on me had excellent customer service and the milkshakes were awesome thanks dairy Queen. I wish all fast food restaurants which stress customer service to their employees that makes up a lot when orders are messed up or when things happen in general. It's always less stressful when you have a patient and friendly employee to deal with.

Its a WONDERFUL place to eat there drinks are huge. The medium soda is bigger than the large at Mc Donald's. The food is also very tasty but it can take a bit such as 2 minutes to be done during normal hours.

This king of Dairy Queen restaurants offers a blistering cold A/C, no matter the time of year. For this go, the family and I traveled 16 hours of interstate highway, including through beautiful mountains of SW Virginia, the incredibly long state of Tennessee, and the immensely flat terrain of East Arkansas. Dairy Queen on 7th St. is the true pinnacle that a destination should be. The steak fingers with gravy and tacos are the perfect treat to satisfy hunger that builds up during a day. The people who work here, including a woman from Louisiana, are incredibly pleasant and do better than the best to serve the customers. This place is a snapshot in time that every other establishment should research and emulate.

There's another one in NB that we have literally waiting in the tmdriv3 thru for 45min no joke so we almost didn't try this one... im so.glad we did they are kind & quick... have never gotten our order wrong And even accommodated my toddlers fussy request haha. I was also initially concerned I would get sick because of my last DQ experience in NB but this location cooks the food right... we haven't been inside so I cant really say much about the atmosphere but there are always people there

The food is always good. The cooks are great and I know them both personally. The older lady there seems a bit extreme and she's so all over the place that she doesn't pay much attention to the customers but they were also slammed so I give them that. The people are always kind there and it's always a great place for families.

I like their burgers and fries and always get great service and great food from great people. I like their ice cream but my favorite thing there is the extra thick vanilla milk shake. Keep up the great work, 5 stars all around. I like to sit inside and enjoy the place, but I'm usually busy and can't stay for that, but when I do, it's always great and enjoyable. I almost always go there when I am next door and I'm sorry I couldn't make it today, but will visit again soon, for my shake of course

Stopped here for late lunch/early dinner. Front counter was super friendly and did not mind answering questions about food choices and what was included with meals. Service was quick, friendly & efficient. They brought our food out to our table & my Sister had ordered a Blizzard and it was not to her satisfaction. I was very impressed with how nice their attitude was and how they quickly apologized, remade the Blizzard & brought it back out to us at the table. Their friendliness & courtesy made this a very good stop.

I was in the drive through line, and I was very tired from lack of sleep, so I fell asleep in the drive through. The staff quickly came to my car and asked if I was okay. They seemed concerned, but I assured them I was okay. I placed my order and when the staff brought it to my car, they again asked if I was okay or needed a ride. They showed awareness and genuine concern which I thought should be noted, and the food and customer service was excellent.

Although we all know what to expect at our local DQ, this one surprised us. The usual product on offer, but this location was batting above average. The dining area was clean and the temperature was comfortable. Our host, Chadeja was friendly and polite. Would have given a five star, but the order was a bit slow coming out. All in all though, a good experience.

The restaurant area was clean & the outside eating area was also clean. Employees were friendly & efficient. The food was good & cooked while we waited, instead of coming from under a warmer like some fast food chains do.

Stopped by for a quick ice cream fix. DH got a dipped cone and I got a peanut buster parfait which was on sale. I had just the right amount of nuts in the parfait. It was a good experience-no line, ice cream machine was working and the parfait had enough nuts. The woman at the window was friendly, and thankfully, gave us a few extra napkins.

Foods ok. Manager seems to think customers should knows the policies of the company. And kind of rude to customers. And staff. And that's not just the one time we have been there.

We only bought a shake. The pla e needs to ve cleaning ASAP. And the employee was not friendly at all.

The place is like a freezer so cold inside, we had to go outside just to eat our meal, it isn't very clean, tables were dirty inside.

Good food. Had to stand in line for 10 mins to get a refill of my drink while employee wanted to go on break.

It was a busy day. The service was the best it could be in a bad day. The guy was like super server honestly. Maybe it was tge different location or maybe it was tge rush, but the chicken and fries seemed to be a lot different than the DQ I normally go to.

Kids menu is not listed on the menu board. Ketchup bottles on the tables are almost always empty. Restrooms are tiny but kept clean. Staff is very friendly though.

Good staff, foods pretty good. They are never stocked well. Always out of dilly bars, dudes, ice cream fixing such as banana or ingredients for the blizzards. Very frustrating

This is a good place to go for typical ice cream treats and fast food. There is nothing bad to say about it but neither is there anything that differentiates it from so many other places. The staff were very efficient and pleasant but again just like the other places. If you're needing ice cream or a burger, stop on in. You won't be disappointed and you'll not likely be amazed either. Take it or leave it, it's okay but doesn't stand out from the crowd.

Food had almost no flavor. They gave me steak fingers when I ordered chicken fingers; then one of the older workers questioned me when I took it back up as if I was trying to get something for nothing. Asked for a condiment and had the same older woman and another working the grill talking about me with me right there. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. The younger workers were nice and helpful though.

This is the Dairy Queen on 7th St. This store used to be the best in town, but anymore it's soooo slow! The speaker to give your order is busted, so you have to go to the window to give it to them. Then you have to pull around and waite, and waite, and waite. I've waited 20 minutes for one hamburger. Decided to start going to Sonic.

Barely holding it together here… counter isn’t attended well even though they have the staff. Gotta hold ALL the napkins behind the counter? Drink machine busted, sad. Although they close at 9, they tried blocking off seating at 8:15….seriously, it doesn’t take that long to eat a droopy hunger buster, chewy chicken strip, and fries. Don’t worry, we bused our tables and got outta there, and don’t worry, it will be a long while before we hang out again.

The weekday crew is great, especially Brandi, but the weekend crew is terrible and needs to learn how to listen to customer's orders. Waited 30 minutes for an incorrect order that they didn't offer to make right.

My husband ordered me a chicken sandwich thru the drive thru and was a little miscommunication about having extra pickles on it. After driving around to wait on our order to be brought out, I decided to go on in and just get to save them a trip and us some time because they had customers inside waiting to order. While waiting inside I heard the woman complain about my husband ordering my sandwich and began to poke fun about him not understanding. As she copped an attitude in front of me( unknowingly) and the other customers at the counter waiting to order. Shame on you. It's one thing to say those kind of things in private, but in front of other customers as well.?!

Drive thru is horribly slow. Seem to have plenty of workers, non of which were in a hurry to get any food out to waiting customers. We ordered, was asked to pull around to the front, where we waited for 15 to 20 min watching the slow process inside. Food was good, made to my liking. Good place to eat, just be ready to sit and wait..this is not fast food.

We just went there to get three tacos and a order of nachos my wife asked him not to put the stringy cheese on it and that's all they put in a few jalapenos on the nachos no hamburger no tomatoes and no lettuce I wouldn't eat there if you paid me a million dollars those people don't know anything about restaurants

These deadbeats never have any bananas for a banana split. Walmart behind them and Albertsons across the street. The workers are always wearing dirty clothes. Like they ain't got a washing machine at home. While they're out getting bananas they need to stop by the dentist. Everyone there looks like they have rotten teeth,,,or no teeth. Always out of everything.and slow as chit.half the people here like to stretch their mouths and bite at the air while you are talking to them.dont know what that's about but it seems odd.

I just left the wake village location. I was told it would be 45 minutes to get my food. I’m not sure what was going on but there was literally only one person in the dining room. Got the life of me I can’t figure any reason it should take 45 minutes to make three tocos and a coke Chuck phillips

My mom and I got blizzards there that had to be made 3 different times. The first time, when she turned it upside down like they're supposed to, it splattered all over the floor, and the last time she told us outright that she couldn't turn it upside down because an ingredient that was supposed to be in there in the first place made it too soft. I've had the same blizzard elsewhere several times and never had a problem with it being too melted to be turned upside down. We didn't even get it free or a coupon to use later for free ones like you're supposed to. We will not be back to this Dairy Queen. Another guy had to have his milkshake redone (with the same end result as the first) because it was mostly milk and had no thickness whatsoever. I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone.

I dont think they understand the meaning of drive-thru. Taking an order in the drive thru lane gives one an expectation that you will recieve your food in that lane. Not taking orders and then telling everyone to pull around and wait to mislead people into believing you are fast. This is false adverisement and tricks people into paying for an excessive wait time. Handing people their food and not apologizing for the excessive wait time. I will not be back!

Horrible. Their food made my husband and I both sick. We ordered 2 different things. The onion rings were burnt and the new dude sandwich that shows 2 pieces of cheese only came out with one and had no special sauce. We will definitely not be going back here again.

Went through the drive through. Was told to pull around. Sat and waited for 15 min. Pulled back around to see what's up. And was asked to pull around again. We then said no we will wait here. They said please pull around they get docked if we sit there for more then 3 minutes. Excuse me?! Are you for real?! So you're more worried about your score then actually serving your customers?! Ridiculously long wait. This is one of those that ask you to drive around and they’ll bring it out. 20 minutes later still no food. Went inside, they couldn’t care less I had been waiting. Unorganized, slow, and unclean. Menu is clapped out and hard to read, but if you can see it just ignore the prices because they’re “the old prices”. Pathetic time management here. Oh and when they ask if you want a medium or large drink.. say regular because med & large are both up charges. Bad business there too..

Rude employees. Ordered through DoorDash for pickup and when asked if they could give my order thru window or did I need to drive around, they told me drive around but then said window. So I wait. Then he comes back telling me I had to drive around and get out and come in to get it. So I do so. Within 45 sec of going in, they were handing me my order, without so much as a smile. Like I was annoying them or something. So if my order was pretty much ready, why couldn’t they have just handed it to me out of the window? And if they’d not been so rude, I wouldn’t be leaving this review.

We stopped here after a football game it was about 8:30 p.m. they were out of everything. We walked in and the first thing the employee said was I hope you don't want tacos cause we don't have any. We told him we would like ice cream then he had to check and see if they had the stuff for the blizzard and brownie ice cream. I think management or owners should really look into having a better stocked store they were even out of ketchup.

I ordered and it took at least 15 minutes to get my food. They did not give me our drinks or our sundaes. The lady that gave me the food told me that she would let the other lady know (why not just get them?). I opened my burger they put extra mustard even though I asked for no mustard. I took it back and told them it was wrong. I also told them again that I didn't get my drinks or sundaes. Finally another employee gets my drinks and tells me to come back after I eat to get the sundaes. It took another 10 minutes to get my burger. After I was done eating I asked for the sundaes. She only brought out two of the three sundaes I ordered and walked away. I thought she was getting another but she wasn't. I had to go tell them yet again that they screwed up. I felt like I did nothing but complain the whole time but is it really too much to ask to get what you pay for? The employees were friendly but seem lazy. This was my first and last visit to this DQ.

Ordered 3 meals. Steak fingers were still raw. I took them in and they cooked more but then half of them was over cooked to where there was no meat left in them. They were rock hard. Gravy was like water. Not going back in the evening when the young people are working.

We went here last night. We got a kids meal two tacos and two blizzards. We waited for 20 minutes just to get home and open our food and everything was cold. Thank goodness we decided to eat our blizzards while we waited because they would have been melted like the ice cream cone was when I brought that home to my son. I tried to call up there today about a refund but nobody answers the phone. And please take down the sign that says fast drive-thru because that is a joke.
