21 B&W never ceases to amaze me! This joint is a must, and I am not ashamed to say I have traveled HOURS just to come and grab a bite here. The service is always amazing with the bartenders and hosts always being kind and attentive. The food is out of this world and truly accommodating of any dietary lifestyle you live. Let me just say the fried pickles here …. unreal. Of course the burgers and wings are insane but even the appetizers blow me away. Was really luck to find this spot. Can’t wait to be back! **** i wish i could add more stars! I stopped in again today and once again, everything was beyond amazing. Our server Vanessa was delightful, not only did she bring us out our food promptly, but everything was hot, fresh, and she carried an amazing attitude. Along with that, our table of four had appetizers, burgers, and drinks which all was so readable priced compared to what’s going on in this economy! Love it here and I drive hours just to come.

We were seated fairly quickly, even though it was very busy. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. The burgers were absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly. We also had the philly cheese steak spring rolls which were fantastic. Really nice little date spot!!

My wife and I just walked out the door of this place. I had a wonderful experience. The bartender/ server Shannon was absolutely fantastic. She was super nice and attentive. She sat us down asked us if we had ever been there before and gave us recommendations. What I loved about her was that my wife and I were thinking "when she comes back were gonna ask her for water" and without asking, Shannon is walking from behind the bar with 2 glasses of water. That's service that i rarely get. Its the little things that matter the most. She wasn't kidding when she said the burgers were good! My wife had the smash burger and I had the large wings. The burger was great. The wings were okay. I figured with a place being called 21 burgers and wings, that the wings would be top notch. They weren't bad, I just expected more, which I shouldn't have. All of our food came out nice, hot and fresh. The fries were great, our appetizers were really good too, so no complaints there! I'd recommend this place as like a local spot to go grab a bite and a drink. I'd definitely come back! As long as Shannon is your bartender or server, you'll have a great time! The other server that was there with her was really nice too! She helped out with bringing us the food when Shannon was busy at the bar. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because we sat outside, and we were practically getting swarmed by bees. I understand that's not the restaurants fault, but it was a nuisance swatting at the bees as we ate. Thank you for the experience.

Came for a pickup through door dash: I ordered 10 wings with sweet chili Thai sauce, onion rings, vegetarian wings, vegan fried chicken sandwich, The vegetarian options are trash. Literally the "vegetarian wings" are chicken nuggets (not cauliflower wings) and the vegan sandwich is a boca chicken patty on bread with lettuce and tomato and no ketchup or any sauce. dry. My friends seemed to like the wings. Not sure if i would order from here again for myself since i don't have much food options as a vegetarian. But I would recommend to friends. The ambience is typical bar and has some tables if you want to bring a date. The girl who attended me seemed like she was doing everything and was super busy so shout out to her.

Update : Been back 2 times now still amazing! More photos added. Excellent Excellent burgers. Taste , choices and quality will drive you back. Drinks were made perfectly and beer at the perfect temperature. Service with a smile and knowledge of food menu was great. Have to love the stamped logo on the burger bun. Do not drive by this place and not give it a shot.. well worth it and I'm going back!

Food was good we asked for hot sauce they charged me 99c for each very small container of sauce. I couldn’t believe it thank god I didn’t ask for glass of water probably they would have charged me $1.99 for each glass of water. We will never go back there because it’s being operated by a thief. Sad🤦‍♂️

Worst wings ever, the burgers got a solid review from others in our party. We had a pile of mishaps with our orders. Order Diet Mountain Dew, get served Diet Pepsi, sent it back. Beware that refills are not free. Burgers were miss labeled and served wrong. The wings tasted like they were left over and fried rock hard. We won’t be visiting again.

Service was slow but it’s football Sunday so I get it. Pretzel was good but expensive at 14.99. Got mild wings. Tasted like they just dumped straight Frank’s Red Hot on them. I lived in Western NY. I know what mild Buffalo wings should taste like and this definitely was not it. My husband’s burger was raw in the middle. He did like his jerk wings and fries. Our third time here and definitely the worst visit.

Visited 21 Burgers tonight and it was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had. We got our drinks and appetizers quickly, but our main dishes took forever. After 30 minutes, the waitress said the food would be out in a couple of minutes. Ten minutes later, she said the same thing. Another ten minutes after that, she apologized saying she had no idea what was happening in the kitchen. Then another waitress, claiming to be the manager, came over yelling at us instead of apologizing, and asked if we wanted to cancel the order. After 55 minutes, our food finally arrived, delivered by another rude server. When we finished and paid, all three waitresses were still angry and yelling, ending with a sarcastic “Hope you have good holidays.” Completely unacceptable service.

Didn't get what I ordered, long wait (Short staffed), Paid more for a meal then I should have. Pay attention to the menu... Even though a meal comes with fries, They will ask you what kind of fries and you could get tricked into paying more. For the people that don't know.... When ordering a dine-in meal special, that means if you don't finish your meal you can't box it. They take it and throw it away... Didn't finish 3 of my 8 wings and wanted to bring it home for my daughter. The bar maid (Erica), acted like I wanted to steal her car. I had to stop her from accusing me of calling her a liar... I simply just did not know what dine-in met. She turned it into a big fiasco, getting the manager and keeping it going in front of the customers. Both unruly and unprofessional on both parties of employee and manager/owner. I wish I had a video!

First time ordering and my burgers where completely raw. I ordered them medium well as they asked. Lettuce is the leaf kind and that just truly should not go on a burger as it wilts and gets mushie! They did not have a good taste either. I ordered 2 burgers with waffle fries and spent about $45 so disappointed and sad! I never asked for a remake or money back I just wasn’t in the mood. I do not recommend eating here!
