The décor looks like a library, with some rustic curios. Clean bathroom and friendly waitstaff. In March 2022 the Dutchess County Libertarian Party adjourned to this restaurant.

My sister picked this local gem for our annual family vacation dinner out. It was amazing!! Very chill, welcoming atmosphere, willing to work with us on kiddo food, and delicious menu. Local beers available (important to the bro-in-law and I) and many gluten-free options. I was floored by the size of my rib dinner and had to take most of it home! Recommend to anyone in the area!! We are not local to NY but when we come back next year, will definitely stop in! Thank you!! 💕

The food, the food, the food! The clams themselves were big and savory. The broth was good enough for a spoon. The pork shank with chick peas delectable. Décor a cozy blend of tastefully arranged repurposed pieces, like the wine barrels, cork walls, and wine cases covering the industrial doors. As a visitor from NJ, sorry it's too far to make this beautiful restaurant a habit.

The spacious dining area ensures guests can enjoy their meals without feeling cramped. Additionally, the quick service enhances the overall dining experience. The menu features a wide variety of choices, catering to both adventurous eaters and those who prefer classic dishes. Food portions are perfectly sized—not too small, yet not so large that you need to worry about waste or packing leftovers. The complimentary bread and butter served before the meal was a delightful start; the butter was slightly sweetened and incredibly addictive, leaving us wishing for a second basket. We started with the meatballs as appetizers, followed by the Rosemary baseball steak from the dinner specials and the Signature Beer Braised Short ribs as mains. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium, boasting a mouthwatering smoky flavor. Meanwhile, the braised short rib offered a well-balanced, slightly sweet flavor profile. While my partner found the food to be amazing, I personally felt they were good but not exceptional. For my taste, the dishes could have used a touch more seasoning. Nonetheless, the overall dining experience, including the atmosphere, service, and diverse menu, makes this restaurant a solid choice for both casual and special occasions. Highly recommended!

The restaurant is very beautiful and well cared for. We tried the French onion soup and baked fish and chips, both were good. I have to return to try some of their fresher dishes which all looked very good.

Excellent farm-fresh American style food. We had steak frites and Lobster salad roll and both were seasoned to perfection. Their desserts are special and worth checking out. Very relaxing and cute decor. A couple of notes 1) they are self-declared short-staffed so dont expect lightning service (friendly as though it is). 2) Drinks including fountain drinks are a thing for them and can jack up your bill- be advised. We will be coming back.

I hate to write bad reviews, but potential customers depend on them. I know I do. We made the mistake of choosing this restaurant for our anniversary. What stood out from the moment we walked in was the feeling nobody was going to make this a memorable experience. The waiter was nice, but it seemed like he had no experience or training. Gave us a couple minutes and asked what we wanted. Didn’t ask us if we’d like a drink. Had to ask for a wine list. But, I tried to stay positive. We ordered different soups and they were great. They had a specials menu and we ordered the petite filet mignon. Sat in great anticipation but he came back and informed us they didn’t have any more of it. I think we all know the feeling of gearing up for a dish, and the let down of being told they don’t have it. And an item on the specials menu! We paid for what we had and left. Any restaurant can have a bad night, but we won’t go back, specifically because there was no welcoming atmosphere. That’s something I can’t forget. I will also note it was 5 pm, not at the end of a busy night.

Beautiful restaurant, great service, nice parking but the food is very hit or miss. Some menu items is great while others were lackluster. Nice restaurant but it was empty. Prices are a little high but not bad. Will try again soon.

The outside dining area was perfect for lunch! Our waitress was nice, but not very attentive. My friends ordered salads which were very good. I ordered mussels. The mussels were fresh, but had very little flavor. It was a broth with little flavor. I had to add salt and pepper to my dish. I will probably never go back.

Dined at F to T on 8/14/25. Upon receiving my entree, I found a string of hair in my food. Alerted the waitress, who offered me another serving of my original order. No apology was given. Received the second serving only to find that it was extremely salty…like the chef soaked the chop in a salt shaker! Continued on with our meal, thru cocktails and dessert. Upon receiving the check, discovered no compensation/refund or whatever for the inconvenience of finding hair in my food. So I proceeded inside to speak with the manager. Our waitress explained that if notified within 2 minutes, the restaurant is not responsible! Never heard of a 2 minute rule. Finally, the gentleman standing next to her who never identified himself as the manager, abruptly and rudely interjected “Well, what do you want?” He handed me a menu and said choose something off the dessert menu! Needless to say, I was not welcome in the establishment and definitely not worthy of their respect, consideration or kindness. I shouldn’t have expected anything more, given the political signage in the restaurant.
