This is a little hole in the wall restaurant and if you haven't found them yet you're missing out! Their food is DELICIOUS, and you get so much food for the price! They are kid friendly. We tried multiple pasta bowls building our own, we also tried their wings (which is my daughter's favorite)! The staff was so above and beyond friendly!

When I tell you the mac shack is the bomb dot Com best Mac bowel ever had in my life the Mac burger and the fried cheese cake is what I had I highly recommend and the prices are the best in town

What a great hole in the wall restaurant. GREAT food and unique idea. With the build your own mac option, everyone should be happy. Simple or complex your choice. If you are looking for something fabulous on your way along I65 this is a good find.

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS, My wife and I ate here for the first time and it was PHEnomENAL. Great service and even better food. We will definitely be returning. Wish I didnt work so far away, id be here daily for lunch. I recommend building your own Mac and Cheese at THE MAC SHACK!!

The food is DELICIOUS!!! I ordered the make your own mac and it was so good!!! You can get as many toppings as you want without additional cost and the mac isnt ordinary at all. Sooo good! And the service was also amazing. The woman at the register just as well as the cook are so kind and welcoming:) The experience was amazing, now we come often and the portions were plentiful! The atmosphere is so cozy and welcoming too! I love the booths and the simple atmosphere:) very inviting and quaint! It was amazing as a whole and anyone considering should DEFINITELY come enjoy it themselves:) perfect place for specialized mac and a simple (but juicy) cheeseburger!

I made a pickup order, along with the kind people getting the door for me while I came in on crutches, as well as carrying out the food for me, I'm shocked at how good the food was even after a 10 min ride back to warrior. My son raved about his classic burger, but he didnt have the amazing mac and bacon burger with the creamy mac n cheese with applewood bacon on it. The meals were huge, we both had the awesome cheesy fries, then managed to put a couple of fried oreos down us. I love finding small places like this where the food is insanely good, and its more of a locally known place. Off the beaten trail. Definitely worth every penny. I highly recommend

Drove half an hour to get here and it was well worth it! Mrs. Dana at the register was the absolute sweetest and the food was delicious! The mac and cheese is 10/10! My daughter loved how cheesy it was. We will definitely be back to see these wonderful folks!

Stopped here on our way to Destin! So yummy! The possibilities are endless with the build your own Mac! Tried the fried pb and j so good! Make sure to get the raspberry with it or on the side!you’ll thank me it’s so delicious!! Def will have to make it a stop on every trip down to the beach! Big shoutout to Mrs. Dana she is the sweetest! ☺️

First time eating her and OMG! Built my own mac and cheese bowl and it was absolutely amazing! Also got fried cheesecake bites delicious as well. Not to mention their ranch is absolutely superb! We'll definitely be dining here regularly 😊

Out-of-towners spending the day at local Rickwood Caverns S.P. We searched for a local spot to grab an early dinner before we headed home. The Mac Shack did not disappoint! The sweet young lady who waited us was super friendly, informative, and eager to help! The kids got awesome burgers and such. I did the build your own mac bowl. Every single one of my pregnancy cravings were hit! One of the most delicious meals I've had! Recommend this restaurant with the highest of ratings, you will not leave unhappy! We may be making another trip down just to visit this spot!

DO NOT ORDER THE TRADITIONAL WINGS! They tasted good, but were the tiniest I've ever seen. This is eight pieces! Compare to the fries and hand in the pic. These are the size of songbirds!

I was excited to try this place since I’m a big fan of mac and cheese, and with a name like “The Mac Shack,” it sounded promising. Things started off well—the service was quick, and the cheese stick appetizer was solid. As for the mac: I was a bit let down by the concept. Instead of having a few signature mac dishes, they offer a “build-your-own” bowl, along with other menu items like burgers and shrimp. Unfortunately, the mac and cheese itself missed the mark. It had a watery texture, reminiscent of frozen mac and cheese, and the BBQ pork tasted canned. The BBQ sauce was also overly sweet, making the whole dish disappointing.
