Was my pizza late? Yes. The owner was here, sleeves rolled up and working hard. They’ve had tech and supply issues any new franchise location can run into, that is outside their power to control. Why 5 stars? Integrity, humility, owning the issues and doing what they can to make it right. Mad respect.

Awesome deals had a misunderstanding over my order that was most likely my fault and it was all right they took good care of me anyway. super fast and and hot highly recommended that's why I keep coming back.

Is this the best pizza around, no. However, the staff has always been helpful to me. The pizza is pretty good, I do like their crust. And the prices are better than almost any other pizza joint. I always order in person, and I tip. So I cannot speak to phone and internet orders. But they have never done me wrong. Pretty hard to beat when you need a pizza. Ignore the bad reviews. Everyone has an off day. In general GAPCO is my go-to if I am not making my own and don't want to spend nearly $20 on a pie.

Haven't had a bad experience yet. Pizza always fresh and made with quickness, employees are cool. Curly hair boy is very considerate and sweet never rushes. Anyway wish they had more toppings ..

Pizza is good but beware of ordering online. Twice now I've ordered online for delivery, had an estimated delivery time of 45 minutes later, called when that time came and went, was told just a bit longer, only to have pizza close to 2 hours after ordering. Tonight after waiting for 2 hours I called a second time and was told it should be there soon. After waiting with 2 starving kids for 2 hours I lost it and had to ask for a refund and to cancel the order. What a bummer for the Wasilla location to lose regular customers due to such poor customer service whether their online ordering is malfunctioning or not.

Very fast service. The gentleman taking my order was polite and very helpful. He even walked my pizzas out to my car when he saw I was waiting outside and the pizzas were done. The pizza is better in my opinion than any other fast pizza joint. A quick and inexpensive spot to grab some pizzas with professional and polite workers. Nothing more and nothing less. Definitely will return for more pizzas.
