Love it ! Best coffee, have to try the chorizo avocado wrap. Coconut 🥥 shaken espresso ☕️ is my summer favorite 😍
Great espresso shot and fresh baked croissant. Also great service to cyclists when I asked to fill my bottles with tap water they asked me if I wanted Ice. Thanks!
Came here after a long day of apple picking. The staff was courteous. The food and coffees were very good. The bathrooms are clean. The outdoor furniture was also clean as well.
Always a pleasant stop. I have never had a bad experience at any of their stores. Their cold brew is the best, and their food is always fresh and awesome.
Great spot for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Great service if you want something to go and excellent service taking care of you and guests having dinner in the cafe. Delious lobster bisque among other items on the menu.
Best coffee shop in the Hamptons. Fun ambience with great coffee choices and super friendly staff. Try the Hazelnut or the Vanilla flavors and have them grind the beans.
Fantastic coffee shop and breakfast spot. Great selection of pastries and coffee drinks, with both counter service and a dining room. Great locally roasted coffees. I had a Peruvian coffee for the first time and it was awesome. I had the lean n green (egg white, kale, avocado, and gruyere in a wrap), and my wife had a classic bacon egg and cheese. Both were delicious. Service was superb and the atmosphere was warm and friendly. Loved the place!
If you are driving by, you need to stop here. I discovered this place while taking a friend to Montauk Point. Great little cafe that makes a top not americano. Flavour and temperature were perfect, and all of the staff are so friendly and welcoming. My second visit I tried a smoothie as well which was incredible. They have a few picnic tables outside for when it's nice out and their indoor seating is very cozy! They also seem to sell coffee beans by bulk, which I'll be checking out on my next visit! If you're in the area, check this place out!!
Coffee is delicious. Staff is lovely and friendly. Very pleasant start to the day. Breakfast and breakfast sandwiches are very well made and delicious. Place is hopping and the staff is able to keep up with it. A great start to a wonderful morning in the hamptons.
I don't drink coffee, so I can't tell you anything about that, but I do love lunch and they have a great selection! One of my personal favorites spots for a quick bite. Reasonable prices and quality food. Nutella brownies are a yummy treat if you have a sweet tooth.
Delicious sweet baked goods, coffees and drinks. Great options. Most recently, Latte not hot enough but no biggie. Baked goods plopped in bags. Had to request box to neatly keep them. Prior visits,, no issue. A favorite place!! Love it!!
Trish is an excellent employee I was looking for a bedside to Cantor there was not any in the front of the store and I did not know this but she went in the back where they keep the stock and she felt one for me she was a very great employee I said give her $20 more an hour. She was very helpful and kind. All the best Jamie Hines live in the City the word for a family in the Hamptons and she was quite Pleasant in the and also called other stores are Manhattan track down others. She was great.
Range rovers and more range rovers yes we’re getting coffee in the Hampton’s yes they have oat milk yes they have green tea. It’s kind of self serve you add your milk you add your sugar. They have paper straws I love that. Save the planet please! The coffee was DELICIOUS My sister and I got ice coffee my other sister got a coffee which we poured ourselves they had a few different options for coffee. My sister in law got a green tea.
Stopped in and grabbed a already made chicken sandwich, they have a variety of amazing home made condiments to choose from, I got herb mayo, my mom and I split the sandwich and we both were amazed at how great it was. The parking was a bit tricky, but it worked out
Great Long Island Coffees house.
Had a good experience. Nice selection of pastries to go with your tea or coffee. Good selection of drinks and tea bags are from Republic of Tea. There are smoothies as well though I didn't try any. Had a cappuccino which was good not bitter.
Great food & drinks, great staff, been coming here for years!
Great food and service. Crowded during the summer but worth it. Hamptons vibe.
Love their coffee especially the Pumpkin Pie blend!
Great place, excellent food and great people. Highly recommended!
They have delicious coffee. It is always fresh. The staff is great and it is always clean. They even have a separate Cafe area where you can purchase sandwiches and other fresh items that you can sit and enjoy eating your food in. It is nice because it is set away from the steady flow of customers picking up their online orders or their coffee to go.
Their coffee is 💯 The staff is 😎 Overall they're a neat lil place to grab a quick cup of ☕️! I want to come back and try the food!
Such a cute spot! Loved the food! The waiters were amazing and accommodating, they made my brunch perfect! Went with friends and my small dog! Amazing vibe and better Coffee!
I attended a private Birthday party recently at the Watermill location. it was an excellent experience! Matt did a terrific job planning and arranging the party in the dining room. Samantha, the manager was friendly and accommodating. And the food was awesome! I highly recommend not only for breakfast and coffee but also for catering and special events. Also they are now open for dinner with a full bar with beer on tap!!!
The BEST Egg / Bacon sandwich , sounds simple, but it was PERFECT! Staff was super friendly, we were a group of four (Bicyclist's on a winter 100 mile ride) and they treated us like locals that stopped in everyday! Super good experience !
Great food and staff is friendly. They take care to keep staff and customers safe during these times. Indoor seating closes kinda early but that's just me, outdoor seats are still available and are really nice. I preferred it better actually lol. All in all great experience and the food.... AMAZING as always!
Love this coffee shop! Staff members are very friendly and the cafe is very clean and organized. I love that gluten free, dairy free and vegan meals are available. Very difficult to find in the hamptons. Thank you for thinking of people with sensitive bellies. 👍🤗 My year round go to restaurant!
I was helped to my car With my purchases because I was limping after surgery and I really appreciated the attention given how busy the store was.
Definitely the best local coffee shop! Great coffee and friendly services! Thank you.
This eatery is convenient and the food and service is fast and courteous.
Great experience, always! Everyone is always so kind and always greets you as soon as you walk in. Today when I went I was picking it up big order and one of the workers even walked over to get the door for me. Great service and everything was delicious!
One of the best casual breakfast, brunch, lunch stops around! Fresh, carefully prepared food with a menu offering something for everyone. Friendly, efficient service and of course- fantastic coffee!
My favorite local spot to grab a coffee out east and a very cozy cafe to indulge in a sit down breakfast all year round.
Racine was amazing and served with kindness and efficiency! She brought us a great start to our day by serving us!
I loved this coffee! Is unique my favorite flavor is vanilla, they have fresh bread and pastries as well! Every time I’m in town the frosts thing I do is coming here to grab my Hampton coffee! 😋☕️
This is my coffee shop on the way to work and the staff is so kind, considerate and efficient. I look forward to seeing Sanjaye everyday, a staff member who knows everyone’s names and remembers things about her customers that shows she really cares. The entire staff is wonderful. I’ve never encountered such a nice group of people at a coffee shop and my day starts with a smile because of them. And the coffee is the best around. Just wanted to give the staff a shoutout and a thanks. You guys rock!!!
Ruben and the entire Jamaican along with all staff members are amazing. It’s a beautiful place well high-quality people and hard-working people go to take a break during lunch reference or dinner and they’re happy hour is truly amazing.
Very good food, environment and good service. Always enjoy coming here. Racine was very friendly and awesome.
Awesome coffee place and bakery. Lovely indoor & outdoor seating area. The coffee is Amazing! Pricey but worth it❣️
Best avocado toast ever. The sweet potato fries are worth every calorie and it comes with a special sauce that is incredibly delicious ! Smoothies are amazing. Service was excellent. Food came out so quickly and with all the condiments. Just go. You’ll be happy.
The coffee and staff are wonderful, to go and restaurant food are consistently good and portions very generous. Atmosphere varies depending on time of visit - chill during quiet times and frenetic when the crowds appear - with thoughtful layout to try to allow for patrons to move through with the best experience possible.
Sit outside and a wonderful cool breeze under the canopy and the food was so delicious I had Hampton‘s coffee steak and eggs. My companion had omelette with Swiss cheese and everything was so delicious.
One of those places that just works — whether you’re grabbing coffee on the way to the beach or sitting outside watching the local rhythm of the Hamptons. Tried their matcha latte — pleasantly surprised: not too sweet, balanced, smooth. You can feel they take their drinks seriously, even beyond coffee. Nice spot to pause, friendly team, good energy. Will be coming back.
Worth the 2+hour drive for this little treasure cove. The coffee and other beverages were divine. Going to be hard to settle for anything else now. Not huge fan of the cookies or danish as they felt on the drier side but will return to try again. Didn't get to stay since I was passing through. Will definitely return for the specialty coffee and wishing they'd open one closer to me. The staff were super friendly and helpful.
We were on a ride along Long Island and we happened to stop at this place just because of the look (it’s a old service station converted to a restaurant) and am glad we did. Simple food but done to perfection. I had there blt and am telling you the crisp crust a grilled sandwich is the best. Love there coffee and their objectivity to help the local people. Must visit place.
Very Clean, coffee shop/ eat in restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. I visit here on a daily Basis and I have no complaints. Two rest rooms available at all times. Coffee and Muffins are delicious. Also try their home made yogurt, granola, fruit cups. You will not be disappointed. I was introduced to this restaurant by my client. The food here is delicious. Waiters are All very friendly and always anxious to ensure their customers are taken care of. There isn't anything on the menu I wouldn't recommend. Made fresh to order. And always how u want it.
Good value on the food. Coffees were ludicrously large: the flat white was like a soup serving
Nice coffee spot. I had the Iced Matcha Latte and it was refreshing. It wasn't super sweet like how some other places make it.
They are nice , clean and hard working. Many choices. Difficult of picky patrons are relieved by patient , quality experience driven staff. Parking lot sux and can be like an Indiana Jones movie.
Their coffee, location and ambience set them apart. Especially if you're heading East on 27. Next to The Green Thumb, easy on and off with ample parking and access.
Not the most memorable experience, but the place is clean, the food was good, and the places easily accessible. Great coffee, Essex the best pumpkin pie coffee I've ever had. They have a dining room, I'll have to try sitting down next time.
Amazing my favorite breakfast in the all of Long Island great food
The coffee is really good, the meal prices are a tad high, the venue is very interesting. The coffee was delicious, fresh and smooth. So very much better than I can make on my own. Staff are excellent and I really enjoyed their Manhattan-esque speed and attentiveness. The space is alot of fun. It's a converted automobile repair garage. There were many unexpected decorative elements such as high wall line lighting with, almost like sconces, using copper rain gutters and down spouts. Additionally, the Hampton Coffee Company may be roasting their own coffee beans. The aroma was to die for. Breakfast was tasty but pricey. It did bother me a little that my tortillas were cold and of the same variety I can purchase at ShopRite. Finally, it seems many locals or at least groups who knew each other (I'm not from the Water Mill area) were finding their way in during our stay. I liked the space, people and I think its notable, in a very positive way, when locals make such a place a common haunt.
Great little cafe with a nice menu for breakfast, luch, or coffee. They also have a nice array of wine and beer for happy hour. I really like this place great muffins too. My only gripe is the waitresses are routinely very curt/ borderline rude.
Good coffee at all of HCC’s East End outposts. This one is located in what used to be a car mechanic’s business; it’s a neat building on the inside because of that history. They do a brisk takeout business, but there’s also a seated cafe side.
Water Mill location is my go-to lunch place in the Hamptons. Sizzling fajitas platter is excellent. Good coffee in cereal bowl sized cups. Vegetarian and vegan options.
Coffee was ok. We got two small Cappuccinos. It was obvious from the weight that one was much lighter to carry than the other - one had a lot more froth than the other. Counter staff were friendly. Coffee was average.
Outstanding freshly roasted and ground coffee. I stop every time I drive past. Five stars for the coffee. Very good cafe food with lots of healthy choices but certainly priced for the local upscale hamptons crowd. Restaurant prices for a quick lunch! Food quality 5 stars, pricing brings it to about 3 stars for me, and I don't mind paying more for quality food but too high for a regular lunch stop.
I enjoy the coffee every time I'm in Montauk/Hamptons Area.. never leave without visiting here ..
Do you want to feel like one of the Hampton elites? Do you crave that coffee experience that the billionaire hedge fund guys have access to? Well, I don’t actually know if this is that place or not. Literally no clue. But I can say it was a great place to get a solid cup of Java. I went with just your plane cafe latte and it really hit the spot. The staff here were super friendly and very helpful. I was in and out in not a lot of time at all, and was enjoying my coffee from the comfort of my moderately priced used car (mostly cause I didn’t have time to stay). Give them a visit!
Love this place. It's been here for years and never disappoints.
In and out on the way to Hither Hills. Convenient designated To Go & Online Order Parking section across from entrance. It is a bit loud with the coffee being ground, music and general coffee shop noise. Very busy spot. I of course went with a lrg latte 2% milk. Bae is trying the caramel cold brew. Both are very delicious. Stopped in again on our way to Montauk to close off summer 2025. Same process. Parked in the convenient to go spaces. Bae treated to ice coffee and she went with a matche latte with oat milk.
A popular spot in the Hamptons. Not great coffee but a lot of options and vegan options as well. The vegan breakfast sandwich is excellent and outdoor seating in the back is very relaxing.
Cool little place with plenty of coffee and pastries to choose from (Raspberry and Creme Coffee Cake (Fantastic!) My Wife had the Baja Tacos - Superb On the other hand I had the Warm Lobster Roll - My expectations were high (along with the price), I was totally disappointed, dry with little flavor and some shell in a few pieces. Left with mixed feelings 3.5 out of 5
My chili was mostly zucchini and carrots. I saw maybe 10 beans in there, two of which were chickpeas lol
Coffee is good, but food on the breakfast menu could definitely be better, especially considering the price. I wish it were better because I do love eating here for the atmosphere. The pancakes seem like they came out of a squeeze bottle, the french toast is always wet with egg and soggy, the omelettes are inconsistent and some times lacking a good portion or entirely ingredients they were supposed to have.
The customer service was so so for a coffee shop in The Hamptons, the coffee was not any different from what I can get in wawa. Flies inside the shop, customer service without a smile and the poor state of the bathroom at that point. Giving this place a benefit of a doubt and 3 stars cause of other reviews and me going in 1 hour before closing, which is no excuse but may be it was an off day.
⭐️⭐️⭐️ Not Worth the Price Tag Hampton Coffee Company has a nice, laid-back vibe and decent coffee, but overall, it just doesn’t justify the steep prices. I stopped in for a quick bite and was shocked to find that two small tacos came out to nearly $30. They were fine — nothing special, definitely not gourmet — and the portion size was underwhelming for what they cost. At that price point, you’d expect something more memorable or at least a bit more generous. The coffee itself was solid. Nothing to rave about, but a good, well-balanced cup that did the job. The staff was friendly, and the space is pleasant enough if you’re looking to hang out or get some work done, but the food prices really take away from the experience. It feels like you’re paying a premium just for being in the Hamptons rather than for quality or creativity. There are better food and coffee options nearby that deliver more value and flavor for your money. Unless you’re in a pinch or just want a basic caffeine fix in a convenient spot, I’d say skip the food here and save your money for something more worthwhile.
Coffee is amazing but food is not worth the price at all. If you want the most expensive two pieces of deli turkey on plain bread with a shredded lettuce side salad look no further, you’ve found paradise.
An egg sandwich and a cup of coffee was almost $11 I asked for bagels the lady told me the they haven't came in yet I made my own coffee and I didn't really think the coffee was that good none of the milk containers had a label on it to tell you what was milk half-and-half or low-fat milk but I must say the sandwich was good
You'd expect from Hamptons coffee to at least try to live up to their name but no...unfriendly staff who seemed to have been bothered by taking orders and unable to use the coffee machine properly (i ordered cortado and was served a basic shot with barely any milk) basic decor.
Well, let’s just say…thank goodness the food is good because that’s about all that was good today. Service was majorly lacking…our server never came back to see if we needed refills, never came to see if our food had come out correctly or to check in to see how every was….she took the order and was behind the counter yawning and texting while the hostess got our refills and the runner brought the food. She snatched the dirty dishes away without even asking if we were finished or wished to order anything else, then she dropped the check as if the clip board was on fire. It’s a shame…we come here often as we enjoy the food but today was not the best to say the least. I get it…restaurants are busy and staff are hard to come by, but the staff that are working need to step up if they wish to make good tips…good food will only carry a restaurant so far.
I went in here this morning and ordered a matcha with oatmilk. The girl with pigtails was INCREDIBLY nice and helpful. Unlike their “manager” who wears braids was rude. Her attitude and the way she carried herself through the store was upsetting compared to the service I received from the barista .
Came here with my wife and daughter hoping to enjoy a nice breakfast, but left disappointed due to the confusing and inconsistent service. Apparently, this place has two different systems: self-service at the counter and full service at the tables. I asked the woman at the counter how it works—she told me I could order there and then sit outside on the patio. I placed a fairly large order (about $60), including a lox bagel (which she said they’d make from the other kitchen), and then went to sit with my family. That’s when another staff member told me I wasn’t allowed to sit outside because I hadn’t ordered through the table service side. I explained what I was told, but they just kept saying “sorry, sorry” and offered no solution—not even letting us pay extra or move the food over. It felt like no one really wanted to take responsibility or help make things right. Food was okay, but the experience was frustrating. If you go, just make sure you know which “system” you’re supposed to use, because the staff doesn’t seem to communicate with each other—and the customer pays the price for it.
We stopped in here after finding that the place we wanted to eat at was closed on Wednesdays. What a mistake. While we were promptly seated, it took longer than average for our server to come over. She took our orders and that was the last we saw of her. Two members of our party had the chicken fingers. These were some sort of reformed chicken product from a frozen bag on par with Walmart store brand. The fries were somehow both dried out and soggy. They must have been sitting in the kitchen for a very long time. My son's burger was cooked well done despite being ordered medium. My Mom's veggie fajitas were ok, though overpriced for the size. The ultimate insult was the "Baja Fish Tacos". I wish I took a picture to share. I received two small tortillas containing a single, small, pre-made fish fillet (a la Gordon's, but lower quality) that had been cut in half for each taco. They should be embarrassed to serve food like this. As an added bonus, my Mom was charged 80 cents for half and half with her coffee (they claimed it was now a breve, though that is an espresso beverage). Don't forget the 20% automatic gratuity for a "large party" of 3 adults and 2 kids where the server interacted with us for under 2 minutes. Without a doubt this is the worst restaurant experience I've had in about a decade. Shame on you Hampton Coffee Company.
I now purchased two times the scones that used to be so good. what can I say they are terrible and uneatable. Raw dow and no taste with the exception of the Westhampton branc. I completed twice no reaction from Hamptons coffe. very poor costumers service
They either don’t know what grind a French press requires or they can’t be bothered to grind my coffee properly. We get coffee and request it ground for a French press and they grind it the same the would for drip coffee, they either don’t know or don’t care. Either way I expect more from a coffee shop that has prices like this one. Typical Hamptons.
Ordered a veggie cutlet meal which is $15 and comes with a side salad that they said I could substitute for fries. I paid for my food a cappuccino and an almond croissant.. while I was waiting for my cappuccino the girl who rang me up approach me and told me it would be an additional three dollars for the fries and so I gave it to her even though nothing was mentioned of extra for fries. I was frustrated and left the place with my cappuccino and food and forgot to get the croissant from the girl I went back later and they told me somebody else must've taken it and there's nothing they could do.. while I was there I asked how much a side of fries would cost and they told me four dollars so I'm not sure why I paid three dollars for half the amount of fries and then didn't even get my side salad that comes with the meal. The food itself was mediocre and not worth the money or aggravation the cappuccino was pretty good and the croissant I never received looked like it would be good but I won't be returning .. everything cost me $27.01 $30 including tip (tip was before being over charged)
Waitress ignored my tip suggestion and took what they wanted. Outrageous given that the food was average and our service came with a side order of attitude. Garden setting was fairly nice though.
I am not the type to write negative reviews but I came here today with my 3 small kids and husband. It was a little cool outside and drizzling and we just wanted some coffee and snacks. I asked the cafe if we can sit and both the girls told us if we are ordering coffee and snacks we can only go to the take out side. Mind you the take out side has 2 small tables that were already occupied. For a coffee spot you would expect better service especially when you werent even busy and could have easily allowed a family with small kids to sit at a table. I have never experienced such rude customer service. You need to do better than this.
It's the worst place I've ever visited, they don't serve well, maybe the Latinos who work there, yes, but a brunette with braids served me poorly. I asked her for my order, which was a cream cheese bagel, and they gave me one with salmon that I hadn't ordered. I asked them to I changed my order and that brunette with braids I think is the manager and I get that I couldn't do anything, although the mistake was not mine, I had to pay a high rate and without enjoying my breakfast, so everything I brought alone It was rubbish because I'm allergic to salmon. I think I made the worst decision to visit that place. I hope I never get there again. I would prefer to visit another place a thousand times.
Buy a new dish washer, and turn up the heat.
Very dissappointed! Ordered breakfast and a croissant from the bakery section. Though the croissant that we had was the worst in my life. As if they opened a ready product that is sold in the bread section in the supermarket but an over-priced version. Not home-made or restaurant made…The coffee was another issue, they serve a regular amount of coffee with a gigantic cup which makes it rapidly cold. Unfortunately I read the reviews and wanted to visit. Wish we would have visited a different cafe!
I wasn’t expecting much, but still managed to disappoint. One measly piece of bacon? Egg sandwich served on a raw not toasted muffin? Weak coffee , “blend” . The crew was fine , the product was not … Reminds me why I pass by there and never stop.
Why I continue to give my business to this company I do not know . The takeout continues to be a constant FU to the customer . These are the avocados you get for a $2 up charge . I’ve never frequented a place so much and had so much garbage served to me . Chillequilles with dry chips and no salsa. No cheese and black avocados . All up charges. Many food businesses are hit or miss but this place has become absolutely ridiculous. There is always something missing, something rotten, something burnt, and they up charge and serve anyway. I’ve even had to toss coffee drinks depending on who’s making them. Flan tastes like scrambled eggs on certain days, bread is randomly stale, it’s all still served. I could go on and on. I’ve had such good food and drink here previously that I continue to try to give them the benefit of the doubt but it seems they really just have given up their standard permanently. I hope it’s not true. Another disgusting meal and money wasted from Hampton Coffee. .
You lucky to be in business, with this service and altitude here leaves a lot to be desired
Wish I could give a more star review let's see went to get a iced coffee. Ordered a iced latte carmel small said $5.48 for small of course plus tax. Asked if I wanted milk said yes half & half please, I paid cash went from $5.48 to $7.35. Asked for a receipt. Got charged .27 more for ice when it says $5.48 on menu for iced latte .80 for half & half, never ever heard of a place almost charging a dollar for milk. Got charged 3.50% service fee when I paid cash.
