The service was a little slow (but friendly), more importantly, the food was hot, coffee was fresh, and it was actually a very good breakfast. I recommend the breakfast sampler.

First, as soon as you walk in, you notice that the restaurant is beautiful. Then, we had excellent service from Victoria. She made sure we had everything we needed and was friendly and professional while she took care of us. She definitely loves her job and it shows. The food was super yummy, as always. Thank you for a great experience - especially big thanks to Victoria!

I told Victoria my last visit was not great. She apologized and answered my crepe questions. She made my food herself to ensure it was awesome. I hade one bananas, Florentine, and one fresh fruit, but they were both filled with cream cheese, which was Which was suggested by Victoria. The meal was fantastic.

Food was amazing! Victoria was our waitress and Mark was the cook! We bought the 7.99 meal came with two pancakes and biscuit and eggs and it was so delicious I ate it all! To start off, this is the most “high end” looking ihop I’ve ever been to. Very elegant and welcoming. The restaurant was very well kept and clean. We enjoyed our lunch in a nice atmosphere. The food was good, I’d definitely order what I got again. Our waitress was nice but she didn’t check on us often. As we had to wait awhile for her to come around to ask for the bill. Almost seemed like they were understaffed. The restaurant had about 3-5 other tables to tend to. They didn’t seem too busy. The host who sat us didn’t offer a highchair for my obvious baby. Luckily one of the other waitresses noticed and brought us over one before I could ask. Everything went good. The only complaint is that they can be slow for no noticeable reason.

We big IHOP lovers came to this location first time and it was really Bad service! Wasn’t attended at all by our waitress Crystal. She really needs to be more attentive with her tables, not once did she check on us or get creamer when I asked her too, the cook had to give us creamer and refills And checked in even on us probably won’t be back, The food was good though.

Arrived early enough for breakfast. Only a few customers seated. Service was quick. We ordered and when the food was delivered to our table my boyfriend noticed a short black hair on his breakfast plate. Meanwhile, while I was checking my food over, I too had a short black hair on my toast plate. We called our server over to show her. She said "oh" I'll have to go show them". She did not take anything off our bill. We have gone to IHOP quite a few times over the years. We will not be back.

Waited 36 mins for food to arrive, it wasn’t that busy. The food was mediocre. Saw our server when she brought us or drinks and then to bring us a check and box. Nothing in between. A different server brought us our food items. Tipping culture is ridiculous. Suggested 18% for barely seeing my server to check in on customers, “Meh” food. Long wait time from ordering to being served. Best advice, go somewhere else.

It had been about a year since I had visited this restaurant, and the decline is shocking. There was loud shouting from the kitchen and banging dishes around that could be heard throughout the restaurant the entire time we were there. The overall appearance of the area we sat in (ripped seat in the booth, torn up wall) gave the impression that this restaurant is not well maintained. While our waitress was polite, none of the staff seemed overly friendly. It took quite a while to get our food, especially given the restaurant didn't appear to be overly busy. The food was decent, although hard to enjoy given the atmosphere. We have had positive experiences in the past. I hope we just caught the restaurant in a bad night, but it will be a long time before we're back

We were seated at the table by the host awaiting the server, the young man came to the table and did not address the group, I had to ask “Can you not greet the group by saying good morning”?, his remark was “well then” with no apology. We ordered and got our meals, the bacon tasted rancid and it was burnt! Pork sausages seemed as if they had them sitting out for a while prior to serving them. The only thing on the plate that tasted decent was the waffle.

Slow service and un bussed tables next to us when we walked in and still that way when we left. Our table was dirty and sticky. Not like they were busy only ten tables total occupied. Steak tips were ordered medium well yet some were bleeding raw inside. Fish was very strong tasting. Coffee at $3.69 a small cup and had to wait until meal was finished to finally get a refill. Considering the service and portions it should not have been almost $50.00.

Stopped to eat and the food was awful. Only one other table in the place besides us. Food took forever, was cold and tasted awful. We both had breakfast and you couldn’t even drink the OJ, told manager something was wrong with it. She said she’d take off the bill yet when paying the bill we were still charged for 2 glasses. Didn’t see it till after and server basically said too late now. Wouldn’t go there again.

Uncooked eggs versus what was ordered crepes came with no filling versus what was ordered coffee had brown chunks in it, waitress was very nice about it she went and made the crepes herself. The hostess came over and said the crepes didn't come with the filling but they did in the picture on the menu. The waitress was very pleasant and helpful and understanding. She was tipped very well but the food was not the greatest

Terrible. Had reservations for a party of 10, food didn't come out for over an hour. When the food finally started coming out, it came in increments of 10 minutes. My kids only ordered chocolate chip pancakes yet they got their food last and by that time almost everyone else was done eating. My mom had to find a waitress to get coffee refilled. We never got some of the food that came with the meal (hashbrowns, sides, ect..). We left feeling very disappointed. I will say the man that helped deliver our drinks was very pleasant (maybe a bus boy or kitchen worker- had a dark beard with appropriate netting).

Looks can be deceiving. I am completely in shock at how mismanaged this IHOP is. Only one person wearing uniform, from what I can see. The host was terrible. She as well as the entire staff need to be trained. Corporate or whomever need, must send in trainers. The pancakes were burnt. The coffee was bitter. The fried eggs made on a burnt grill. To top off the horrible experience, we paid cash and were supposed to get back $5.43 the host, lady with the only blue shirt, said here's $5 we don't give change because we don't have any. Not properly managed at all. Someone should be doing the bank and accounting journals so this should not happen. I manage and I would never allow this of my staff. Even if I have to work right along side my team, which I proudly do. Now, I'm hoping IHOP will see this and realize there needs to be a resolution to this problem before they implode. I travel quite a bit and this place is definitely on the list of "no-gos"
