I've literally never had a bad experience at this little caesars. My family and I have been buying your guys food for the last 5 years. I've never had a bad experience with the people who work there everyone is always been very friendly. Specifically in the evening shift when it's really busy those guys and ladies are have all been very cool. I don't know if the owner of the place reads these reviews, but if they do this store is doing a great job.

I've bought from this particular Little Caesars before in the past and it wasn't all that great but this time around under New Management (Tom and John) the pizzas were phenomenal! Stuffed crust, extra cheese, dough not burnt or undercooked, simply mouth watering especially for the price. And I've got to feed a huge teenage boy who eats a pizza by himself. So much more affordable than Papa John's. Definitely recommend. This is my second night in a row purchasing due to popular demand in my household.

I love the pizza here for the price. Adding extra sauce ensures a fresh pie for $6.21. That's three meals, bro. Staff are friendly, and it's always busy. Get some!

They advertise a $10 pizza with all the toppings you choose. The Watertown NY location said absolutely not, even when a showed them on line. I still like the pizza though

I would like to start off by saying that the people and the atmosphere are amazing. I don’t have a single problem with any employee that I speak to in little Caesars, they are all very nice and very helpful. The establishment is also very clean, and I have never seen a mess in the place which I never have had that experience at other restaurants. With that being said, the reason I’m giving three stars is because I have an issue with the food I receive. Because the food is the main thing I come in for, I am disappointed with my experience the past three or four visits. I specifically put in custom orders for my pizzas to make sure that I am given extra cheese and extra sauce. Unfortunately, my past three or four pizzas I have not received extra sauce at all and sometimes I don’t receive the extra cheese either. I completely understand being overwhelmed with customers and usually don’t have an issue, but I pay extra(depending on the pizza type,some don’t cost extra when customizing) to make the pizzas custom specifically for those two items. I have even called in when my pizza was made to make sure extra sauce was put on it, and the only time extra sauce has ever been put on my pizza was when I called in. I have to walk to Little Caesars and back so I don’t have the convenience of driving there to get my pizza fixed or to get a refund. My son still enjoys it so I don’t usually complain but I would like to know what I have to do to get it made the right way. I still think the people there are amazing, I am just disappointed in the actual food. I’ve added photos to show the lack of sauce on my pizza. It’s been very dry the past few orders.

This is an okay place to bring the family or your self for some pizza. I honestly wouldn't recommend the wings. They come out small and expensive.

WHY can they never get my order right?? I’ll spend half the year only getting cheese pizza b/c they can’t mess that up, right? But then I’ll try AGAIN to get other toppings & they ALWAYS mess it up. Stuffed crazy bread crust—NOPE. Just regular stuffed crust. Pepperoni on half—NOPE. Pepperoni on 3/4. Half of the pizza is for a vegetarian! Pepperoni is the only meat I dare TRY to get on half, b/c any other meat is too hard to remove from the half that isn’t supposed to have it. And they never go just a *little* bit over half w/the meat—its always WAY over the middle. Good grief. I used to be a pizza cook so I know for a fact that it takes *minimal* effort to just make it the right friggin way.

Moved here from Michigan where LC was a great and affordable option for a budget friendly pizza. Here it isn't great and it isn't cheap. The people are nice and the service is efficient.
