Food was good much better price than McDonald's and even gave me a senior citizen discount which McDonald's refuses to do.

It's the best burger king restaurant around here. I ordered online by phone. I went to drive-through to pick up , the meal was ready and correct: no cheese, no mayo but bacon. I also order one in another Burger King at 535 Hempstead TPK. They gave me wrong burger: cheese and mayo in it but no bacon!

Is was a good visit I for the fries and they were hot and fresh my daughter got chicken nuggets and they were flavorful. The only thing was this burger king looked sad and depressing, service was a bit disappointing.

I ordered the croissant with egg and bacon. It was OK, but regretfully the eggs looked like powdered eggs and not the real thing.

BK is BK. You know the products and flavors. All BKs need to be mindful that not everyone eats meat, and they should allow for substitutions when you ask for no meat on the breakfast sandwich. This location gave us 4 Croissanwiches with meat after ordering without meat. Hadn't driven off yet, but had to go inside to get it corrected.

The whopper isn't what it used to be, but its way ahead of the big Mac. 89 cents pancakes, a great value. I always have a Burger King breakfast when I am traveling and they are running that special. Pancakes were hot and delicious but don't ask for extra syrup. They cannot afford it for 89 cents so the young man behind the counter said.

I LOVE the original chicken sandwich. My dad had the whopper. We had onions that were over cooked, burned really. Fries were cold. We each had a Hershey pie which was delicious as usual. I give a 3 because of the fries and onion rings.

This Burger King served out order quickly and correctly. It was the right choice for a fast bite between shopping and a local event . One thing is I was told they no longer have courtesy cups so you can have water with your sandwich. They of course will sell you a bottle of water if you want. I was able use my reusable travel mug and have water that way at no extra charge. I was surprised that they No longer provide this.

Extremely slow service at the drive-through, the food is nothing special, it's Burger King, I'm not expecting much from it or any fast food spots. My only expectations are that the food is ready at a fast speed. We waited over 15 minutes for a basic order which really annoyed me.

Just got an impossible burger from them and believe they gave me a regular burger. Have been meat free for a little while and now my stomach is cramping and I feel nauseous.

The customers there are rude and entitled and there are panhandlers asking for change. Other than this their services are exceptional.

1. Before I pulled up to the drive though window the employee blocked me by using a poll. This was just odd. The employee did the same to the customer behind me. 2. They took almost 10 mins to give me my food despite me ordering ahead through the app. 3. They forgot my chicken fries and didn't put ice in our drinks.

My experience with this burger king was unacceptable. First we didn't get our small fries which we had ordered and paid for. I am rating this two stars instead of one because in the end we still got all of our food.

I was third in line and waited ten minutes to place my order. It seems that they place more emphasis on the grubhub orders and forget about the people waiting in line. They had only two people working filling the orders. They should hire more people.

Have it your way but you're going to PAY PAY PAY. BK has raised prices to the point where I rarely eat at their restaurants. The value for the quality of the food is pretty much awful. It's a shame because I loved BK for many years when it was affordable but I'm not paying close to 5 bucks for a small double cheeseburger. I'm curious to see who the 1st to fail will be with fast food's new preposterous pricing. I reckon it will be either Wendy's or BK....

I placed my order at one of the kiosks, and went up to the counter to pay with cash. The cashier had his back to me, talking to whoever was preparing the food. When he turned around, he helped a customer who walked in while I stood there. I also ordered a fountain drink, from their pick-your-beverage machine. It didn’t let me pick a drink on the kiosk, but the lady behind the counter handed me a coke. I asked for a different drink and she was annoyed, telling me that I had ordered a coke. When I got home, the drink was still wrong. I will stick to the BK by work I think….

So I'm happy I got lunch food in the A.M but when I went to the soda machine I was greeted by a dispenser that was sputtering with 4 flavors that was half empty and looked like it wasn't cleaned in a year.

Ok. I'm reporting this BK to the health department. I went through Drive through and ordered 2 bacon cheese burgers and 2 whoppers with fries. I paid. She gave me 2 separate bags. I dropped off the bacon burgers to my people and drove off. I wanted to make sure there were no onions on the whoppers so I went to open the bag and I saw a tiny ant crawling on the bag. I killed it and wondered were the heck he came from. So I opened the bag, took out one burger, opened the wrapper and saw an antique crawling on the burger!! Then I saw another ant 🐜crawling inside the bag. Of course I went back to complain. The manager was very apathetic and didn't seem surprised about. She had the nerve to ask me if I wanted another burger. Obviously not. Then she asked me if I wanted my money back for just these burgers and not the other 2. REALLY?? The place is ant infested and the DOH will know about it.

On July 2019 was my dad and me last day going here because the Salvadoran BK cashier was asking personalized questions to my dad. Salvadoran cashier was also obsessed of my dad. She were looking at us while we were eating our breakfast. My dad is a married man. My mom was staying home. The Salvadoran cashier did hurting my dad and me feelings hurts. So thinking before speaking, you Salvadoran BK cashier SMH. I felt like I wasn't welcomed at West Hempstead BK. Thats was very terrible, sad. We're not coming back again.

BK display a "Late Night Drive Thru" sign in its window as well as on its website stating open until 2 AM. NO such thing! Got there at 11:45 PM on a Friday night and the place was in total darkness. Several other cars came after me and was in shock as well.

Came in for a coffee ,cold and tasted like water ok what to expect right, but 1 day later after using my debit card and this is the only place I’ve used my card in over a year got recipe to prove it my debit card got compromised and my bank information was stolen my bank confirmed a duplicate card was mad and was small purchases been made, that been said i think this location should go under investigation so this can stop happening close it or fix it

I stopped in to use the bathroom facilities yesterday, September 12, 2023. Was surprised to see how fithy this BK was. Couldn't get access to the ladies' room. An employee told me to use the men's room. It was disgusting. The floor was soaked. Don't know if it was urine or water. Don't understand the 5 star reviews. Why isn't this BK not shut down by the health department. The whole store was filthy.

I really enjoy Burger King food but this place is very unsanitary. The soda machines are dirty filled with gunk. Some little black pieces were coming out of the machine. I’ve never seen anything like this. It is poorly kept and regretted ordering from this specific location. The table where orders are placed was filthy. I did not complain mainly because I found nothing in my food but now that I think about it, I can only imagine how dirty the working area is. I really hope it wasn’t. NEVER going back to this location.

They need to do better employee customer service training . I ordered a bacon king and I got a fish sandwich ... I was charged for a bacon king , said my order twice for clarity .
