This is the best restaurant in West Hempstead and frankly, its not even close. Their sushi far exceeded my expectations, The fish was very fresh, and the rice was well made. For the prices they charge don't think you're likely to find better kosher sushi. This will definitely become a regular destination, and I look forward to trying more items from their menu.

The food was good, good menu variety, and the price was reasonable, but the atmosphere needs improvement. We had dine-in but they do a lot of take out orders.

Really nice casual neighborhood place. Sushi is very high quality and the grill items are very tasty. Fast service as well. Dining room is very small (just a few tables), and they do a lot of takeout and phone orders, so you will have to deal with foot traffic going back and forth if you are dining in. This is my go-to place when I have a craving for a steak burrito.

The food is pretty solid overall, the prices are kinda high though. They need to expand the grill menu a little more and make more side options. They also need to add more sauces to their grill menu something like a honey mustard or a honey bbq. The service is hit and miss I would say but they are pretty quick. Overall it’s a solid little takeout place with quality food for a high quality price.

There were 6 of us for dinner. Everyone got their food but they forgot to put in my order and had to be reminded. Another order came out wrong, was sent back and came out wrong again so we ended up cancelling it. Food was ok.

Never eaten here, just a Doordash Delivery Driver. Been waiting on an order for 15 minutes, Cashier host or whatever you want to call it isn't persistent. Seems he's not properly trained, doesnt know what he's doing. Confused. Poor management.. Train the workers better...

The food was not fresh or flavorful, and overall did not meet the standards I’ve come to expect from a sushi restaurant. In addition, the service was very poor staff were inattentive and unhelpful, which made the dining experience even more frustrating. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as I believe every business can learn and improve from customer experiences. I would appreciate a response regarding this issue and the place looked very dirty

I would order takeout for colleagues and myself several times. The first couple of times we went there they did not tell us of the buy two get one free option for the rolls, so essentially we were cheated out of a deal that everyone else takes advantage of. We gave more chances, then there was a piece of hard plastic or inedible object in an order we made. They did replace that. We gave more chances. On one last time we tried to make a takeout order, the young man who answers the phone, made it very difficult for me to place an order and was extremely rude claiming he could not understand me although he repeated what I said and sarcastically jabbed me with his words. I doubt very strongly we will be back, so I will try to avoid this place based on his demeanor and the overall vibe of we are not welcome there, but our money is. I do not pay for someone to be rude to me, I am not that type of customer. Edit: Even in the owner’s own response stating “Love when people post damaging things to business” shows the sarcastic (mean, biting, mocking nature of their demeanor toward their customer(s) existing or former has not wavered and is without remorse.) Your “owner response” sounds exactly as sarcastic in nature as the younger taller guy who sometimes picks up the phone who spoke to me that day, which is reflected in this review. Either it’s the same guy or you are related or both think it’s appropriate to speak this way to your client base. Do better with your customers in the future with how you communicate with them and they would not have to post the TRUTH of how you dealt with them. Serve food sans your sarcasm.
