Fantastic Dinner Last Night! So rich and delicious that we took almost half home to enjoy for lunch today! PLEASE DON'T let this wonderful restaurant go out of business people! It's old Fashioned WONDERFUL, the cheese muffins melt in your mouth and the food tastes like the old days of just plain GOODNESS~! We loved every minute of being there and our waitress was just plain AWESOME~! Go There!!!!
My first time and won't be my last. We were seated after 5 min of waiting. The waitress was extra nice and friendly, she brought the most delicious biscuits I've ever tried. I got the blackened salmon, so juicy, just perfect. The atmosphere was welcoming and felt cozy. Great for families!
Our hostess greated and acknowledged us promptly. Got us seated quickly. Our server was excellent!! Food was DELICIOUS!
Wow!!! The service at this place really had me amazed! Our server was LEE and let me say, he was professional! Treated my mother like a queen, brought over gloves and small fork so she can enjoy her mussels. Had my husband drink fill at all times, super friendly. Brought my daughter oranges slices right away. Its ghe small things that matter, and great servers are very hard to find now a days. Food was Soo delicious too!!!
Great everything there. We stopped by a few years ago in 2019. It was the best time of my life. The servers were nice, the food was great, and the atmosphere was friendly. I hope I can go back again soon.
Our server, Jaqueline did a fantastic job! she was always ready to full fill all of our requests, such as needing more ice tea or extra sauces, etc. The food was also delicious, especially the Lobster tail and the Snow crab legs!
Great experience. Friendly staff. Our waitress, Jolette was awesome, patient, knowledgeable and attentive. Food was excellent with proper seasoning, and cooked well. Must try the collada with rasberry flavoring and they can make it non-alcoholic if requested.
My boyfriend, Fred and I had the best experience at the Red Lobster in Canoga Park last night. Mindy was our server and she was excellent!!! She come by our table several times to make sure everything was good, gave us lots of cheese bisquets, and even extra to go with our leftovers to take home. We asked her to take a picture of us but she said she wasn't allowed to due to COVID restrictions, but she went and got someone else that could. She also surprised us at the end of our dinner with beautiful Red Lobster glasses! The reason we went there for dinner last night was to celebrate what would have been my deceased husband and my 50th wedding anniversary. He passed away in 2013 so we never got to celebrate it. We used to come to the Red Lobster every year on our anniversary for many years. My boyfriend, who also lost his wife in 2014, totally understood how important this was to me. Mindy never knew the reason we were there, but she treated us as if she did and made it so very special and memorable. Thank you, Mindy, for your kindness. Every time we use our glasses, I'm going to think of you and think of them as being a 50th wedding anniversary gift. I want to go back and buy 4 more! Oh, and did I mention the food was perfect? It was! And so were the margaritas! Everything was absolutely perfect for a very memorable evening.
I found out Red Lobster may be going out of business. I had from years of gift cards given about $150. I had a few concerns about heading into a place that might be shutting down. Mainly would the staff be still good knowing that their establishment might close soon. I went in on Monday because it's an all you can eat shrimp day. Since we went in around 3pm it wasn't crowded and the place was pleasant to be in. Kids ordered the chicken and Mac n Cheese both if them loved it. They were acting a little crazy but our waitress Alex handled them with care. Alex served us our all youncan eat shrimp meals and was very attentive to our needs. You'd think we were her only table , but in fact she had 4 others, so very impressive. The grilled shrimp was my favorite, while the coconut shrimp made the wife very happy. I'm not going to lie, we ate a lot, but Alex never flinched and always asked us if we were ready for next. Food was great, service was great, the place was very clean, and the fisherman feel of the restaurant added wonderful ambiance. Too bad its going to go out of business soon, I'll have to stop in again before its gone.
The food was excellent the service was excellent no complaints
My friends and I had a great time here last weekend. The tapas dishes were perfect for sharing, and every bite was delicious. The sangria was refreshing and the vibe was lively without being overwhelming. Definitely coming back soon!
Great experience, especially for a chain restaurant. All staff was extremely professional and friendly. They made it a point to acknowledge all guests and made small talk. Waiter: Andrew provided an exceptional experience knew the menu well, was able to answer any questions and provided great suggestions. It is very rare to find a young adult with professional skills. Great service. Food was amazing, perfectly cooked and seasoned. Just overall exceptional service and food.
The food was good, we enjoyed it, our waiter, mason huge W fr, super nice honestly a cool guy
Brilliant service, went out of their to accommodate my allergy and the food was lovely ☺️
Pricy but it got what it takes, if you want ant to treat yourself its the place, don’t order much at beginning First of all these foods are full of calories Second they came almost all together and you would face a lot of food that you cant finish and its getting cold Finally your bill would come out big $$$ So just be careful and order one at the time.
Andrew was delightful! So kind and great customer service. Yaneri was an awesome waitress and the food was great!
🦞 Craving Satisfied! I’m pregnant and the baby was seriously craving seafood, so I told my husband about the new Mariner’s Boil at Red Lobster and we got it delivered. Let me just say… absolutely delicious! I got the roasted garlic butter and Cajun butter with Cajun sausage, and every bite was packed with flavor. The boil came with 2 lobster tails, 2 crab clusters, potatoes, sausage, and corn and it was all seasoned perfectly. I even boiled some eggs thinking I’d toss them in, but I never got that far because I couldn’t stop eating straight from the boil! 😂 If you’re a seafood lover (or just have a baby calling the shots) do yourself a favor and try this at least once. So worth it!
The food was exceptional, feeling full but highly satisfied. Our server, Jaime, was so tentative and kind. He made my dad’s birthday memorable. My dad was so happy and content. If you come to the Fallbrook location, ask for Jaime. He will not disappoint!!
Totally awesome and enjoyable finger licking good butter dripping goodness. Andrew our waiter was phenomenal
Date night was spent here. The restaurant wasn't busy when we arrived. Waiter was attentive and suggested items to try on the menu. Drinks were delicious and not watered down. I ordered a lemon drop. Food was delicious and hot when arriving to the table. The bread basket remained full of fresh baked biscuits. Atmosphere was inviting and overall good night out. Parking is shared with other shopping plaza however the walk wasn't to far. Parking lot safely lit up.
Decided to do Mother's Day with Mom Saturday nite to avoid the crowds...when I asked her where she would like to go, she said "Red Lobster"! Now I will be honest, when I think of this place I immediately think oooooh those cheddar biscuits but on the few occasions I have been here, it flatlines...the food is "ok" but not all that memorable outside of the biscuits, but tonite, the experience was STELLAR. We went to the location in woodland hills...our server was Lee...he was crazy busy, but he was still ever kind and patient as my mom & I went back & forth over what seafood selection to pick. Let me tell you our food was GORGEOUS, SUCCULENT, DELICIOUS. This was better than going to some of the premier steak & seafood places around town! The photos speak for themselves...whatever enhancements Red Lobster has made to the menu and the food preparation, keep it out because it was an outstanding dinner and my mom couldn't of had a happier and yummier dining experience on her special day! Thank you Lee for keeping us happy with biscuits, your service, and your kindness when you were so very busy caring for your other tables as well! What a great night!
Hadn't gone to Red Lobster in years and it sure did not disappoint. This location in particular had great and friendly service. The food was spot on and, given that the all you can eat shrimp deal was going on, we got to try a lot of different dishes. Not to mention the lobster was super fresh and perfectly cooked. I would go back again.
We went there to cerebrate the life of my girlfriends brother who loved this place and was looking forward to us all going there but he passed away before he could go so we went in his honor. The food was absolutely fabulous. I had the Grilled Lobster, Shrimp and Salmon which was totally amazing. Girlfriend and our church administrator both had the Seaside Shrimp Trio cooked to perfection. These folks really know how to do it. We will be back!
I had a mother daughter date night here with my mom and was so happy because it was crab fest. It’s a favorite of ours. For $31.99 you get 1lb of crab on top of their homemade potatoes and you get to choose one side. Highly recommend the coleslaw or broccoli to go with this combination. Our waitress Emilia was so helpful and brought us cute little bibs and wet towels. She was very sweet and fun. I came pretty early on a weeknight and it wasn’t super crowded so definitely try and avoid the weekends if you can. Located in the Fallbrook shopping center.
Came here with friends for a special occasion. Clean, spacious, we were seated immediately, delightful staff (shout-out to Marisa, our server). It was a full bellies feast complete with appetizers & cocktails. Pictured is my salmon, lobster tail & grilled shrimp skewer combo, all were cooked to perfection and paired well with my spicy pineapple margarita.
Everything was honestly so good the food was really on point, fresh, great presentation and decent portions too not small at all. You can tell they care about quality. But I really want to mention our waitress Sydney she was amazing. Super attentive, sweet, helped us with everything and just made the whole night feel easy and comfortable. Because of her the experience was honestly 10/10. We’ll definitely be back :)
Still "Shellabrating" my birthday 🎂 🥳 🎉 🎈 I haven't visited Red Lobster in years, yet went back today. New menu choices, great service. A lot of food for the pricing (even if I didn't pay), had to take food home. I would return, but ask if Cassandra is working and be seated in her section; kudos 👏🏾 💐 🥳 🎊 to Cassandra, you're awesome.
I recently dined at Red Lobster and had one of the best seafood meals I've enjoyed in a long time. What truly elevated the experience was the exceptional service provided by the restaurant manager, Estavan Medina. He personally checked on our table multiple times, ensuring everything was to our satisfaction, and even went out of his way to accommodate a small request with genuine enthusiasm and professionalism. His attentiveness and warm personality made us feel like valued guests, not just customers. It's clear he leads his team with care and passion. Red Lobster never disappoints when it comes to quality seafood, but with leadership like Estavan's, this visit was truly memorable. Highly recommend – we'll be back soon!
Exceptional Experience & Even Better Service! We came to Red Lobster for an experience that exceeded all our expectations. We ordered the "Ultimate Feast," and it was simply excellent. It was my first time eating lobster and crab legs, and everything felt fresh, high-quality, and wonderfully prepared. Both types of shrimp were also fantastic, especially the flavorful shrimp scampi. But what truly made the evening perfect was the service. The staff was exceptionally patient and kind. Our waiter noticed we were inexperienced and was thoughtful enough to personally demonstrate how to crack the crab legs. This small gesture showed a level of service that is hard to find these days. All of this took place in a quiet and pleasant atmosphere that allowed us to truly enjoy our meal and the experience. I highly recommend this place, especially for anyone who wants to try seafood for the first time and doesn't know where to start. A well-deserved five stars!
The mariners sea food boil was so GOOD opted in for the cajun butter so MUCH FLAVOR didnt wait too long to get our food even it was busy! portions were very hearty, hot & well seasoned. Our server logan was very professional, fast, & patient. made the dining experience great. 10/10 would come here again.
Enjoyable and Affordable Seafood in a Relaxed and Comfortable Setting. I was really blown away by how much I loved this Red Lobster, everything on the menu was great and those Cheddar Biscuits they bring out are a delight. Got the combo plate with the lobster tail and crab legs and split it with my girlfriend and it was amazing. Added on the lobster to the baked potato and it was also a great choice. Man, I love good chain restaurants like this, something so simple and effective about them. Would definitely come back. Staff was super friendly and If i was like an old person, I would come hang out here.
Had a first great time experience here with my mother. She was really craving lobster, so we decided to stop by. They have great lunch specials, happy hour and other side options. The ‘popcorn shrimp’ was really good and my mother loved the lobster tail. The environment was very peaceful and the staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. We will be back.
It was a Monday, and I hadn't been to the AYCE Shrimp for far too long. Service was great with a very attentive "seafood expert" as the manager introduced him. I ordered the classic Margherita, which was delicious. For my selections I had the Garlic Scampi, the Shrimp Pasta Alfredo, Coconut Shrimp and a new kind of Fiery Shrimp. All were good, with full size Shrimp included in the pasta. Fiery to my taste was just medium heat, but your mileage may vary. Very enjoyable lunch, and for a price that won't bankrupt them. (Sorry, too soon?)
Wow! Thank you waiter Raymond. You are stellar! Not only were we blessed with a delicious and well presented meal, (Our compliments to the chefs!) but we have never had the quality and attentiveness of a wait staff like we experienced today. Raymond's witty sense of humor, superb listening skills and friendly demeanor made our lunch date even more enjoyable. (Married with 5 kids and 7 grandkids but NEVER stop dating your spouse) Thank you for your time and personal touch. God has big plans for you that he designed you especially for. We will continue to pray his guidance and light in your life. And thank you also Manager Julie for your time and attention as well. You have a great team! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Love the Weds deal Surf and Turf for $25. It was great!! The cheese biscuits are sooo good. Our server Lee was the reason our experience was so amazing. He was ON IT!! Food was good. Appreciate that they have daily specials. Much of the restaurant was closed off. I get it, keep people closer together, less to clean, easier for servers. Just happened to be by noisy people which was a bit annoying, but again, Lee was fabulous, so I didn't mind as much.
Huge upgrade from my last visit, last year or so. The wait for the food is a bit long still. Fast at getting you your appetizers and drinks. Me and my family got the “Ultimate,” all you can eat shrimp. It was so yummy, we had many of the different dishes, pictured you can find the coconut shrimp, linguine, and skewers. Everything was seasoned well and tasted so good. We also had the lobster dip, which was mouth watering. The biscuits are delicious as usual and soft. I got the $7 riptide margarita, it had plenty of alcohol and pairs well with all the shrimp dishes. All the food was fresh and we enjoyed it. The waiter Andrew was very nice and helpful. It’s recommended that you save the pasta for last, the best part is that you get to take home whatever you ordered but once you box it, no more shrimp orders. Highly recommended and it’s very affordable. I can’t wait to go back!

Great food. When did Red Lobster get SO EXPENSIVE!?!!! I spent $150 for 3 people plus tip. It used to be maybe $100-110.
Delicious food and stellar personable service. Honestly delightful experience. Only docking them a point for seating me before they were ready to serve me, I'd prefer to know it's going to be a short wait before I sit down at my table. Would return for sure!
Our waiter was super helpful and quick to offer assistance with anything we needed. Steak was also cooked well and to my request. Decent lobster and mashed potatoes. A little pricey but really good food and even better service.
Food was good, Wade, our server was GREAT and the atmosphere got 3 stars only because it was close to closing time and the restaurant was dead. Not RL'a fault.
The new menu and drinks are amazing. The flavor has definitely improved. The biscuits are still soft and warm and the classics are still available. But the prices have definitely gone up some. I guess that's expected. Two people would cost you around $150.
Food was ok for me. I guess I should of picked something else besides the shrimp tacos. It had good flavor but had too much sauce on top and it was too spicy for me. I need to try something else next time. My husband like his lobster and steak. Customer service was pretty good. Our server was very fast and sweet.
So our server, Jaime, was very attentive. Pros: had the new 420 drink. Very yummy. Appetizers were yummy. Cons: asked 4 times for bread and was dining there for over an hour before we got 1 basket of bread. Crab was lacking meat, 1st time that ever happened, so maybe it was just a bad crab 🦀 lol Pasta was lacking sauce, leading to dry noodles. Also, a first. Usually, they are well covered. Not a great dining experience food-wise, but our waiter was attentive and courteous. Hopefully it was just an off night, definitely not what I expect when eating at Red Lobster, which had been a go-to favorite of mine for 10 years plus. Kind of nervous to go back, but I always try to give at least a second chance 😅 before really making a decision.
We hade a grat time. The place was very welcoming and the service was good. Definitely will be coming back Parking -4/5* Accessibility -4/5* Atmosphere - 5/5* Clean - 3.5/5* Restrooms - 3.5/5* Service - 5/5* Food visually -3.5/5* Food taste -4/5* Food freshness -4/5* Price - 3.5/5* Total 4 stars
I don't appreciate Red Lobster's habit of refusing to seat my party where requested. This was the third time this has happened and at three different RL restaurants! Their explanation is "spreading out the customers so the wait staff has equal amount of tables..." I think it does more harm than good, starting off ones dining experience on a negative note. The food on this visit was not up to par. I have been eating at Red Lobster across the country for 20+ years and I have always been impressed with the quality and freshness of their food...especially for a chain restaurant. This time not so much. I had the Surf and Turf (7 oz Maine tail w/9 oz Top Sirloin). Though not "bad" the Lobster tail did not look or taste really fresh. The steak was okay but overcooked. Baked potato and coleslaw were excellent. Waitress was good...her support not so much. Asked a bus boy if he would please bring me some butter and got questioned about what I needed butter for. When I told him it was for my biscuits he argued that they are brushed with melted butter before serving, finally relenting and bringing me some butter. Are you kidding me?! Are they really that broke that they have to skimp on a little butter when I'm spending $150 for two dinners and a tip (no alcohol)?!?! Like I said, it all started when they refused to seat me at the requested table...or even in the same room where the requested table was...just to even out the diners for the wait staff. I'll probably still eat at Red Lobster...just not this one.
Attentive service. Had calamari 🐙 appetizer and then the Cajun shrimp 🍤 trio with 2 included sides a loaded baked potato 🥔 and broccoli 🥦 in butter 🧈 The calamari was off...the batter...I couldn't tell you. Could have been my taste buds hadnt eaten all day. Loved the red lobster 🦞 cheese biscuits as always lol. Had just gotten out of the hospital visit to the Mum and Pa was thinking about hitting this thai restaurant an hour away when he saw Red Lobster lol and recalled their commercials and so there we went lol smh
We had a great time at this Red Lobster! Everyone enjoyed their food, I just wish my lobster bisque was a little more flavorful with more lobster. This review is primarily about the service, though. Our waiter, Wade (I think) was wonderful! He was so personable, attentive, patient, accommodating, and even had a lovely sense of humor. Unfortunately, he spilled water on the table, but he was very apologetic and worked to get the spill cleaned up quickly. We were so impressed with this young man and he made our family's experience very enjoyable.
Everything was so delicious. I docked a point because their new menu excludes scallops as an entree choice. They still have them wrapped in bacon, as an appetizer, tho. Also, prices went up a lot.
I would have given the restaurant one star, but our server was sweet and the manager only charged us for one meal when we had four people at the table. First, they brought the wrong type of lobster…
We had a family lunch here with two young children and a senior citizen. Everyone was well served, the food was tasty with large portion and Kiril provided prompt service.
I ordered a 40 dollar platter which I don’t remember the name of but it was relatively small. I didn’t get to try any of the other items on the menu so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt because Red Lobster is so highly acclaimed, but I was overall very disappointed with not only my portions but the meal itself. The small side of shrimp pasta that I had ordered in the platter was pretty tasteless. I think the fried coconut shrimp was pretty good, and you can never go wrong with their bread. My server was very kind and he did not skimp out on anything. He made my experience really great. However, you could definitely get better food with similar price at other restaurants like Cheesecake Factory.
I feel bad for the bartender. Overworked. Too much to keep track of. At this location for 20 minutes and finally had to ask some other waiter/ host for a refill of drink. Seems like a nice place but understaffed. Unfortunate. Picture was a just set down refill. If your budget doesn't allow a full refill please post on your door. And thanks for the reply to my review, however I will NOT ever use social media to converse with a business. Feel free to message me again through maps.
First time at the Fallbrook Red Lobster location. I did come in the last hour and a half before they closed, so I am understanding if things are unavailable. However, this location never indicated that they were out of items, and had a large party they were still serving food to upon me and my partner's arrival. After being seated all Red Lobsters will generally serve you their infamous cheddar biscuits. However the young man serving us took our order but never brought us our basket of biscuits. My partner eventually asked for an order of the biscuits, but the server only came back to my table with one biscuit for me and my partner to share. He stated that's all they have left, and didn't apologize for the inconvenience or attempt to offer an alternative. I ordered a steak with Lobster. The steak was ordered well done but came back pink and undercooked. Had to get a manager at that point because the server disappeared and never came back until it was time to pay our bill. Our bill was well over 140.00 and although the server didn't do a great job serving us, in fairness he isn't the cook. I still gave him a huge tip. Just disappointed with the experience. It's too expensive to go out and eat to have a terrible experience.
Well, initially, I was excited to visit Red Lobster, but after arriving and receiving the news that all the ingredients for the Lobster Boil would not be available, My quest and I soon became disappointed and felt let down. After receiving the meal, well, it was in a bag, and not at all what it appeared to be in the advertisement. And I wasn't satisfied, and probably won't be going back too soon. Consumers beware of the "Lobster Boil." 🦞 I give a rating of 31/2 stars.
Host was polite but the restaurant was pretty empty and it took 15min for a table, I received a salad but no drinks or biscuits for another 15 min, they were pretty much out of everything. Our server seemed less than excited to be at work and I understand but I don’t like the experience I had. This is the reason the company is going outta business and into bankruptcy. Someone has to care enough to show up for customers who are patronizing your business.
I often meet a friend at this Red Lobster as it's about 1/2 way between us. We met today I was early as usual grabbed a drink at the bar. When she arrived we were seated. The bartender was so nice and pleasant. The hostess was also very positive. The waiter should have stayed home.. He was rude I felt rushed and when we asked him to give us a few more minutes he looked put out.. 2 ladies out for lunch no alcohol ( drink at bar was a soda) Almost 48.00$ I understand price are high these days so going out everyday is not a luxury I allow myself anymore. So when I am spending before tip just shy of 50$. At least don't have the attitude that we are bothering you..Stay home.. Food was so so the shrimp fettuccine was gummy.. Almost tasted not saying that it was..that it was warmed up or noodles over cooked.. I just know that having lunch and visiting with a friend was cut short by the waiter. I might think twice about having lunch here again. It's just not what it use to be. And We been meeting for a long time..
Customer service was great but the fo0od was somewhat plain and not worth the price. The mozzarella sticks were okay, not bad but not good either. The Ceasar salad and clam chowder soup were the best dishes and appropriately priced. The alcoholic cocktails are delicious, definitely something I would get again. Aside from that, all the other dishes are either too plain or covered with butter and grease which overpowers any kind of flavor that was originally in the food, specially the lobster and fish. They have many other dishes which I have not tried, but I am not hopeful that they will taste any better
My friends and I came to this Red Lobster to celebrate one of their birthdays. I haven't been to any Red Lobster close to a decade. We made reservations ahead of time. We found parking easily for a Friday night and got seated quickly. Our waiter was had a trainee with him while serving us. We all got the ultimate feast because it's a great deal. It's two entree with two shrimp of the person choice and then two sides. I got mine with the sirloin, salmon, walt favorite shrimp, isle coconut shrimp which the waiter said is a favorite, fries and Mac N cheese. My friends mixed their entrees up. Our food came out quick though and it was a lot of food. I did not like my sirloin steak at all so I wouldn't recommend it. The moment I bit into it, it was like powder with no flavor. I asked for some steak sauce but it didn't help much. The salmon was good being salty. I also did not like the coconut shrimp but the walt favorite shrimp was okay. The fries were fine and I barely touch the Mac N cheese. My friends enjoyed some of their food as well but not all like the steak either. The birthday boy ordered the lobster punch drink which he like. We finished off the night with singing happy birthday and they brought him a brownie overboard dessert.

You really can't go to Red Lobster without mentioning the cheddar bay biscuits they're so good and honestly the best part of the meal every time.\nI ordered the shrimp Alfredo pasta, which was okay…
I went in for dine-in on a Friday night for the first time and was disappointed by the poor level of service. I wanted to have a fish and chips quickly and leave in half an hour. I was seated by the front door person for 10 minutes, without a single person visiting me to even offer a glass of water rather than taking my order. Then I went back to the front and complained about not being served for 10 minutes and asked if it would be faster to place my order to-go, and that person told me it would take approximately 10 minutes. Then I went into the hall and placed my order with a person in charge of take-out orders, again waited and waited for someone to come and charge me, who never did. I was already late by the time they wasted, so I left. I should mention that the restaurant's atmosphere was pleasantly nice and quiet enough for me to give five starts for the atmosphere and one for the service, and since I wasn't given a chance to try their food, despite being very excited to try their fish and chips, left no rating for the food. I used to be a restaurant manager, and I know that given the situation—it was very quiet, and only a handful of people were there—they could definitely do far better than this. Very unpleasant first-time guest experience!
I had dinner at this location last night and the reason I am giving it two stars is because my horrible experience at the bar. The bartender name SAM was a really bad bartender. I order an appletini and I only got half of a drink and when I tried to talk to him he just ignore me, then we moved to our table to have dinner. The food was good and the service in the dining area was very good. I hope the manager gets this complain and does something about it.
Service was wonderful, everyone was very nice. The Food, wasn't all that, way to pricey ,,, I only recommend the fries, steak, baked potato, asparagus & of course the biscuits.
05 months ago my son and I came in for the fish-and-chips. Horrible sent it back. Got the clam shouter instead, very delicious. Since then, we've ordered the clam chowder. That changed the recipe and it's horrible horrible. Go back to the old recipe since then. I've been in there. Ordered the steak and lobster on Wednesday. My steak I ordered medium. It came out rare my lobster was undercooked. Came back just recently, ordered steak and lobster.Medium came out leather and the clam chowder was awful.Go back to your other recipe horrible
We went late so I can't judge the atmosphere. The food unfortunately was very bland. No flavor for the admirals feast and my broccoli was missing the butter sauce that makes it so so tasty. My server was very absentee which made our experience even worse. This was one of my favorite places and we never had an experience like that before.

I ordered a to go order and when I got to the restaurant at the scheduled time. They informed me it will take a couple more minutes. No problem I waited and 20 more minutes went by and then they came out and told me there was a mix up with my order. I had to wait an extra 15 for them to make it. Wasn’t even offered anything… the worst!

Don't order the claim Chowder. No claims will be in the soup .it Should be called flavor of clam chowder..$7.99 is too much for flavor clam soup. Funny, I've mentioned it to the waiter that the last time I ate the soup. There was no clams in it and again. The same thing their quality is really gone. Downhill fast. I recommend they remove it from the menu. Up DATE 6/26/25 service was bad ,food over cooked and dry.1st time I but I was going to get up and walk out!!!!😡 that will be the last time I ever eat there again they should close this place down and make it something else
Soooo embarrassing. We came here for a little date on a weekday. We were literally the only ones in there, and right as we ordered the first thing we were “offered” was a margarita or a drink. First of all why would you offer a drink right of the bat (without me asking) to someone you don’t think is of age. Anyways, I took them up on a happy hour margarita and she asked for my id which I had a picture of but I didn’t bring my bag as my husband was taking me out. I am 30 and look like it , if not older… I explained I had a pic and she barely looked at it and walked away. Then comes back with my husbands beer and says sorry I can’t serve you…ok fine, I understood, but then she says the manager is going to come talk to you. We did not ask for the manager AT ALL… Then he comes over, bends his knees to get at eye level with our table and says “so you had a question about the ID?!” Uhmmm no she already told me she couldn’t serve me as she brought my husbands beer right in front of me.. please sir you don’t have to come over and embarrass me more. PLEASE EVEN IF YOU ARE 80 and don’t want to be embarrassed, then please bring your ID here. If you lost your id or anything make sure u pass this place up, just go to Chili’s..So embarrassing
After I finished my dinner, I went to the restroom and there were roaches everywhere. I assume they are also in the kitchen. I ended up throwing all of my leftovers away because I was afraid of getting sick. I’m so sad about this because I have great memories of this location. But the food quality went down, it was so dead inside, and now this happened.
We asked for twos Surf & Turf Maine Lobster Tail & 7 oz. Sirloin** we asked for MEDIUM rare meat. The first time they brought WELL DONE meat End the second time the same thing The third time they brought a RARE meat. I’m not satisfied with the restaurant , it’s not what I expected of a good restaurant it’s was my wife birthday and I was excited but unfortunately it wasn’t a great experience. The Waiter hi did a awesome job
We had a reservation at 5:30PM. We arrived a tad early, and we were seated by 5:30PM. (I want to clarify that that is well before their rush time; only about 10% of the tables were occupied. It was their slow time.) We ordered by 5:40PM, so...so far, so good. But we ended up leaving after waiting well over ONE HOUR to get our food. That is unacceptable. We left at around 6:45PM or a bit later. I told the manager (who was standing by the hostess near the entrance) that we had been waiting over an hour, but he literally just stood there and said nothing. NO RESPONSE. So we left. There is no excuse WAITING OVER ONE HOUR, especially during that time of day.
My husband and I went to here last night. Red lobster used to be one of our favorite restaurants. Last night the food wasn't that good. And the service was horrible. The woman I believe her name was yarain. We gave her 10 tip to be nice. But honestly we didn't want to give anything. She didn't check on the drinks. She didn't check on us. We had to flag her down to get another drink. And she was just rude and gave us an attitude. We dont plan on going back. The service ruined red lobster for us.
Had a disappointing experience at Red Lobster. Arrived at 6pm, waited 30 minutes for a table for three. Despite wanting endless shrimp, waiter claimed only one order per group, leading to confusion and two friends ordering surf n' turf. Called the next day, and Red Lobster confirmed we should have all received endless shrimp. Disappointed and felt misled.
