Riot House is definitely one of the highlights of my stay at Andaz West Hollywood. The chicken wings are absolutely incredible and honestly some of the best I have had in the United States. They are flavorful, perfectly cooked, and really stand out on the menu. I highly recommend trying them and not skipping over this dish. The salad was decent and fresh but did not quite reach the same level as the wings. One of the other things I really enjoyed was the non-alcoholic Mai Tai. It was so good that we ended up ordering three rounds each. The flavors were well balanced and refreshing which made it a perfect complement to the meal. The service throughout our dinner was warm and attentive. The staff made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive and their friendly attitude added to the positive atmosphere. Speaking of atmosphere, Riot House has a really fun and lively vibe. It is a great place to come for a casual dinner where you can enjoy delicious food, good drinks, and a vibrant energy. Whether you are staying at the hotel or just visiting the area it is definitely worth a visit. Overall this restaurant left a great impression and I would happily return on my next trip.
So i was ambling about the Sunset Strip area and i found this little place....pro tip: entrance is *through* the hotel lobby, i found out the hard way 😅😝... the Valet outside explained the "why" (i think his name was Vince) and from there i figured it out. Marvin at the bar was wonderful, personable, and happy to be there working 16years!!! Wow --- this speaks very well of a place if you keep your staff happy to this degree of longevity--- i love hearing this as a patron because it makes it easy to come back. My avocado toast was very good... i slowly savoured every bite and the poppyseed bread/lemon zest was a very interesting variation of Avocado Toast. Oh, and they had ice cold Diet Coke which made me supremely happy. Thank you for a great little breakfast 💯🌈
I had breakfast here while staying at the hotel and I thought it was pretty good. I especially enjoyed the potatoes and the ham. I also liked that on one day, the orange juice wasn’t fresh squeezed like they usually are, and the server told me this so I could switch to a different juice. I did find the portion sizes weirdly inconsistent day by day though, my iced latte and orange juice came in a different sized cup each day, and my bowl of fruit was nearly triple the size the first time compared to the second time I ordered it. Service is pretty slow as the restaurant gets quite busy. I noticed many diners around me on multiple days had breakfast packages from the hotel, so it’s nice to see food quality wasn’t cut.
It’s my first full day in LA. I thought it was a lame move to eat at the hotel instead of going out but I took the lazy road! Honestly, I had a great experience. Definitely stop in for coffee + breakfast if you are staying at the Andaz. We shared the corned beef benny and an almond croissant. Check the pics - it was the biggest croissant I’ve ever seen!!! 🥐🥐🥐 The service was a home run 🪐Andrew was our waiter and he was so friendly and attentive. Little things make a big difference for me… He split the benny into two dishes because we mentioned that we were sharing. He asked if I wanted ketchup or hot sauce (always a yes from me 🤌🏽🔥🥵) before the food came out. And he put in this care while the place was pretty full! I also saw the manager/host going around to tables and checking in with guests. Great staff all around.
The food and drinks are good here! The drinks taste so fresh, the bartenders are really skilled and the whole staff is great. I'd definitely go back to stay here

It's both a nice bar and restaurant. The food was yummy and the drinks were also amazing. The staff were nice and attentive. The flavors of the food was also sensational.I would really love to recommend this place to you.
Are breakfast and lunch during my stay. Breakfast was very good and the lunch was great. The crispy media luna chicken tacos and the tortilla soup were perfect. My server Jose could not have been any better. Highly recommend.
This bar and food experience was great. I did forget to take pictures. The waiter/bartender was not only helpful and very friendly....we was sexy ;-) The late night drinks and snack was just perfect. Total top notch experience.
Really great place to stay and eat with amazing views over the city. Staff very friendly and so helpful a great place to stay while in LA. with some interesting musical history 😊
very impressive contemporary decor with outstanding french-style food. portion sizes were appropriate. food quality is outstanding. service is very unpretentious and friendly. wine, which was a bargain, paired perfectly with the food. this is one of the best restaurants in la. (2nd visit) was as good as the first. one of the few restaurants in la of this caliber that has an affordable wine list.
Great place to eat. Very chilled and happy hour drinks are a decent price. The staff especially Jaylee is amazing. Very attentive and looked after my sister and I. Truffle fries and tagitelle were very tasty. After you've eaten, admire some of the artwork.

In my view this is primarily a restaurant attached to the Andaz hotel. Translation: very expensive for casual dining. That said, the breakfast was quite extensive with everything from fruit to meats and omelets to order. It is a nice space and the coffee was decent. Would I visit the space if I was not traveling - probably not.
The food is appetizing and tasty though nothing about the offerings are particularly outstanding in terms of flavor and presentation compared to other offerings in area. Convenient for a quick bite if you are staying at the Andaz though I would venture to other restaurants if you are just passing through or visiting the area. Overall, I was whelmed with my experience here and would visit again only if I were, again, a guest at the Andaz to take advantage of room charging for points bonuses. Edit: Breakfast is really tasty! Definitely enjoyed their breakfast offerings moreso than the lunch/dinner menu!
Nice decor. Excellent service. My burger was very good. Good happy hour.
Good service, but the food was nothing out of ordinary....

Ate here because I stayed here but if I wasn't I don't think I'd go out of my way. The service was really nice. The guy was super friendly. It was pretty slow but it was also just him. The prices are higher but pretty comparable to other hotels. I got a vegetarian breakfast burrito and honestly it was a good burrito but I feel like $20 for just the burrito but no sides is a bit much for me. But that's just me. In reality it's a pretty average price. Anyways food was good, service was great, atmosphere is nice but overall nothing to write home about.

Went for brunch so can't judge too much of atmosphere but the small brunch menu had all the basics including delicious croissant breakfast sandwiches (2 small ones, not one big one) and their waffles were just the way I like them - crispy on the outside. I wouldn't mind going again but it wasn't anything to write home about.
I was in the area and wanted to have an alcoholic beverage while relaxing on a patio, watching vehicles driving down "The Strip." The only place open where I could get a drink, at that hour, 10:40 am, and only a Mimosa or Bloody Mary, was the bar at the Andaz Hotel, Riot House. Service was good but besides the drink charge, they add in a srvc charge, a RH benefit charge, food & beverage tax plus Ca tourism assessment fee. The waiter was personable so I gave him a 25% gratuity anyway. Too many hidden charges.

The food is decent, but definitely not worth what they charge. They have standard hotel restaurant dishes but with gourmet level pricing. Doesn’t add up. On top of the inflated prices, there are other surprise fees you’ll see on your bill after. Yay! They don’t alert customers to this ahead of time, but they have a shady practice of adding an 18% additional “Service Charge” to your bill. Just because. When I asked about it, they said that charge is the gratuity. But there’s still a line for gratuity. And again, they explain none of this unless you ask. Seems deceptive, and I’m not even sure the Service Charge really goes to the servers. But I wasn’t going to double-tip either, paying 40% extra on top of the inflated prices. That whole thing left a sour taste in my mouth, and is enough for me not to return. The servers were okay, but I could hardly get their attention even in the mostly empty restaurant. One acted like she’d rather not be working at all. The other was nice. Still, slow service over all though. I’m staying at the hotel for a few days, but after that bummer of an experience the first evening, I won’t return. There are plenty of other options around that offer better food, service, prices, and no mysterious surprise fees at the end.

horrible service, breakfast took over a hour to order and even get any food. Didnt even get served water.
Riot House had awful food and service. Checked into the hotel on a Friday and went downstairs later that evening for dinner cause we were tired but wanted a bite to eat. They had zero servers or hostesses that sat you. The bartender was the only person working; taking drink and food orders and bringing out the food. We had to get our own silverware from a other table cause our table was not set. The food menu was very limited. I ordered the chicken and it was cold and still chewy the carrots that came with it were hard. I have to say the cooked kale greens that came with the dish was the only edible part. Overall food and service was awful and a rip off for such a nice classy establishment.
