Great boba tea! The owner is always so friendly and nice. There are a few board games to play as well. The teas tend to be on the sweeter side, so I always ask for less sweet. But everything is non-dairy and the boba is always fresh!

This is a place I visit when I want to drink boba. Every time I go, I feel that the owner is very kind and honest. The taste is also very good. First-time customers get a free drink when they order their next drink. There are various types of drinks. There are also desserts. If you think of delicious boba and dessert, I recommend it!

Very generous boba size (that still fits in a standard cup holder) and delicious, robust tea flavor. Too many places have a watered down tea taste, but this was full bodied and fresh tasting. The taro cheesecake had a great taro flavor that with a hint of coconut. I'm usually not a cheesecake or coconut person, but this was a 10/10 cheesecake in terms of flavor and texture. The apple tart was warm and had that autumn-in-a-bite cinnamon taste to it. I'd recommend this place to anyone reading this review and trying to choose a boba place.

ATTENTION Los Angeles Best Dessert in all of LA! I went for the chocolate and peanut butter bread pudding! Truly a hidden gem located on Santa Monica blvd this place is dishing out the most elite and HUGE cheesecakes, bread puddings, bobas, and much more!!! The prices are very reasonable and as I mentioned the portion sizes are huge I’d recommend sharing the bread pudding but it was so delicious I ate the entire thing! The ability to eat all of this and not wake up with a stomach ache tells you that this place knows what they are doing and the ingredients are superb!! You have to check out this place if you’re in LA and have a sweet tooth.

Quick service electronic kiosk for ordering. It’s one really friendly man doing everything, so be sweet to him! I ordered the peach slush with boba & lychee jelly. It was a surprisingly large cup! My friend got the homemade taro cheesecake, i’m not a huge cheesecake fan but his was amazing!! Loved it and we can’t wait to try all the flavors. Some indoor seating as well as the outdoor seating. Weho parking is difficult as always

I happened to walk across this place on a stroll to get out some and see LA since I hadn’t in a minute between work and going straight home. This place did not disappoint as it caught my eye on the way to the bus stop. It had a very niche, cute orange modern interior through these unique slide doors that was very warm and new. The tables were accompanied with board games inside for groups. I ordered off the kiosk, a strawberry green tea with popping mango + strawberry boba and regular boba. The order was delivered in this unique, cute design of a faux clear plastic cola can. The owner, I presume, greeted me not once but twice while ordering to insure that I had no problem ordering and to mention that he had a first time customer offer when signing up by phone number. He also came out to hand deliver it to me while waiting. His top tier hospitality and pride for his work gave a very nostalgic mom and pop shop energy that this busy street of LA is so sorely lacking and I’m very appreciative. I’ll definitely come back with company next time to peruse the board games and some other menu items.

The guy who runs it is the nicest! Forgot to click boba on my milk teas (comes with) and he came out of the kitchen to double check. They run great deals, have fun games and cards, and good people watching on Santa Monica Blvd!

Ignore the already eaten flan because it was that good. LOL. Flan is usually a hit or miss and this texture was perfect! Definitely an Asian inspired flan, but everything (boba and hot tea) was on point for texture, sweetness, flavor. One of our favorites in this area.

I absolutely love this bubble tea place! The flavors are fantastic. However, I think they could improve by adding more comfortable seating and enhancing the sitting area.

I just got a chance to try this boba place this morning. I had their taro milk and it was absolutely delicious! I love the creamy texture and taro flavor, I strongly recommend giving this place a try if you're in the area! They have so many other drink options!

The best Boba and cheesecakes in town! The owner is so friendly, attentive, and charming always willing to help. The place is always so clean and their sitting area is so relaxing. My favorite spot to have something sweet and talk with friends.
