Teara did a great job with our service at the table. She memorized the full order for a table of eight. She was friendly and efficient.

Food was great, place is nice and very friendly. The customer service from Bella was very friendly, respectful, she did provide a excellent service taking our food order. We are happy dave and buster have her as part of its team.

Came to Dave & busters to bring the kids to have a fun day, sat down to eat and from the moment we sat we were treated with the best hospitality you could ask for by Kaylah .Attentive, smiling ,good speaking and facing skills, kind especially to my son who was a little rambunctious. Checked on us multiple times for drinks. couldn’t have asked for better service. And I’m saying this because I myself own a restaurant and expect my crew to be as welcoming as kaylah was. Also the manager Tina I believe assisted us with a stuffed animal for my son and I can’t thank her enough! saved us a meltdown. Will be only coming to this location from now on.

Jay was awesome. I came in with an idea of how my visit was going to go before I walked in, I thought I knew exactly what I wanted. Little did I know, Jay knew just how to make an average experience something spectacular. I was texting my friends between games telling them how much fun I was having and what a great deal it was. Dinner and entertainment, Jay really helped me navigate the plethora of options. 10/10, I’d dine and game again!

Kayla really made our visit fantastic with her top-tier customer service! She’s fast, friendly, knowledgable, and personable. I highly recommend going to the Westminster location- I always have fun here.

We come to D&B's a lot but we agree this location is the best. Teara is great! We were happy to dine in then play some games.

Our server, Jackson, was amazing!! We had a large party and he was super attentive and helped make decisions for those of us that needed his input. He was spot on!! The kids had fun and were totally entertained with the games that are offered the entire time! We'll definitely be back!!! Thank you!!

We had a great experience, especially thanks to our server Spencer. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made a big difference for us dining with a young child. He was patient, kid-friendly, and helped make the whole meal feel relaxed and enjoyable. Spencer really added to the overall experience, and we’ll definitely be back because of the great service.

Dom was incredible!! Helped us figure out how to manage 6 cards and combining points / tickets and helped me navigate the app ! Also made my son feel like a super star on his 6th birthday tonight. You have a gem with him . Thank you so much Dom. My so had an amazing birthday, my dad and step brother did too . Three birds one stone !

Stopped by real quick to hang out with family. Wasn’t planning on eating but we had a quick meal, and our server Aidan was very kind and super awesome! Helped us with everything and beyond!

Jay is awesome I'm a platinum member and I frequently come here. I also use to be a waiter at a different establishment and I saw compared to everyone else at Dave Busters he had the best service and was fast. His reload time on drinks was instant. We didn't even need to ask for refills he reloaded and had awesome service. Give this GOAT a raise

It is more expensive than when I last visited but they have also updated games. I like that I can sit in the bar area while the kids play. Yaretsi is a great server! She is kind and attentive.

The service from Kelso has always been top notch. We never have to ask for refills on drinks and she remembers us every time we come in, even when she doesn’t wait on us. The food has also improved along with the addition to the new games. My daughter and I come here every time she’s in town.

We had Yaretsi as our server and she was great. The food was actually much better than expected also! Fun that we can eat and the kids can play

We really enjoy the ambience at Dave & Buster’s. The food is pretty good and the gaming environment is always clean and well kept. Every now and then you get a machine that malfunctioning, but the technicians are very happy to give you a refund or additional credits on another device.

Went over to the game service desk to reload a card. Had to wait a min but as well worth it. We had the pleasure of working with Karen. She was a delight and joy to have help us. She was frazzled for having to cover several different positions. She was still able to provide us with excellent service. Ran into her a couple more times through out the evening and was still a help+joy. We will be back to see Karen again.

We visited it in my son’s birthday and spent a wonderful time. The food was yummy and service was great. I like the place because you can eat and kids play at the same time.

Spent the evening with my family at D & B. Had a good time then tried some good food!

9/4/23- We stopped here to kill some time before a movie. About average for a Dave & Buster's. My mom really liked her vegetarian meal, but the asparagus was dried out. My nachos were good, just a little small of a serving size. It is nice that they have a military discount on food and drinks.

Pretty much a giant arcade with grill food and toys-for-tickets. The games range in cost, most of which seemed to be in the 13.25 units range.. If I remember right, $25 buys you around 100 units, so pretty much quarters. And the toys can also be bought for something like $1 per 100 tokens.. And, people were buying! Pretty good biz model! --------- In response to the owner, the food here (including the "healthier" items) wreaks havoc on us after consumption and we don't have significant allergies.. Offering truly healthier food choices at more reasonable prices would be helpful. Reducing game prices would be considerate;13.5 units or about $3.38 for 90-second games like Fruit Ninja is crazy expensive. Not sure you can really change those without changing your biz model though. Four stars was a compliment on cleanliness more than anything else.

The atmosphere was great so was the service, my server Jackson was very helpful and friendly. He helped us a understand the powerplay and other options

Solid family fun. If you can stick to the pay and play menu, its a pretty good deal. Otherwise, probably a bit overpriced. But your kids will love it

My son and I love it! We just would like to see some new games. But other than that a great place to play eat and drink. The drinks are strong and the food was delicious. Thank you.

Bella was a great server! Edit: responding to D & B’s response to me. A place like this will never get a full 5 star review. The only thing that could change that is if you lower your prices.

Food was good. Just a little bummed that you can't get appetizers fully with tickets anymore. Yaretsi was super nice and came to check on us multiple times, and got our orders perfect. Atmosphere is good, a bit loud but can still talk pretty well.

Food was okay but not great for the price. Games are way to expensive. And drink prices were ridiculous. $30 for one double tall margarita. $20 game play gets you about 15 games. Also an annoying girl offered us photos of our group.. free to capture, free to print, but $20 to take home

Our waiter Gabe was the highlight of our trip in. That and the banana pudding pie… Other than that, the food was pretty bad and it seemed like every damn game was broken. 100 years ago when I was a teenager, I remember attendants at Jolly Time trying to fix games as fast as they were breaking. That is not the case here. Not really an arcade just a kid casino pushing crap for tickets. Left with money on my card maybe for the first time ever… do better D&B.

Dave & Buster’s is basically a casino for kids—with all the lights, sounds, and some of the same heartbreak. My kids love it, and I get it: there’s plenty of fun to be had. But too many games are held together by duct tape and hope. Card scanners don’t always work, the basketball game took my credits but had no balls, the bowling sim fed me a ball long after the timer ended, and the Marvel game ran out of cards entirely. The Cyberpunk shooter felt like it was firing BBs at random speeds for comedy effect. Add in water-stained ceiling tiles, and the place could definitely use some love. My kids walk away thrilled every time, but I just can’t seem to look past the flaws—that’s why I leave this one conflicted.

Service at the front door was not it at this location. Inexperienced, unwelcoming & lack of communication by the young lady. Most games were in working order! Bar tender was great & we enjoyed her service! The raspberry tea was delicious 😋 my kiddos & nephew got icees! Upon leaving a different young lady was awesome! We didn't eat this time around!

I had fun here but I didn’t really feel like they’re very upfront about the price of the dine and play. The website says 19.99 then it says 23.99 when you get there and then that wasn’t really the case either because the subtotal before tax was actually 25 and some change. Then it didn’t come with a coke or anything and after tax and gratuity it was really like $40. I just felt a little misled by the advertising. Food was decent, service sitting at the bar was meh, but I enjoyed playing the games. I’d probably just buy the game card here next time.

Nothing works here! Came here last night and legit at least 40-50% games were not working, not even exaggerating. Never seen so many reds anywhere, and even bunch of the greens just took your money and gave an error message on the screen. So frustrating. Two stars because the bartender was awesome.

Every time I came to this location there's never been anybody in front. The servers take about 5 to 10 minutes to even welcome you or take your drink order. The food is at least decent. Games are okay I think they have a better selection at the other location. Service in the Toy department sucks, I guess that's what happens when you have kids run it. I stood in line while obviously the person in front of me was having an issue with the computer they had to call a manager that's fine. There was a little kid that just kept jumping in front of me like I wasn't in line his dad told him multiple times that I was ahead of him. The child got the attention of the employee told him what he wanted and handed him his card. Of course the employee took care of the child and completely ignored the fact that I was next. Then proceeded to take care of somebody else he let in front of me also. Then just said he was sorry, without a chair in the world. I come to Dave & Buster's office to celebrate my child's achievements of school. At least a couple times a month, doubtful that I'll be returning to this location.

Staff members looked at me completely clueless when asked about seating , acted like they were dead, had TJ ask a woman who again looked confused when I asked if there was somewhere my 82 year old mother could sit and not have to climb into a chair . Waiter was excellent in order taking , HOWEVER , th cool has no clue what the term “ medium well “ is . My steak came out well done …other than that …food was enjoyable I guess ..my mom loved the ribs even tho a half rack is what she ordered and if what came out was a half rack of ribs , that was a very small half rack . Also, haven’t seen the waiter since he took our order , so idk how to really explain this . Haven’t been asked if we needed a refill on our drinks …the atmosphere is great , but the customer service needs some major work. I ownded my own restaurant in 2019 before covid shut it down in 2020 . If you guys need me to apply for the kitchen position to show your cooks how to actually cook..Please let me know ..your place is outstanding however , your employees need ALOT of re-training .haven’t been here since my son lost his last phone here due to theft and NO HELP from staff to attempt to even locate it ..don’t know if we will be coming back to this location at all after tonight . I hear the centennial location is way better with much better customer service ..if we decide to come back …it will be to that location, not the Westminster location …

The nachos had no cheese, the waiters took forever, and the burgers were dry. Really not worth the money spent. Smaller selection of games compared to other game arcades.

My son's birthday was 2/21 he wanted to come here so he could play games and spend time with the family. But since we reserved a table we were told we couldn't all leave the table at the same time, someone had to be at the table at all times. So us all hanging out to together was impossible. After spending over $300 you would think we wouldn't had to worry about loosing our table. And the food wasn't that great. So imagine spending a bunch of money not to even hangout with your family and the food being just okay.

Had to wait ten minutes to get utensils for our entrees. Had to ask for water 3 times to get some. No toilet paper in the bathroom stalls. Half the games were out of order. Save your money - better options close by.

Came for a birthday party. Been here over an hour and no wait staff even said hello. Even got the manager involved after 30 min. There were 3 servers when we first came but 2 disappeared. The server that finally helped us was super sweet. It was not her section but she helped us anyway. Many of the games were broken and the chairs were in desperate need of repair. The manager never came back to check on us.

We are a 2 Combat veterans my wife and I took our child and our grandkids to Dave and busters 4 adults and 4 children we spent $ 488.00 another patren fell into my wife and grand daughter hurt her broke her glasses she got someone who worked there who threw her glasses away and told her to get over it, I spoke to 2 supervisor 1was a district manager and got brushed off WOW I highly do not recommend the Dave and Busters in Westminster. So tired of bigger companies treating people like shit and it's supposed be ok to do this . Don't go there unless you want to be treated badly at a VERY HIGH PRICE , Us it cost $ 488.10 NEVER AGAIN

Came with friends from work to get some food and games. It took ages for anyone to take our order and half the table finished their food before the other half got any food at all. My food never came at all. I walked across the street to Dave’s Chicken and had food in less than ten minutes. Do better guys! Won’t come back to this location.

This applies to everyone except the bartender who seemed to be the only one working today. I have to say I had a great time for most of the day but there were two machines that took credits and didn't give me anything. One acted like it was playing but wouldn't drop any balls. No big deal small credits. Then, I won a prize that was stuck in the machine. There was NOONE around except other customers. I tried going towards the kitchen area, nobody but the bartender. As he was busy as hell, I asked a fellow costumer to help me. Then trying to redeem tickets. "push button for service" sign on a button that does nothing. Stood there twice trying to get someone. Other people rang it trying to redeem tickets and one costumer tried to ring his own stuff up because no one came. This is sad. I came here because it had my favorite coin pusher. The only one around who does. I won't be back. I'd love someone to reach out to me as this was absolutely frustrating and stupid.
