My favorite place to get cheap food that taste great! The staff is always cheerful and hard working!
Sometimes our schedules do not give us a lot of time to eat, it’s nice to have a place at you can get a hot meal prepared when you order it, that doesn’t break the bank.
I would have gave a five-star all the way across the bar except my grilled cheese I always get grilled cheese with bacon, and I cannot lie dairy Queen beat y'all the toast was not buttery it was very dry, the bacon tasted very old. But your worker Eli, so nice, friendly, happy to be doing his job it's hotter than Hades outside and he is just happily walking along and cheering people up and doing his job I think he deserves a raise and y'all need more employees like him. I hate that if you use a debit card you cannot tip your employees! I never carry cash and that man deserves a $10 tip on my $20 order thank you Eli for putting a smile on this tired customers face
Julia is my absolute favorite! She is always friendly with a smile! She always ask about condiments and extras. She always confirms the order is right. She also always has a dog treat for my fur-baby. All the car hops are friendly and efficient. Food is hot and correct! We use the app every time for the perks and drive-in pick up our order with little to no waiting. This sonic has improved 100% than what it was in the past.
Good food, good service, however the car hops need to check that orders are accurate before taking them out, when I come I always spend around 40 bucks and almost every time something is missing from my order. If the car hops would check and make sure all food and drinks are present in an order before taking them out it would save wasted gas and time from having to drive back to get the rest of my order.
Very disappointed half price drinks have gone away. I use to go several times a week and now I don’t go at all. $7 for 2 drinks is ridiculous! You have lost a lot of money from my family as we were there getting drinks all the time and would almost always purchase food as well.
Have to double-check my order because 8 out of 10 times something is missing or not right. They don't always make chicken sandwiches fresh. I had very old meat sold to me, but I caught it, and they replaced it. So maybe just ask for everything you order to be made fresh to order.
My son and husband love eating here. Their food is always good. I always order the same thing and it's on the app. My order never comes out consistent, however. I have learned to check my food before I leave...
Fast delivery but the food/sauce/drinks were literally all wrong. I thought we were given a different order at first but it was the correct receipt and technically food items. Just very very wrong! Check the order before you leave
I just went to the sonic in whitehouse and I ordered a burger with mustard, ketchup, and chili. I got home and the burger had only the meat. It was really disappointing considering I payed a good amount extra for the chili to be put on the burger. As well as this one of the workers came outside with a blank look on her face and just stood in front of our car staring at us before asking where “the guy” went. Obviously we had no idea what this meant but she looked very concerned. She continued to pace for a minute asking where he went but again we had no idea who she was looking for. Now I would have no problem helping her but I’m not getting payed hourly to look for “the guy” like she was. Instead I was too busy being distracted by the girl that brought out my food. She stumbled. Started reading my order. Stumbled again and then just stared at me until I finished what she was attempting to say. Really weird experience that lacked professionalism. Thumbs down for me
They can never seem to get my order right. Consistently in the past order was messed up. Was given credit for meals, but even then they messed up on that. Management and staff was changed, was better for a little bit, but has gone back to consistently having orders messed up. Like ordering a cheese burger and all the modifiers on the receipt are correct, but I get home and there is no cheese on a CHEESEburger, and the modifications were completely ignored. Would not recommend this sonic unless you want the gamble that they might make your food right even when it is rang up correctly
Don't waste your money here! - My double burger was only a single patty! -Light ice drinks were packed with extra ice! -My seasoned pickle fries had NO seasoning of any kind and were cold! - 1 order of fries only had like 10 fries in it and were cold! -I order extra side of sauce and was charged for it. I GOT NOTHING! -I was given no receipt! Wasted almost $40 on what wasn't even worth $10!
Ordered a kids CHEESEBURGER meal, plain and dry. Just cheese and meat. The fact that it was brought out without cheese wasn't the issue. The carhop asked to see the burger for proof of no cheese. I showed her. She went inside for 5 min and came back only to ask for the burger to add cheese to. Then 5 min later comes out with the burger and an 87 cent bill for me for the cheese!!! REALLY?! Sonic you really need some customer service skills because this is not it!
I work right next to this location. When we work we can't leave the location for food or drinks and sometimes we get stuck without and this sonic was nice enough to walk 5 extra feet past their parking spots to hand us our pick up orders. Not sure what changed but now they are refusing to walk the extra few feet for us cause they consider that delivery when they aren't leaving their parking lot. Half the time the order is wrong but I've never complained cause they were so helpful.
So unfortunately I don't like writing bad reviews but this place has scared me. Me and my partner have gotten food poisoning three times in a row from eating here. I don't know if it's just something isn't cleaned properly or that maybe they need to change their gloves more often but I probably won't eat here again
Do not try calling this location, they take the phone off the hook so it never rings and even if it does ring they still don't answer the phone. We finally took our break and we drove over and there were 3 cars in total in their parking lot. You might need to get some better management in place And maybe look into what your employees are actually doing on the clock.
Placed an order on the mobile app. For two red bull slushes. Arrived one minute before pick up, some with someone inside, they said they'd be right out. Didn't get my drinks until I pushed the button on the screen and let them know I'd been there for 10 mins waiting on two drinks. Disappointed
My first time to ever stop here after coming to Whitehouse for over 15 years to see family... If I could give 0 stars for quality. I would. I'd give 4 stars for the friendliness of person at microphone and carhop. But 0 stars for quality of the food we ordered. The chicken strips were burnt they were dark brown and even tasted burnt. The tater tots were a dark brown not golden brown and were so hard to eat that we hollered at a man that we thought was a manager that came out to deliver a drink to some one. Showed him the food told him our complaint and his response was this " that's the way they are supposed to be that's the way they come". No tater tots are not dark brown they are almost golden white when they are still frozen. We just threw everything away. Won't come back either.
