I have to say that the Whataburger in Whitesboro,Tx was wonderful today!!! Pablo the store manager was so friendly (everyone was) but today was special.. We took the residents from Cedar Ridge Rehabilitation from Pilot Point,Tx for their .75 celebration… food service was excellent, atmosphere was clean…. and the residents enjoyed every bit of it, we will definitely go back there.. Thankyou again for making the residents feel loved today

Really good place. The fajita taco was awesome. My burger was very good. The fries were great and the spicy ketchup was a treat. Wish they had this place up north.

Very nice and clean location, better than the one in gainesville for sure and foods always fresh everytime we go. 4 stars because not enough parking and so many drive thru spaces taking additional parking even though the lobby isn't full somehow the lot is full of cars

I’m from the west coast and had heard about the Whataburger vs In & Out arguments, so when I finally had it for the first time, my expectations were high. When asked what I thought, my response was, “More like whatadisappointment!” That was a year ago, somewhere near Dallas. We were back visiting family again and hit a different location. My girlfriend is a huge fan of both franchises, so I gave them a second chance. While I wasn’t a fan of the burger I purchased on my first visit(truth is, it wasn’t bad, but I was expecting to get blown away and have it absolutely smash In & Out and it didn’t) this time I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich(In & Out doesn’t make a chicken sandwich period, so I can’t compare the two establishments.) I’ve had many spicy chicken sandwiches and this matched most of them in terms of flavor and quality. I wouldn’t say it knocked my socks off, but it did surprise me since I was expecting disappointment again. My reaction now? “Whatacomeback!”

Went in to grab a quick bite. I went to the bathroom while my boyfriend waited. He was still waiting to place an order because the family in front of us did not speak or understand Englush and the restaurant was trying to assist them with ordering. We left. The wait wasnt worth it.

Go here a lot. Today lobby is closed. Ordered fries and a drink. Took forever to get through the drive thru line. Fries were luke warm and could barely chew them. Girl at window was trying to talk to next customer on headset. Never uttered a word to us. This is out of the norm for this location and Whataburgers in general. Not sure what was going on but it meant I spent over $6 for a subpar order. Hope they get the problem fixed.

Sick and tired of something always missing or messed up. Charging all that money for sauces you better REMEMBER TO PUT IT IN THERE. Absolutely sick of it. Not to mention the food sometimes just being blatantly old. Taking all that time to making me wait to make the food and you cant give me fresh food? And it isn't just me. While waiting for the order 2 other people came in to complain about their orders being messed up. Unbelievable that you mess up THIS MUCH and THIS CONSISTENTLY.

They didn’t give us any chicken strips with our chicken strip meal, then wouldn’t refund us bc they didn’t have a receipt. But it was paid by card yet they couldn’t look up the transaction.

I came in there to get a drink and run to the restroom during a roadtrip with my sister. I guess there was a party that night or something because every teenager in there was drunk, screaming, vaping, and worst of all driving. Anyways, I walk into the restroom and there is a girl throwing up in the stall with the door open, another girl runs in saying she’s now going to throw up. She aimed for the trash can but it got all over my shoes and jeans. I then found out this is a VERY normal thing for this town and that Friday nights are MUCH worse. I wish they would do something to stop the drinking and driving.

This has got to be the slowest Whataburger in the mornings. 25 min for a chicken butter biscuit is crazy. I wouldn’t waste my time here. You can go through McDonald’s drive thru 5 times before you get through once at Whataburger. Waiting for 20 min and being asked to pull up to wait more is irritating. It’s a small meal. I only ordered one thing.

My husband got our family food here tonight, September 24th, 2025. First, they took our order correctly and then didn't give us one entire meal and my husband didn't find that out till he got home. Then he went back and spoke to the manager who was rude and dismissive and gave him a refund on just the single entree and not the entire meal that was missing and ONLY gave him back the entree (buffalo nuggets). Gave him no fries, no ranch, no anything. Promised him the whole meal would be refunded and that didn't happen. She was rude and the service honestly just sucked. This location isn't always like that. But this "manager" was horrible. We got cold hard fries, incomplete meals, and double fried hard cold buffalo nuggets as half a replacement meal. I don't ever write reviews, but she shouldn't be working there because she doesnt care at all, and that's coming from someone who has worked customer service and knows how it can be. Acting like giving us our food isn't her job and then acting like a fresh reasonable replacement comes out of her pocket is crazy.
