Melissa is one of the best GMs that this particular Sonic has ever had! I can always tell when she is on duty because the food comes out at an appropriate time, and it's not sloppy and it's made correctly. She keeps the store clean on the inside and outside and she trains all of her employees to make sure the customers are always happy! There has only been a handful of times that I have been there where I've had complaints but I was able to reach out to her and she took care of it right then and there. That is what a real boss does! Also I want to give props to a young lady named Lexi or lex, she took my order on the box and brought out my food and her personality was everything! She took care of me to the fullest extent and I even gave her a $5 tip and I don't do that very often! 🤟🏻👏🏻
I absolutely love how much this particular location has improved with the management under Melissa! She is very attentive to her customers needs and even her employees needs! She keeps the parking lot clean and nice. She always greets you with a smile, no matter what she is feeling that day! She trained her staff to not only do the work correctly but also shows them how to carry themselves and does that by the way she carries herself! She is a very good example for any teenager that works there and as a whole, she is a great person! I'm very proud of her and all that she has done for this Sonic location!
Perfect place to grab a snack on a summer day! My sisters and I love coming to grab pretzels and slushies on warm afternoons. So far no problems but we are also sticking to basic orders, no meals :)
Just another Sonic. No different from all the others in the world which is not a bad thing.
Sonic is so good. It's just a classic restaurant that I hope holds up for a long time! The burgers are great. The chili coney is great. The chicken is kinda bad, but that's just my opinion. Now that tropical slush tastes like PURE CHEMICALS, it was disgusting. My only complaint for the restaurant itself. The other complaint is for the mobile app, which is a different review!
It's ok at best... The food we ordered wasn't quite right... And we had to ask for our condiments twice .. .. I think we only received 4 napkins with 3 orders... And two of which were soggy ( Naturally that way) and we had to ask for forks too... So .. in a nut shell.... It'll do in a pinch...
It is what it is. A fast food burger place. Definitely not worth what they changed but I can see how we need one so close to the lake.
Car hop kid was nice, but my burger had no bacon, which I paid extra for. Also, the bottom bun was very hard to bite into. Check your food before leaving.
They got my order wrong, but they fixed it, sort of. I wanted a brownie blast, but ended up with a cup of vanilla ice cream with only a few brownie pieces sprinkled on top. No brownie once you get past the top layer. What a rip off. Please do better.
Got two medium blasts, one had a red hair in it after the second bite. It was from our carhop joshlen, she had a visor brim with her red stripped hair in a high bun and it was blatantly hers. No apology just a remade and a have a good day.
I haven't bought a burger for over 5 years. Today I was going to splurge. I wish I would have fought the urge. I bought a #3 Combo, no cheese, substitute mayo and ketchup for mustard, and the works. I have no idea what that brown thing that's suppose to be a meat patty is. That is NOT meat! It was thin and so weird tasting that I couldn't eat another bite. I opened the sandwich and inside was the hard tasteless ends of a tomato, 5 little chunks of onion, a couple of thinly shredded pieces of lettuce. The pickles were good. The bun was okay. The burger as a whole was awful. The french fries were definitely fried in grease that needed to be cleaned a long time ago. They did not taste like french fries. They tasted like grease, and not any potato I've tasted. Cold and very stale. I never write a bad review if I write one at all. I just wasted $11 on something I wouldn't pay 11 cents for. I am utterly disappointed! This place spoiled the one time I really wanted a burger that I didn't have to cook myself. I can not believe I paid money for that. It ended up in my trash with only 2 bites taken. One bite I didn't enjoy and the other bite to make sure I was tasting it right. yeah... never again will I go there. WOW... I want me money back!!! I am completely disappointed!
Stopped by to get a Sonic Blast. The ice cream was sour and obviously spoiled that I couldn’t even eat it. I hope they can do better at checking their ice cream because it’s going to get someone sick.
Rude workers. They forgot about my drink. I watched someone order a full meal 5 min after me and receive it before me. Mind you all I order was a drink then the girl decided to have an attitude. I wish I could take my tip back. DO NOT DO TO THIS LOCATION.
1 overall because of how horrible the food was. My wife picked up lunch recently and the coney footlong I got was not cooked. I'm not talking that it wasn't hot. It wasn't cooked. It was no different than taking a hot dog straight out of the package and eating it as you did as a kid. Onion rings are cooked in some kind of batter so sweet after a couple of them I couldn't stomach any more.
The food at the sonic is good but they can never get an order right I get the same thing every time I go I get a number four. No let us know. Tomato keep the pickles and onions, tater tots with cheese and a cherry limeade with nerd candy in it. They can never get that order right either the burgers dry, which is cheese or it’s got everything on it and if they get the burger right they get the drink and the talk wrong. I can’t figure it out and we’re talking about 25 trips. They’ve got it right maybe three times I’m not a sucker for punishment. I do like your food but man,Nobody can get the order right that’s why they get one star for me.
Service is really slow order on the app for two drinks and a burger with fries. get there when it says it’s ready and people who pull up to order get there food first what is going on this sonic location has gone down hill bad the last two times being here i waited over 30 minutes for drinks this is ridiculous y’all need to do better. Some one needs to be fired and replaced. The burger was sloppy that the box it came in stared falling apart and the fries were stale and nasty. Honestly I would give a negative 5 star if I could.
Tonight I stopped by to get a bag of ice and whyyyyyyy do yall NOT HAVE CRUSHED ICED???? I still got the bag because I needed ice but I am very disappointed. This is square ice, you the kinda ice you get outta the hotel machines in them big ile boxes
I've stayed away from Sonics at different locations for several years because of the same issues. I tried them again one more time because they use to be so good. But once again I was served another sloppy and soggy hamburger that was obviously made long before I ordered it. The bun was like mush from the lettuce and tomatoes and dripping. Disgusting. I'm done with all Sonics.
Ordered 3 chicken sandwiches and ALL of them were raw. Already starting to feel sick.
This was supposed to be a double bacon CHEESE burger. Hadnt eaten all day and its so bland and gross, what am i suppose to do with this? Definitely disappointing. Not sure how cheese was missed on a cheeseburger
