One of the best Pandas I have ever been in. Well managed. Clean. Super friendly and helpful staff throughout the restaurant. Fast, efficient, and accurate drive through. Highly recommended.

He knew about it and went immediately to try and wipe/ dry sills. Super nice!! Give him a raise!! Good help is hard to find. Great help is a rare find!!

I did the drive thru. Very fast and simple. The man at the window was very thorough, making sure I had everything I needed. The food was really good and tasted fresh.

Very long wait time, and sometimes the order accuracy is poor.

As good or better than many other Panda Express.

The food and service were really good this time. The only downside was buffet prices for fast food. Personally we can't justify that price very often. But go for it if you can. (Old review)---- Can not give the place a very solid review at this time. The service was all right but the food was either under cooked or dried out. No one wants under cooked chicken or tough noodles. Overall I think it has potential but needs work.

The service was quick, but none of the food was hot. The serving portions were generous, and the flavor was there, but none of the food was hot. The restaurant and restrooms were clean, but none of the food was hot. I’m guessing that you’re catching my drift right now…

* Updated* When Panda fist opened it was great, however, over the last several months it has gone down hill rapidly. To the point that I have stopped going there. They can’t keep enough staff, the food is not up to par as it was initially and they give less food with smaller pieces than before. (*Old review *So far the food has been great! It's very clean and the staff was friendly and attentive! This is a newly opened Panda Express, so I hope it stays that way.)

I do love taking this home so I don't have to cook, but their hand mixed specialty drinks, save your money I have tried two different ones and neither was good.

Not sure if it’s because I came at 8:30, but the food was not fresh at all today, like usual. Orange chicken was VERY hard. They also gave incredibly small portions compared to what they normally put.

Not a bad experience. Ordered online and service was quick. No complaints from my family, but I did find hair in my chow mein.

We were there on Sunday and they were obviously short staffed and out of many items. We ended up walking out and went to the Sherman Panda which was exceptional.

Frequently inconsistent. Went one night at 8pm (listed hours say they close at 9). Ordered orange chicken for me and other items for family in the drive thru, paid at the window and the girl asked me to pull around and they would bring my order. After waiting outside for over 20 minutes, the same girl finally came outside and asked if I needed something. I replied yes, my order. She asked what I had and I told her. Said it would be 15 minutes for orange chicken, so I said that’s fine. At this point, I just wanted my food. As soon as she walked back inside, a male employee walked out to inform me he had already broken down the grill, do I really want orange chicken? Appalled I said yes, because at this point it’s only 8:30 and my original order was placed at 8. It’s not my fault they decided to break down things early. Not like I went at 8:55 or even 8:45 I would be understanding. But them breaking down a whole hour early is not my fault. The whole ordeal took over 45 minutes and even after asking, I was told I could not be given a discount or anything at all for my troubles. All in all, it’s worth the drive to Sherman panda not to deal with a bunch of lazy kids.

I love their food but don't get the family dinner option! It's a new option on the menu and this place totally gave me one plates worth for $30! .... I just tested if I did A la Carte as a small for each of the items I got I could have save $10! It's a complete rip off getting the "Family Meal". I will be going back cause again I love the food but come-on! Don't get the family meal!

Pros: clean and no wait. Cons: lacking in customer service. Young boys working not especially accommodating. Completely out of napkins. Had to go to men's room to get paper towels. Completely out of hot mustard which is needed for the bland food. Water dispenser has only carbonated water. Will not eat there again

Every time we order orange chicken at the Denison TX Location it is NOT orange chicken. It is general tso. I know this because of getting food from other locations and the red peppers in it. My husband couldn't eat half of his food because of the spice level. This is the second time that this has happened because we thought they just mixed up the two last time. Now we'll remember and probably won't visit this one again. Also rice shouldn't be crunchy!

Very rude service and I ordered through there app and my food never arrived they said that they don't do delivery yet I ordered for delivery throu the app not door dash or Uber eats. Will never be a customer here again

All of the servers was rude barley gave me and rice I believe some are racially profiling me because the other guy behind me received more food than they even talk more to other customers I wasn’t even greeted management need to address the concerns and hire better servers very sad we live in America

First time going there was great. Just went and it was terrible. Dry fried rice clumped together and teriyaki chicken barely had any sauce. The orange chicken was decent but there were burned pieces throughout everything. To top it all of the fortune cookie they gave me was unopened and empty....how fortunate.

Today would make the third time i’ve gotten teriyaki chicken WITHOUT the teriyaki sauce even after asking straight up before being given the order. what makes you think someone would order the chicken without the sauce? at that point it’s just grilled chicken. for the price and the waiting time in line there shouldn’t be a issue, it’s just pure laziness.

Just had to walk out due to no customer service, just stood there waiting for one of the 6 employees to take my order. Well that didn’t happen so left and won’t be back! Went to Taco Bell which was great!

It’s been 4 times I’ve gone here and all times they have messed up my order not going back again every panda in the area is like this not sure if the workers are lazy doing it on purpose or what I worked in a restraunt 100x more busy then this and I can garuntee you we didn’t ever mess up and there were only 2-3 cooks…. Smashburger inside of a casino!

I've been to Panda Express all over the country, this is literally the worst one. The store manager couldn't even get the same order right twice after making me drive in after a failed delivery,...........and then handed me someone else's order. I guess literally anybody can be a manager these days ...

The food was horrible. Chow mein noodles scrapped from bottom of the pan. Hard and stuck together. Had to wait for them to cook sweetfire chicken and still terrible. Peppered Angus Beef was ok . I have found if you go in afternoon the food is awful. Best time when they open. What happened to the wide chow mein noodles? The small ones aren't good tough.

They literally just don’t pay attention. I asked for sweet and sour at the ordering box they said ask at the window. I ask at the window she repeats it back and throws soy sauce in the bag. I literally only eat their food for the sweet and sour sauce I add on top. I’d rather just have my money back if they can’t even give me a cup of sauce.

They took my money in drive through, told me to pull around to glass doors and I waited over 10 min. For my order after asking when ordering what they had as 1st thing ai ordered she said would be over 10 min. To cook which was terraki chicken. Then when it came out the little girl was very rude and after calling manager nothing done but saying ok. Drove away and then getting home I have wrong order!! 🤬

Not worth the price, y’all get paid enough not to skimp out on the food lol. So much rice you can barely finish and it does not taste good later. Not an even distribution of meat to rice, and my bowl was half filled 😂

Ordered A cub meal a day ago. Chow Mein and GRILLED CHICKEN. Got 3 pieces of orange chicken instead. 3 small ones. How you go from Grill chicken to Orange chicken? If they wouldn't talk about none related work stuff WHILE taking an order maybe that wouldn't had happened. always a regular late seems like there's new people that don't care what they're doing. Last time I only got 2 pieces of chicken on a bowl. Not worth that charging money.

Pulled up to the drive through and waited for about 4 min with no one greeting or at least telling me to wait. I started to think there was something wrong with the system and was about to leave but the a guy came over the coms and said would you like to try the honey chicken today? I said no thank you and there was a long pause and he said okay then what do you want? Long story short he was extremely rude for the remainder of my order and ending it with go to the window. I’ve always gone there for my food even with a WOK express closer to my house but today I decided it was time to give WOK a try because the customer service at the Denison Panda has declined to a point of feeling disrespected after leaving. I know I’m just one person but if the customer service doesn’t improve it could become a much larger problem.

This is the third time I’ve stopped to get food at the Denison location that they were out of two different kinds of chicken. Poor management, no excuses . A restaurant of any kind should never run out of something on the menus more than the first time .

Was greeted with “ our kitchen is closed so we only have a few things available” no hi no welcome to Panda Express. we got there a little before 9:30 and they close at 10 and I get wanting to leave early but the bad service I don’t get. The girls were snickering and laughing and you could just tell they didn’t want us to be there and I ordered 2 cokes with my meal and she repeated the order back with 2 cokes and when we asked her she was really rude about it and asked for the receipt and was talking to us like we were 4 year olds (the blonde one) the dark headed girl was just laughing about it. I understand asking for a receipt but she was being very adversarial about it. Ended up slamming the window in our face. It’s literally 2025, be nice to people! And if you can’t do your job or aren’t happy with your job, find another one! Your night crew could really use a great manager or someone that cares about late night focus. Some people get off work late. And this just happened to be the place we decided to get food, next time I won’t bother though. Just a let down. Do better!

No excuse for old food and dirty tables. It's so loud with the kitchen noise and the radio, you can not hear the employees speaking to you. Then to top it all off..... the manager took off their hat and was brushing their hair around the food.

Walked in and looked at the food and walked right back out!! Looked old and crusty!! This was always my go to panda. And this was hours before close
