Taco bell let me down today. Spent $20 for 2 crunch wrap supremes and a drink... only for them to be soggy with zero crunch and basically empty. They were ready by b the time ib pulled forward so pretty sure I got old ones.

"Upon arrival, we placed our order and waited, which is customary. However, there was confusion when a number was called, prompting two individuals to stand up in confusion on whos order it was. Subsequently, our name was announced, despite only providing a name and not a number during the ordering process. For clarity, it would be beneficial if names were consistently used to announce orders, as this is what many customers expect. Furthermore, we received our food without the accompanying drinks, necessitating a request for them. Unfortunately, the drink provided for one of the individuals was incorrect. Additionally, we were informed that there is an extra charge for ranch dressing. This is surprising, as condiments are typically complimentary at fast-food establishments. To add to the experience, the bag was torn at the bottom, posing a risk to the contents. While we understand it was the end of the day, ensuring accuracy and completeness is appreciated. Improving the order announcement process would enhance customer satisfaction. This feedback is intended as constructive criticism."

Very disappointing experience at this Taco Bell. We ordered three different burritos, each with different add-ons. When the order was delivered, nothing was labeled to tell which burrito was which. I asked how we were supposed to know, and the response was literally: “then just open them up.” Absolutely unacceptable. In the end, we all ended up with the wrong burrito. On top of that, the beef burrito had almost no meat in it at all. Poor service and poor quality — would not recommend.

First tried to order delivery, that's not a thing. Gave it another try a couple days later and they're out of nacho cheese and served me cold, old food. Was excited to have something different, disappointed is an understatement. I'll go to flagstaff for Taco Bell like before.

Horrible Customer Service. The Older Guy in Drive Through is A Crab. Extremely Expensive for Taco Bell Food. Establishment and Bathrooms are Filthy. Located in A Convenient Area. Definitely Not Coming Back.

We walked in and not a single person greeted us or asked us if we needed anything and they all looked at us standing there. Instead the older drive-thru guy cracked jokes to someone we couldn't see. I finally was able to get someone's attention to ask you if they used soy to cook their chicken for the KFC side, stood there for 5 more minutes and had the ask someone else. That person let us know that everything is cool in soybean oil Or a canola soybean mix. I have a soy allergy, so I needed to know if this location only did canola or if it had soy. My wife and kids still decided to order food from the Taco Bell side. The nacho fries were over seasoned three times over. Way overdone at this location. Kids and wife couldn't eat them. Wife got the crunch wrap supreme that she always gets at every Taco Bell. This was the first time her Crunch wrap was not crunchy, in fact it looked like it wasn't even cooked or it wasn't cooked long enough. No browning on the tortillas and they were soft and breaking apart as she tried to pick it up. Everything on the inside was cold. If we weren't on Vacation and hadn't already left to eat on the road, I would have taken it back and gotten our money back. Since we were on a time crunch, we had to hit the road before the rain picked up. Hopefully others reading this will think twice about eating here. Very disorganized, lacking in quality of cooked food and customer service.

This Taco Bell/KFC is completely unprofessional. My son ordered chicken strips and fries and they gave him drumsticks and coleslaw. He asked to change the menu and they told him no. Then they throw the food out and HE WASN’T ABLE TO EAT! My son was in Williams for an away game and now he doesn’t get to get until he comes home 4 hours later! He was a paying customer who didn’t get any food!!! I am so angry that he was treated this way!

Taco Bell does poorly but not the worst. The order was mixed. I ordered Soft tacos for my kid alergic to dairy and I get Supreme Soft tacos with sour creme. The taste of Supreme tacos was weird, not only sour but also bitter. Is far different comparing to Taco Bells in other locations. Soft tacos (which I had to order again) also had this weird bitter taste. Supreme tacos were not fresh - they had a rubber texture. Like it would be prepared in the morning. Cinammon balls were OK, but had no crusty sprinkles around it. The KFC part is a crime. I knew that KFC in US is awful comparing to Europe, but what I get was disguisting. I don't know if that's typical but the wings were chewy and smell bad - like they would be few days old. I had one bite and had to spit it out.

Ordered the Crunchwrap Supreme meal through drive through, took 20 minutes to get because it wasn’t in the bag, went in and asked for it twice. Even the manager did not want to talk with me. The rest of the order was going cold the entire wait time. Waste of time and money!

Ordered a dorrito taco. It's basically empty. Ordered a cheese quesadilla. They gave me chicken. Ordered another cheese quesadilla with extra jalapeño sauce, and they gave me one with none. Ordered nacho fries, and you guessed it. No nacho sauce. What are nacho fries without the nacho cheese sauce? It is just fries. Your money is better spent elsewhere.

The slowest place on earth waited in drive thru finele went in to order cuz they were so slow. Ordered 3 tacos this is what I got will never be back

Just went thru the drive thru... took 30 minutes to get my food. I ordered two 12 piece meals that came with a 1/2 gallon of soda each. The lady at the window handed me my food and charged my card. Driving home the bag with all of the side dished ripped open and a whole large side of macaroni and cheese dumped into my cup holder. The smaller bag that held the gravy was full of soda. The biscuits were founds quashed on top of the chicken. Yes... I took pictures

Waited forever! Out of Nashville sauce for chicken. Offered buffalo sauce instead. Paid $5 for 3 piece tenders that were very small. Then they charged me $1.50 for the buffalo sauce to replace the Nashville Sauce. Potatoes in their soft tacos are rock hard along with the tortilla. Were they made this morning? Did not have current menu item that is shown on Williams Taco Bell Website. The girl that took the drive thru order was very snappy. Left feeling very frustrated. I have enclosed a picture of the lovely tenders that weren't much bigger than a packet of mild sauce. Not a good experience. I feel like we get served bad food becauae Williams does not have many options.
