I'm a local who both eats here regularly and has worked at this establishment. The work can be very difficult but the food is consistent employees are able to make it happen. My most recent trip involved an employee named kalab who was absolutely amazing in in terms of service. Asked many good questions and show genuine interest in making for my food was good. Very much appreciate caring employees like that.

When i came in and asked for a footlong cookie, the sandwich artist told me that she doesnt know if this subway does these despite it being on the menu and that she was new and so was her coworker. I find it odd that management would entrust the establishment to just 2 untrained rookies. However, they were really kind and gave me a free cookie along with the other normal cookie i paid for. So i eventally left satisfied.

The meat girl was amazing... patient with me since I had 7 sandwiches. The condiment lady was nice but can't make anything.... there was no freaking lettuce..I asked for lettuce and she said it was on it. IT WAS A DASH IF THAT. I WAS IRRITATED SO DIDN'T COMPLAIN plus she was older and trying. The register lady was polite. But I'm paying $80 there I should at least get what I want.

Insanely rude staff. Snapping in customers faces, acting like you spat in their face just for walking in. Then rang up our order as more expensive premium option, which didn’t catch until later. Watch out if you go.

Multiple times I have been denied service late night. Tonight I was not greeted as I walked in instead was yelled at loudly that any subway orders would be 30 minutes. I was told that they go on break when bar hours close. Subway is the only place for food in williams after hours but time after time they are rude and deny service.tonight was the very worst. I will never direct another customer there. They should close overnight instead of advertising 24 hour service. Very very rude, argumentive unhelpful staff. Obviously hiring and retaining staff out of desperation. If you want to be served by tweeckers and treated like a bother this is the place. Zero stars!!

DO NOT COME INTO THIS PLACE AFTER 10PM. THEY LITERALLY HATE THEIR JOB AND ARE THERE TO CASH A CHECK. Walked in after having a drink after work and was immediately shouted at by the Love's cashier "IF YOU'RE GONNA WANT A SANDWICH, THE ONLY SUBWAY EMPLOYEE JUST WENT ON A 30 MINUTE BREAK" was explained to afterwards that the/they do it because of the "bar crowd" so NOBODY gets service. We resorted to a couple of cold sandwiches and some chips for dinner. Whatever but if the service is that shit, why even pay somebody to purposely not make money? Just close at 10pm. Don't come here for 24/7 service. You might get better around 6am whenever an actual manager/employee shows up.

Nevaeh was the worst. No hello. No smile. Looked at me like she didn’t wanna serve me or didn’t like her job. Talked at volume 1 - I had to say what a few times. She really brought down the ambiance of the place. I didn’t wanna ask if she was having a bad day because I didn’t want her spitting in my food. Hopefully, Subway hires people who actually wanna do excellent customer service.

The manager and her employee on 08/06/2025, around 9 pm were the rudest people ever and they didn't even have basic ingredients like mayonnaise and mustard, they were definitely were having a bad day and taking it on the customer

This evening at 9:20pm there was a young female employee who was very disturbing. Her demeanor was very poor and impolite. I felt like an inconvenience for just stepping up to order. She was very rude. Thankfully another employee a young gentleman took over to complete my order. I don’t know what issues she may have but she’s definitely not very professional in the public service.

The associate Nevah is the reason I will not be returning here. Subway is on my way home and I frequently stopped. Nevah is incredibly rude and makes customers feel uncomfortable. I initially gave her the benefit of the doubt, but after being helped by her 5+ times, I give up and will not return.

I was a former subway employee,they are ridiculously slow,they seemed nice,but,you,can still be courteous,to customers and not have a customer,talking forever,if your not moving to make sandwiches, this was ridiculous. I was patient for about 15 minutes,2 people were in front of me. Please,work on being faster, other people,they don't talk to much,would like to eat,also. The people seemed nice,so, though,in fast food,they need to be quicker,I used to,help run a subway and a gas station,so,I was pretty disappointed today. Always room for improvement.:)

The employe was in the back had to be called to the front. When she was greeted it was reciprocated with eye rolling. Then attitude while making sandwich. Throwing veggies on sandwich telling customer the amount of mayo she put on the sandwich was enough . Then what else did the customer want. It is her choice to work there and to be rude to the people who deliver everything we need is atrocious! If you don't like your job, then don't work there!

Waited 5-10 minutes in line. Finally someone came out. I asked if subway was open! He jokingly said no and then said it was open. He radio for a manager to make me a sandwich. I was then told it would be about a 10 minute wait due to understaff. After waiting a few more minutes the clerk came over and asked if he told me they were closing the store(not subway) for 10-15 minutes. I replied "your told me your manager would assist me in 10 minutes." The clerk was like oh cool. Walked away and went ro the back area in loves. Then comes back 5 minutes later and tells me that the manager can't help me cause he's doing other stuff. Subway says open, I get it's 3am. But it's not 24 hours. If you just waste customers time.
