I waited 40 minutes outside for my food until I came in and asked where it was and then 10 minutes later received it getting told they didn’t have all the chicken for my three-piece so I received this as my “chicken breast combo“ I should’ve asked for my money back honestly took an HOUR

Horrible location, this is the second time I came to pick up. They collect payment at the window and send you to park and wait 30 to 40 minutes , first time family meal came with no biscuits. This time it was missing 3 tenders sauce and fried!!! You make me wait 40 mins just to get my order wrong.

Place look nice. But when it was the older model food was never hot. New building but food still trash. Let me guest the problem (same manager right). If he don’t care the team won’t. I don’t even want a remake. It’s too damn horrible. People cook a lot of food so the can relax and play on cell phones. Do tic tok dances ect. We eating 3 hour old food maybe more. Last draw that it. Ordered a 16 piece family meal with the 3 sides and 8 biscuits. Was there waiting about 30 mins all to end up coming home with only two sides and the chicken meat from the breast being really hard to chew. Couldn’t even pull off a piece without using force. Biscuits didn’t even come in a box they were scattered all over the bag. Also asked for spicy and was given mild. SMH, paid almost 50$ for the horrible order. Go somewhere else. Easily the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to. They only prioritize the drive through line. There is nobody at the cash register. It took 5 min. just to get some napkins! Every worker is hiding in the back of the store. The worst design for a store I have ever encountered. The front desk is about 3 ft. Wide, you can’t see the chicken being made, orders were pilling up because they only worry about the drive through line. Customers where calling from the front desk, leaning of the counter just to even see a single worker. I will NEVER come back to this location. The front counter needs to be resolved, this design is anti-customer service.

I ordered beans and rice. There wasn't any beans in it, just the gravy off the beans over the rice. The fries were not good. (Old) and I didn't get a biscuit. The wings were good. I will never go back.

This new Popeyes is not very user-friendly. You have to order at a kiosk and the kiosk is not easy to understand. Difficult to go back and change your order. Dining area is very cold and uninviting, the drink machine in the dining area doesn't work so you have to go to the counter for refills. When trying to get help at the counter everyone is in the back and it's difficult to get someone's attention to come and help you. Definitely not what Popeyes used to be! Old traditional service and setting is much better! Whoever designed this must have helped Cracker Barrell with their remodel.

I used to enjoy this location because they were always attentive and served great food. But something has happened. Today topped it off. They advertise chicken wings à la cart and when you get them, they’re a bunch of chicken wing pieces. Put the pieces together you might have three chicken wings instead of six like it’s advertised at the prices they’re getting. Was very hard and chewy and a couple of pieces tasted very rancid like a dead chicken. I know the chicken is fried and dead, but this was rancid very sour tasting. I can deal with an issue or two but when you try to call Popeyes corporate or call to discuss a complaint, you gotta talk to a damn Computer And then the computer divert you away from the issue. Buys your love by just offering you a free chicken sandwich or something. I don’t want a chicken sandwich not if it taste like the chicken. I just ate so their level of Services take it or leave it. I won’t be back.

I was super excited about the Popeye reopening. My service was horrible it's not packed and I waited on my food for over 30 mins and this is not the first time. My food was cold once I got it so I asked if they could remake it the manager Damien got an attitude with me as I was talking to another employer and said well it’s supposed to be cold and I told him I’m not talking about the wrap. I’m speaking about the chicken fingers. He looked at me rolled his eyes got upset. Told the other Worker to take the food back from me and remake it, but did hand gestures and had an attitude. as I was waiting for my food, I found out that he was the manager of this location. He was super unprofessional and very aggressive. also waited for a total of 30 to 35 minutes before our food came I will not be coming back to this location.

I was so excited to try the new chicken wrap! Sadly, it was ice cold like it had been in the refrigerator and the piece of chicken was miniscule at best. Definitely not worth the almost $5 it cost.

It's easily the worst one I've been to. I was so excited to try it. No customer service, just kiosk. For me, it's not an issue, but for the old man behind me, it was. No one was there to help him. Tables were a mess. But worst of all, the chicken we got was tiny and burnt. As you can see from my pictures, that was a breast my finger was bigger that the meat part of it.
