Kelli called us to say it would be just a little longer because upon inspection after coming out of the oven she noticed it was not made 100% correctly to our order. She was remaking it and will be on the way shortly. I appreciate the care to details and making sure it was made correctly before delivery. Very kind, friendly, and polite when calling and at delivery. I will be ordering again. Especially since it is my son’s favorite pizza place and the part they corrected is no cheese which is his request. Thank you Domino’s for excellent service and pizza!!!

The food was delivered hot, fresh and amazing once again! This store by far is the best in YOLO county. Kelli was an amazing delivery driver, delivered our food with a smile and is so courteous and friendly. She is such a professional. This Woodland Dominoes is absolutely amazing and is so much better after the reopening. m My compliments to the staff that cooked the food and packaged it, it was fresh and perfect. The managers running this place have absolutely turned it around and there's no better pizza place than Woodland.

Orderd online and got 2 M pizzas 3 topping and a pepperoni cheese thing, honestly the pizzas were amazing the weird pepperoni cheese thing was a little weird. I don't like that garlic dust on the crust and the pepperoni thing had it so not my thing. Shout out to the delivery driver for making sure you had the right address.

I went back in late march, back again April 3rd. I have seen the past reviews for this dominos and it didn’t seem promising. But as for these past few times, they have provided great quality pizza, and pastas. I will be back again, workers there were respectful and helpful as well when asking for cheese, peppers, plates, etc.

I went in the shop to pick up my pizza, I asked for a minute to find my card. Once I found it I waited for that woman to come back and help me. She totally ignored me though she saw me and walked by me twice, rude. Finally, one of the young men realized she had not helped me and helped complete my purchase. Unfortunately, my pizza arrived home cold, and I had just recently talked my granddaughter into switching from Little Caesars to Dominos .☹️

My husband & I were really disappointed with our first pizza order. The crust was not done, it was still doughy we asked for onions & black olives there were zero onions & a few olives on the whole pizza.

They do not tell you when your order is going to be up to 2hrs for delivery. According to their tracker app, it took over an hour just to get from them prepping the pizza, to the oven. Have experienced this multiple times. Order elsewhere or making your own will be faster.

We placed an order tonight with Domino’s on Mainstreet in Woodland. We were told from the beginning that our home was in the delivery radius. We have had deliveries from Domino’s here before, for reference. An hour or so goes by and did not receive food. We call the store and the manager, Carlita, tells us that our phone number is associated with another women, who called and said that we would pick it up instead. The possibility of this situation being true is very minimal. The manager goes on to say that we will be charged with a $5 delivery charge, even if we pick up the food from the store. Honestly, i’ve also worked in customer service and understand the frustration of customers but this could have definitely been handled better. Do not recommend this location.

The delivery person knocked on the door didn't even ring the door bell. Maybe 5 seconds go by and then he knocked again still not using the door bell. About one second after he knocked on the door he was in his car and the food was on the ground. Why can't he use the door bell and wait for the person to get to the door. We order from them a lot and this is the first time it was bad.

Today is Thursday the 16th day of October. I ordered three pizzas from Domino’s for dinner absolutely trash pizza is horrible no flavor no sauce burnt limited very limited toppings just outright garbage Pizza you can buy pizza out of a box from Walmart. That probably has better flavors than that.

I ran out of time on my clock and had to shut it down at a customers. With that being said, I called my local Domino’s because they are always available to deliver to my truck when and if I need it. I called the one in Woodland. They were very pleasant on the phone and even the delivery girl was also very sweet, but the pizza that was delivered to me was atrocious. I don’t know who was cooking on a Wednesday evening, but they knew darn well when they put that pizza in the box that it was burnt. It should have never gone to the customer. I called to let them know and they gave me their apologies, however, any sort of refund was never even mentioned. I am not impressed and I’m pretty sure dominoes corporate would have something to say about the quality of the pizza they sent out. For the price I paid…..I was robbed. SMH

They handed the food over and half of it was just a bubble. They gave attitude when we asked for them to remake it, and Andrew was very difficult the entire time.

The toppings did not fully cover the pizza, and the red sauce was disgusting. In general, the pizza was bland--even worse than frozen ones found at supermarkets. The 50% discount is a scam: they attract you through offering a cheap pizza, but you get nothing in return in terms of quality. Avoid this corporation. F-

Hi everyone I have had the worst experience ever … my son had post order 2 pizzas and waited 20 mints …so the person with a really bad attitude stated he have the pizza to someone else …. And left my son with no pizza hopefully they will refund the $46 dollars we paid … soon .. this place holds really bad customer service …
