I love this place!! It's large so seats are always available. Their donuts are so fresh and delicious because they bake them there every morning. If you are lucky to be there when they are baking new donuts, you can ask them for those fresh donuts, which are warm and extremely delicious!!! They have free wifi too. I often go there to work/study. It's right next to a PATH station.

Excellent Krispy Kreme. Clean, modern, well managed. Excellent staff and service - friendly and have. Huge selection, everything fresh. Also have the "factory" set up behind glass walls so you can watch everything from proofing through deep frying, automatic flipping and front on the other side, dripping off, and running through the waterfall of frosting. I use to go here before covid and really enjoy the cafe environment. Outlets everywhere and nice music playing. The added chocolate or cream doesnt add much to it, so I always think glaze is the most popular. The specialty donuts are good, but will give you a sugar high, the sugar content is more than it needs to be, but there good no doubt.

Krispy Kreme is finally opened in Jersey City! Make sure to ask for hot donuts when the hotlight is on. Overall this place is great, I just hope they add a few more types of donuts soon. (The cinnamon bun is my favorite, but they currently don't offer it)

Stopped into Kripsy Kreme on my lunch break for something sweet! I got something WAYYY BETTER! They have their famous Krispy Kreme doughnut machine, where you can view them being made through a display glass like at a car wash, at the entrance that typically runs in the mornings. This shop is not usually busy but once in a while you may need to wait in line for 5+ minutes. 🍩👍 I am finally posting a review since my daughter got quite excited realizing they give away two free classic glazed doughnuts on Super Tuesday races during primary elections and caucuses! 🇺🇸 National doughnut day was $2 for a dozen glazed!

I recently visited this Krispy Kreme store and overall had a positive experience. The latte was good and reasonably priced, and the donuts were delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive. The only downside I noticed was that the table we sat on was not wiped down frequently enough, and there were crumbs and stains on the surfaces. Other than that, I'd recommend giving them a try.

My favorite doughnut place in Jersey City! Located right across the Grove Street Path Station, this Krispy Kreme has the best original glazed 🍩 in town. The staff there do a great job on keeping the store clean and decorated during the holidays and they offer doughnut hats to add some party fun! One thing I love the most about the store is you get to see the doughnut making process thru a glass window. This gives some extra fun experience when lining up to get your doughnuts.

This is one the most beautiful Krispy Kreme franchises I've ever been to. Super clean really well kept. Everything was shiny almost what would be used in a movie scene in a motion picture. Outside was very beautiful and clean accessible handicap friendly and it really stands out. The coffee's were great and the donuts were so fresh. They were tasty like the one in the Atlanta franchise. My experience was almost perfect and I would have given it 5 stars if it had not been for the host on duty, James. He seemed bothered before we could place the order. As my wife and daughter were placing their order he seemed more bothered by us and was very impatient. Never a smile just a mad rude deminor. Very short in his answers and unwilling to even suggest anything. I talked up Krispy Kreme to my family because I've enjoyed it throughout the many years but this host almost ruined it for us. Please change this and you'll get five stars.

A little bit of sweetness, freshness, and lots of varieties in flavors. You can't miss this Krispy Kreme in Jersey City. Took home a box of the original flavor. So good, we often don't ho for other options because original is always the best. Always fresh and soft to chew into, you'll want to crave more. Jersey City can be tricky, too, with parking. Be cautious while heading over.

On Mother’s Day after 35 years I decided to have go into the Kripotos Kreme donuts store and purchased 2 of their donuts. The one that I ended up with had very little, I mean very little filling in it. So I was a bit disappointed. The one that my husband had was better filled. Their service was good and the staff were very polite.

They offer a great variety of selection. But parking is a big issue here. It seems they don’t have a parking lot. And the donuts did tasted a little too sweet. But overall quite nice.

Recommend to sign up for member before getting the order! The donuts are a lightly smaller than I imagined and smaller than Dunkin’s- so will be nice choice if you want smaller sweets!

Krispy Kreme is a donut shop that has a factory atmosphere, but is a great place to hang out. There is a machine producing donuts everyday. It is entertaining to watch them being dunked in oil, coated and glazed and then personalized. There are many choices and seating included (outside & inside). However, the staff may be a bit irritated. Bathroom included. Good location close to Grove Street, PATH Station, and City Hall.

Google says place is 24 hrs on Friday and Saturday but they are not. I enjoyed watching the donuts being made behind the glass. They have a much larger selection of donuts than Krispy Kreme at Penn Station. But if you live in NYC, it doesn't pay to go into NJ just to get Krispy Kreme. Because driving back into NYC will cost you $15 for Holland Tunnel toll. But I enjoyed my one-time experience :)

Opening day! Visited at 6am, The army of staff was all standing there ready for the crowds! The factory is right there and you can see the machine making the doughnuts. Everyone was nice and helpful. The only problem i see is the register: it needs an 'Assorted' button. As it is now, the customer and the attendant has to specify the choices - if they had a shortcut key that printed out a pick-list without the specification at the register, it would go faster.

Well haven’t been here in years. Lemon filling was disgusting. Cheesecake didn’t taste like cheesecake. And Carmel was not good. However, raspberry jelly was excellent. So was Boston’s cream pic included. Pricey 12 was 23.00 too much for 12 doughnuts, that weren’t phenomenal. Service was 5 star. Christmas decor was warming. Would only recommend the raspberry they were delicious!

They charged 50 cents for a "reusable" paper bag even after we said we don't need one.

Krispy Kreme’s donuts are light and airy, but they’re tiny and overwhelmingly sweet. Instead of the flavor, all you taste is pure white sugar which is disappointing.

Ordered through their website: iced latte, strawberry chiller, and 6 donuts. They contract with Door Dash. Order arrived on time minus the strawberry chiller drink. They didn't answer the phone at this location, so my call went to voicemail and the mailbox is filled. So, I spent $3.39 for a drink that I didn't receive. Also charged $3.99 for delivery fee and $3 service for and I tipped $4.22. ALL FOR AN INCOMPLETE ORDER. There is no follow up email link for me to give feedback and to ask for the drink reimbursement. HOW CAN YOU OPERATE A BUSINESS LIKE THIS?

I ordered 24 original donut dots and this is what they gave me. Only a few original, everything else is mixed. Not happy at all. I didn't open it till I got to my destination - should have checked in the store. Also, the prices are ridiculous. $19.99 for a dozen original glazed? I have always been a big Krispy Kreme fan but this experience left me very disillusioned. Kid failed to mention that minis come in packs of 16, I assumed a dozen so I asked how much for a dozen minis. He quoted $24+ when in actuality, a box of 16 donuts is cheaper. And when I asked why isn’t it cheaper to buy a box of them he was befuddled. We were the only people in the store when we ordered, then they proceeded to serve 3 groups of people who came in after us (ordering and leaving with boxes of donuts), making us wait for nearly 20 minutes. For a box of a dozen donuts.

Such a sad and unfortunate experience going to this Krispy Kreme. Since February 2017 - I've loved this place. I was never a fan of the Penn Station Krispy Kreme because I love my glazed donuts hot and freshly made - which is why this place is perfect. For Christmas, I received a Krispy Kreme calendar and since January, I've used the coupons for each month to get discounts and free donuts but when I visited there a couple weeks ago, I had a very embarrassing incident happen. I went there to buy a dozen donuts and I had an April three-donut coupon and when the female employee scanned the coupon, she asked for a manager's assistance. When he came over, he immediately looked at the coupon and said, "We don't accept these." There was a line behind me and I was immediately embarrassed. I explained how the coupons came from a Krispy Kreme calendar and have used them since January. He continued to say, "Sir, we don't accept these." Again, embarrassment really overwhelmed me and I told them I would just take the dozen donuts. I'm not sure if management changed or what the case is, but since this outing I've immediately lost my interest in Krispy Kreme donuts. To make things worse, I live in Fort Lee, New Jersey and drive 45 minutes here to get these donuts for friends and myself and after this outing, I'm just too embarrassed and upset to return. Not only do I have a Krispy Kreme calendar which is now useless but I'm still so uncomfortable about that interaction and looking like I was really trying to do a one-over over three donuts. The worst part about all of this is I even contacted Krispy Kreme's customer service/corporate office to explain what happened and after being told a manager would contact me, no one did and I had to send a follow-up message and was told the same. As much as I'd like to support Krispy Kreme, I'm more inclined to go elsewhere.

It’s not great coming to a Krispy Kreme in a highly favorable area in Jersey City and to have the incorrect hours that they provide to put your sweet mood into nothing. The worst fast food store in the neighborhood and also in the chain. When the chain Krispy Kreme has events and gives out free donuts, this store always finds excuses to dodge. Last Wednesday was the "World Kindness Day" and Krispy Kreme sent me an email telling me to get a dozen donuts for free from a local store. This store was on the participant list. I went there early in the morning but was told they didn't have anymore. I asked them why they did that - you can opt out the participation of promotions, then I could have gone to somewhere else. They then said to give me 3 instead of 12. The donut chain's marketing efforts were therefore discounted and there weren't much "kindness" left for the customers (There were several there with the same situation at the time, all felt unhappy) to feel. That same story happened several times before. Recently I went to the store for a coffee. While the price for the coffee I ordered was clearly displayed on the wall for $3.xx, I was asked to pay $5.xx. I asked why, and was told when he entered the code for the coffee, the price automatically popped out. I would never go there again, and hope Krispy Kreme has a better franchisee store in Jersey City.

Imagine my five-year-old requested donuts from the night before I brought his father to work in New York City and on my way back to Newark New Jersey. I stopped at the Krispy Kreme because because he wanted themed donuts as it was Super Bowl Sunday, I won’t place the order online because the last time I placed the order online and I got there it still was not ready. I went in the store made the order took $50 out in cash to pay for it, they had the special where it is buy one dozen get another dozen that is glazed for two dollars. I chose my dozen and I’m getting the other dozen. for two dollars a total $26 and change I gave the cashier $50 bill and she said she cannot take my order. ( very abrupt and attitude ) They have no change for $50 now it is 11:19 AM and the store is full and you don’t have change for $50. Thank God, I have a very understanding kid and I told him I just can’t get it today because they don’t take the money that I have apparently and left the store they need to do better. And I know people will say everything is not about race or about color right but I’m pretty sure everybody in there did not pay for expensive behind Krispy Kreme with $20 or walking around with small bills.

This review is because of their worker Jason. I usually try my best not to give bad reviews unless necessary. He was rude from the beginning. I asked him about one of the donuts responded in a rude tone then when i decide to order i tell him the order and changed my mind there and wanted to add on to it and he again asks in a rude tone " how many donuts would like in total" I felt like i was being rushed when i was the only one in line and no other customer in the shop. Then they messed up my order which i realized when i got in the car. I went back and said to Jason that this is not what I ordered and he grabs the donut and without asking me whats wrong with he gives me a random donut and then im like this is also not what i want and ye goes like " you did not tell me what you wanted" He never gave me a chance to tell him what I needed. While ringing me up he was shaking his head angrly in disgust like what did i do lol I will never be returning to this location as long as Jason or workers like Jason work here. This place is a scam; they charge you more than the advertised prices and also try to charge you for stuff that you did not purchase; Happened twice with me; this morning my son got donuts that were advertised for $2.65 a piece but they charged $2.95 instead; when my son brought this to the attention of the cashier/manager, he rudely said the sticker in the display was a mistake and said - "do you want the donuts or not??" - Really??...instead of apologizing, he seemed angry that their scamming tactics had been caught..this happened a couple days ago too where they charged for six donuts when we got only four...scam!!
