Was Kunden über Jamba sagen
Jamba in Wylie offers smoothies and Auntie Anne's pretzels in a shared space. Customers praise the friendly staff and tasty smoothies, especially the Caribbean and Mango a go go. However, slow service and long wait times are common complaints, even when the store isn't busy.

Tip: Consider using the drive-thru for convenience, but be prepared for potential delays. Be aware that pretzel items may take 7-10 minutes to prepare as they are made to order.

Went here today and got a Caribbean smoothie and 2 mango a go go smoothies with protien, and they were all delicious! The staff were nice and helpful, and the environment was calm. They do offer drive-through, and the seating is limited inside, but we sat outside, and it was nice. Overall, I would highly recommend them.

We went when it was busy and were still helped very quickly and with smiles from all 5 employees. The smoothies were tasty. I love that you can get pretzels with the smoothies in the same place. I always forget how much I like pretzel bites!!
I will always love Jamba. The smoothies are the best. I just feel like they move so slow here compared to other locations. They are so nice, just not in a hurry.
We come here often due to its location and drive-thru option. Smoothies are as expected for the chain and very good. We like that Auntie Anne's is inside too so we can get pretzels with our smoothies. Staff is always very kind. Everytime we go it seems there is a new person at the window. One time at closing, 9pm there were 5-6 people inside that I counted. I hope they are busy enough to sustain all that labor. Love to see it.
We just went to Jamba for the first time and Elijah was our employee who helped us. After asking about our day, he discovered it was our first time trying Jamba! He asked us what flavors we liked in smoothies and made us an extra smoothie to try! Just because! It was amazing service and we always love to see employees that aren’t there just for a paycheck. We could tell he enjoyed the job and wanted to create a positive experience for our first time. We will surely go back not just because of the amazing smoothie, but because of Elijah too!!
the workers are so friendly and polite, they always have fresh pretzels and great smoothies

I purchased a smoothies but it was not so smooth, a little runny and lacking flavor. Maybe this is how Jamba smoothies are, not impressed!

The drinks are usually good, but service just always takes like 15-20 for a drink. Even when there are no other customers. It’s crazy how little urgency there is. The pretzel also tasted a bit dry and old.
This location of Jamba also has an Auntie Anne's as well.. both inside the same store. I tried their pomegranate paradise smoothie. I would have to say not my favorite... a little too tangy and not sweet enough. The staff were in the process of making new pretzels as I walked in... the smell was amazing and the store itself was clean and open. The staff were not very warm or friendly... didn't acknowledge me or say anything more than taking my order. Probably will not be back to visit this specific location... also seems like Jamba has sized down their menu a lot.
A little unclean, not sure why the staff are not interested in tidying the place. Can't really sit inside or outside if there are more than three groups wanting to chat. Not specific to this location but poor branding of the menu items. Details are good but hard to read.

This location is understaffed or is too inefficient for a store that makes Jamba Juice and aunt Annie pretzels. I came in with nobody in line for 5 smoothies, took nearly 20 minutes. Plus Jamba has gotten too expensive.

I waited over 30 minutes inside for my 3 smoothies. I watched 2 girls sit around and talk, and only one girl making smoothies. When I asked how much longer, I was received with an eye roll and told it would be ready when she finished. The smoothies were good, but not worth the wait or the poor service.
When we walked in to order around 4pm there was no one else in the restaurant. We placed an order for a couple smoothies, several pretzel items and a Belgian waffle bowl. We sat down to wait and we received our pretzel items first, then two smoothies. Our party started to eat while waiting for the last item. After watching several other customers come and go we still hadn't received the Belgian waffle bowl. My husband went in to check on the order. And after several minutes I went in myself. (We had waited about 20-30 minutes at this point.) I asked the young woman at the cash register if the order was almost ready and if this is how long it typically takes for a Belgian waffle bowl. She responded yes to both questions. After another few minutes, the item was finally ready. Our entire party was done eating when my sister in law's boyfriend received his food. This whole experience was a very disappointing. While I have had several good experiences at this location in the past, the unprofessionalism experienced during this last visit was unacceptable. Would not recommend this location with the current staff that they have in place.
I’ve come through semi-regularly because it’s close to my work, but it’s getting harder to go back. The service is incredibly slow. They have a new policy that they only make pretzels/pretzel bites when they are ordered, which means an automatic 7–10 minute wait every time you order. For a place with a drive-thru, this doesn’t make sense. When you factor in how long it can take before they even take your order, this can make for a very long wait.

Ordered a greens and ginger and it tasted horrible. I thought it would be a hint of ginger. No it was so much ginger it hurt my throat. So I asked the worker if they would make me something else. I asked for a Vanilla sky and it tasted nothing like it was suppose too. Not sure if they changed the recipe but did not taste like it should. I thanked them for making me a new drink. But they didn't seem too happy about it. Probably won't be back.
Food was good, that is about all I have nice to say about my first and last experience. There was a very limited selection of pretzels. If you wanted something not in the case they were going to have to make it fresh. Normally, I would like that but not here. There was no expediency to making anything. Two people working on a Saturday and we had to have waited over 30 minutes for our smoothies. There needs to be a better system for smoothies. Our drinks were almost taken by another group claiming to have ordered the exact same thing. The staff didn't acknowledge customers coming in to order. They were too busy making pretzels or working the drive thru. At one point the lady told Caleb to stop taking drive thru orders until the front was caught up. Caleb at one point asked where they were with orders because he lost track. Tables were dirty and the trash was overflowing. Orders were taking so long someone asked for a refund because they had to go.
The two big Samonian looking women can’t seem to get your order right then get mad when they aren’t comprehending 😑 bathrooms disgusting then they gave me a fork for a smoothie bowls like what then she says that’s all we have really and you guys make smoothie bowls . Never again taking my money to Dallas for a better experience just stop here because I was out this way. NEVER AGAIN!
On National Smoothie Day they sold smoothies for a dollar from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. When we went there was a long line and line was not moving. They were taking orders very slowly. Customers were told that their system is not working and that they can only proceed one item at the time. If one customer needs to order 5 smoothies they placed 5 different orders. Interesting part is at 6 o’clock when special is ended suddenly their system started working and they started taking orders as usual. This has been done in order to sell few smoothies possible during that two hours. It is a very cheap move. You will lose more customers this way. Shame on you!
Smoothie was great, however, service was terrible. We went through the drive-thru and it took about 15 minutes to get our order, which was incomplete. When we told them we were missing one they stared at us blankly and said “oh what?” then closed the window. We then waited a few more minutes then finally got our last one. I think management needs to do some basic customer service skills for these employees. We also asked for a receipt to which they responded “we ran out of receipt paper” lol definitely the weirdest Jamba Juice I’ve experienced
Wow. I spent 30 minutes in the drive thru line only to have my money taken and still had to wait almost 10 minutes to actually get my smoothie. It looked nothing like a smoothie so I tasted it to ensure I was getting the right drink. It tasted awful so I asked for my money back. The “manager” just handed me my money like it was no big deal. I asked her what was going on with the long line and the poor quality and she just laughed, said “naw, it taste good” and slammed the drive thru window on me. I will never be back obviously. Beware of poor customer service, terrible product and lack of leadership.
We used to come here on a regular basis until recently. Every time we have come in the past month they state they are out of the smoothie bowls or that they stop making them after a certain time. It doesn’t matter if it’s 3 pm, 6pm or 8 pm same story every time. I was told once they ran out right after opening. Time to find a new place that can consistently serve what’s on the menu
My smoothie tasted horrible and my pretzel dog was sooo greasy. Took them about 30 minutes to prepare. They need more staff this is the 3rd time its happened. Not sure i will be back
