This order made me sad. I love pizza and have gotten pizza here before and it was ok but today, mush and greasy is what we got. Door Dash did the delivery but the pizza was under cooked and floppy and again just sad. Kids not impressed at all. I added pepper but you can see the grease soaked and under cooked dough in the pics.

Ive ordered pizza from there quite a bit but lately they have been lacking. I’ve always order pepperoni pizza light sauce and extra cheese which I’m paying for and. Twice it hasn’t happened. Extra cheese which the pizza wouldn’t have spots of no cheese so right now I feel that they are falsely advertising extra cheese which you pay for and don’t receive

Alright, Ordered a chicken Alfredo pasta with breadsticks, a personal pan pizza, and a chocolate chip cookie. I got an amazing Alfredo, one messed up wrong topping pizza, and a brownie, NOT cookie. So, I called, got the run around from the random people you place the order they, finally got in touch with the actual store. The store had me on hold twice for 20 mins, finally the kid on the phone tells me "no worries, we will have that right back out to you in 15-20 minutes! Have a good day." Shew, finally! lol, nope! 50 mins after that phone call I finally get the replacement. Now that the rest of the family had eaten and im so fed up bc our food originally came 1 hr 40 mins ago. If you're going to make it right, do it quickly and get rid of the telemarketer feel of the phone lines and having to fight to get in with the actual store staff. Never. And I mean, ever, will I order from this location again.

This location is extremely unprofessional. You can hear a kid talking in the kitchen the entire time I was waiting for my order and all he was doing was cussing, every other word was the F word. He kept asking loudly "who would order a pizza at 10 o'clock at night!" And "someone come get this pizza out of my oven" he sounded maybe in his early 20s. I never did see his face but I was blown away at the service and the attitude. This was the first time I've been to this location and it will be the last.

Please, PLEASE read the low reviews, they are all accurate. I've had incorrect pizzas made here not once, twice— but FIVE times in a row now. Two of those times I've received angry phone calls questioning why I asked for a refund (two of them were on doordash), and after getting hostile responses to asking for pizza to be remade, I finally gave up asking at all. I only kept coming because it was one of the few places open after 11pm, but after having, yet again, a wrong order, I'll just have to avoid this place entirely. Sauces were wrong every time I didn't ask for normal marinara, toppings were lucky to get right. I'm not sure if the manager (?) but the guy at the front at late night has made very odd remarks about my pizza being perfect every time I come in, so I'm sure they're aware of the ongoing issues. At the very least, do not order late night orders here and double check the address for your door dash orders here. I've realized after looking at receipts that all my incorrect pizzas come from this address.

They got me the wrong orders! Then when I called the store they told me they gonna send me my correct order. Been an hour, but still not gotten my right orders. Very inconvenient.

I ordered large pizza & bread sticks both were cold because apparently the driver stated they’re short handed. I had called the store spoke with Larry to find out where my order was who kept saying he was the GM stated he was not going to help me nor refund my money & literally hung up in my face because trying to locate my pizza web site stated it was dropped off at 5.57pm and driver didn’t show up till 6:20pm. Very very unprofessional and VERY LAST TIME ORDERING ANYTHING FROM PUZZA HUT…

Got my food really fast but I see why food under cooked I talked to someone at the location did not care at all. Did not offer to fix anything! I had to recook the pizza myself! I tipped 8 dollars for one pizza! 20% on line and 5 in person. For undercooked food!!! Worthless!!!

Extremely unprofessional and careless. I’m a DoorDash driver, i got an order from this location. The store was so busy, I waited in line and was told it would take 10 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes, they said it would take even longer but had no idea how long. The employee in front of me even told me and other DoorDash drivers to cancel our orders. They clearly don’t care about delivery drivers or customers and have absolutely no customer service. If you want to eat and actually get your food, do not order from this location. Don’t waste your time your orders will get canceled or take over an hour to be ready. Who knows!

Mike is the worst manager ever! His people messed up my order and he didn’t want to fix my order! When I asked bout his general manager he said he couldn’t tell me when he works next. And when I asked for the area manager which he has to give a number for he said no! Mike is an awful manager!!! Wylie pizza is a joke! They messed up my whole order last night and didn’t want to fix it!!!!! All they care bout is their money and not the customers!!!! If I could give 0 stars I definitely would! Worst pizza hit there is! I will go out of my way to go to another if I ever decide to go to one again!

Ordered through the app around 6:30 and it took it an hour to even start preparing the single pizza. Then it never once said it was out for delivery. I called around 8 and the first guy blamed it on their system and the manager said however it was out for delivery and failed to find me. Never once did I get the notification it was even out for delivery. They didn’t even try to resolve the problem and was basically making it seem like it was our problem. Now in total waited 2 and a half hours for a single pizza and they didn’t even deliver it they had DoorDash bring it. And the pizza is cold

Worst customer service rather then solve the problem or be helpful Joe would rather put the blame on the customer when the order came out wrong. Food was late to arrive and one pizza which was a large came out as a medium size couple with the fact that I didn't even get my drink I paid for. Yolinda you got to train your staff especially Joe better cause it could have easily been the Doordash problem but no it has to be the customer in Joe's eyes.

I ordered from the app and over 1.5 hours later my pizza never arrived. The delivery status that originally had an ETA of 7:27pm disappeared. I've had food service from this location before but this is the second time in a row they've had awful service. Update: Called the store and they gave excuses like there was an car accident and they had dropped the original one. The new pizza is coming out the oven and will be delivered quickly. I live maybe 5 mins drive from this location. The pizza arrived barely warm. Even worse, it looks like the center is missing sauce and cheese. I'm done with this location.
